This semi-detached house is located in a quiet residence, about 800 metres' walk from the Mediterranean Sea. It is built against a hill, so the garden is one floor below. You have an enclosed garden with private pool (10 x 5m), garden furniture, table tennis table, barbecue and a covered outdoor kitchen with, among other things, a fridge and a 2-burner gas stove. Let the holidays begin!
The residence is located on the outskirts of picturesque St Maxime, on the north side of the enchanting Gulf of St Tropez. St Maxime is protected by forested hills that keep the mistral at bay. Discover the resort's charm with its lively marina, beautiful parks and a promenade dotted with palm trees, cosy restaurants, boutiques and cafés. A challenging 18-hole golf course awaits just 3 km away. Water sports enthusiasts are also spoilt for choice, and for the ultimate mundane experience, head to the renowned St Tropez, 12 km away
