The apartment was nice and as advertised. Great location and very clean. Would stay here again.

It had 2 bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and living area at less than half of what we would pay for 2 standard rooms at the Days Inn.

We had a one week stay with four people from Germany in this appartment. Overall it was a good experience and we can recommend staying here.
There were some minor issues which we´d like to inform future guests about:
There was good communication with the host company. Check in was uncomplicated except that there was an unplanned change of the appartment. However, the appartments seem to be of the same floorplan and interior.
The appartment was clean in general, but there were some mold spots in the bathrooms. Towels and sheets were good.
WiFi worked fine. There was a TV, but no TV reception, only Netflix and Youtube as Smart TV-Apps. Since we wanted to watch American television during our stay, this was a disappointment.
The rooms and appartments in the building are poorly soundproofed. This might be an issue if your travel party is not one family or you have differing schedules, e.g., for getting up in your travel party.
The beds and the couch are not of the greatest comfort.
The so called fitness center is a small room with some dumbbells and a few muscle machines. There are no cardio machines.
If the above mentioned issues are not a major problem for you, and you don´t expect luxury, we can recommend staying here. You are in walking distance to the main tourist attractions in philadelphia and there are some good options for food and shopping in the immediate surroundings.

There were only 2 beds 2 baths. The sheets did not smell clean. Bathrooms had no towels or shower mat. We reached out too the contact person and they said they would get back to us shortly. They never did. We found towels that looked like someone’s personal towels in the closet. The building was nice, but the rooftop patio was closed for renovations.

This location was great! It was easy to get to various Philly spots from here whether through walking or ride apps. The apartment itself was nice, although there were some signs of wear (nothing big). It was practical and served the purpose of our trip. The management team was outstanding with their response time. We had changes of flights which led to us needing earlier check-in and later check-out so that we wouldn't be walking around the city with tons of bags. The management was prompt in helping us arrange an early check in and late check out, which was so helpful!

This property in a secure location is just blocks from the leafy Rittenhouse Square, and convenient to dozens of restaurants and shops in a vibrant area, there was a rooftop Terrace but no on-site parking, although street parking was available at certain times. Several parking garages were located within three blocks. Our markdown on cleanliness related to a lack of sweeping and vacuuming from the prior tenant. Upon notifying the property management, a cleaning team arrived

The apartment was in the perfect location for a long weekend trip to Philadelphia. We were able to walk to all shops and restaurants in under 15 minutes. Check-in was very easy and the front desk attendant was super friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Visiting new grandson
Conveniently located. We walked to places most of the time

Clean and Convenient
Clean, convenient to Rittenhouse. Could have used more cookware (Especially a frying pan, as we ate breakfast in). It was very dark in the 2nd bathroom - need better lighting. Residents and guards were very friendly.

Fantastic location
We enjoyed our stay--what a great location! The hosts responded to our questions very promptly. The perfect last-minute getaway.

Good value
The location of the property was perfect. We walked everywhere. The staff was friendly, and the apartment itself was fine. The decor could use dome updating though. I would stay at this complex again.
