The cleanliness inside was in general ok. My friend checked the grill outside, there was still meat in there. I didn't look at it. I don't know how long it was in there.
The pellet stove would not start, ended up using the internal heating.
When we returned one evening there were wood particles on the kitchen sink. I didn't know where they came from. I could only deduce they came from up inside the cabinets, in between them. My friend thought it was possibly termites? I would recommend checking the dishes to see if they are clean, 2 plates that we took from the cupboard were still dirty with dried food.
We were not allowed to bring pets, friends declined coming because they couldn't bring their dog, yet there are animals at the house. They have cats, which I break out from and we were not told there would be cats. There are also horses, to which I am allergic to. I didn't get near enough to them to cause a reaction.
It does have room for 10 people. Our original party was 7, and we would have all been comfortable in the place. That would have been a plus.
I will not be staying here again though. It is a 3-mile dirt-road drive to get to the house.

They don't understand handicapped accessible, the bathroom totally wasn't, you couldn't even get a wheelchair in it. The pans must've come from a second hand store, there was no nonstick left on them. The oven would shock you any time you touched the metal and the tub/shower combo wasn't clean. On the upside the beds were clean and comfortable, the price not terrible for such a large group, and the area beautiful.

I was not going to leave a review since I couldn’t say toms of great things, but the more I thought about it I decided to so someone else isn’t as surprised. Area is perfect, and beautiful!! The place recently had a renovation in the kitchen. However the stove every time you would touch it you would get shocked. Contacted the owner who did offer to come and check it when we we’re gone and was told it had never happened to them. I did not let them come in as I wasn’t going to let someone in the property without us being there. We did not know the property was the basement and that it was owner occupied. Had we known that I may have stayed elsewhere. They had a cat inside the upstairs part of the house who would put their paws under the door constantly. Just glad no one was allergic but this is not listed anywhere until you get to the place. The second toilet is located under the stairs and isn’t really a bathroom like it is listed as a two bath. The bunk area there is no privacy from the living and kitchen area which was a bummer. The owner’s parents were staying at the house the week we rented it and they decided at 6am to vacuum. The walked very loudly and you could hear conversations at times. It just wasn’t what I would expect from a rental and I was very disappointed. We tried to only be there to sleep and shower due to all of this. All in all we had a great vacation in Cody!!

We did not get the pleasure of meeting Adrienne and her husband. We did meet her mother and while there were some small issues they were minor and quickly taken care of. As Beautiful as the place was right on the river still comes second to the family you will meet while staying there.

Perfect Location
The location between Cody and the Yellowstone was perfect! If you like to fish this is the perfect place as we caught several different species of trout. There was six of us and it was plenty of room. Will definitely try to stay here again!

The house was right by the Shoshone river which was very enjoyable several times through our trip. It was a great location to stay at and go all directions site seeing!

Great Location!
The location is ideal for visiting Cody, Yellowstone and the surrounding area. The property is very nice and the living space was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the river, although October is not a time to fish this river, as we learned the trout have gone to deep water for the coming cold weather. We were blessed with great weather for October - the weather was cool and crisp, and the Aspen trees were at their peak Fall color. Thank you Adrienne and Jake for sharing your home with us!

Family getaway
Great location between Yellowstone east entrance and Cody. Beautiful views, quiet location, and great property located on the Shoshone River. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The room layout is a little eclectic, but it definitely served our needs. Would definitely stay there again.

60th Bday Fly Fishing Trip
Great spot. The Shoshone River to fish is in the backyard, a short walk. Very comfortable accommodation for the 5 of us, super clean place. Would certainly return.

Our group had a great time at the property! It was a little drive to Yellowstone, but a gorgeous drive and a gorgeous location. Totally worth it!

Great location!
The ranch was an amazing place to stay! Adrienne was very quick and friendly with any communication. We had plenty of room for our families (4 adults, 6 kids). The kids loved the air hockey table and the games! We spent a lot of time by the river (it was a little high to swim and fish due to rain). The lower level really didn't feel like a lower level with the way it is set up. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you might need. We used the grill several times too. The location was the best, being about halfway between Cody and Yellowstone and very near Buffalo Bill Reservoir. We loved this place and would definitely stay again!

great for a base for fishing, hunting, skiing. Not much privacy with only 1 bedroom.
the pictures on the site are very misleading for the interior. There is only 1 bedroom that is private, the other 2 just have a screen to separate them from the living areas. The 2nd toilet is stuck inside a closet under a set of stairs with its vanity and shower on the other side of the hallway. Property has a great location for everything you might want to do and see in the area. Owners are very nice to with and easy to reach and respond quickly to any concerns. There is no tv service just a dvd player.

Quiet stay with wildlife
Everything you need to feel like a home away from home. We were a little concerned after realizing this was a basement dwelling, but were surprised at how quiet it was. We saw elk and Mule deer in the yard and on the way in or out every day. The river access was a seller for us, but unfortunately there is no fishing on this area of the river prior to July 1st. This wasn't clear before arriving. We did find a good section of the north fork towards yellowstone that allowed fishing in mid June.

Wyoming Vacation 2021
The pictures listed were exactly what we expected. We didn’t realize for a while we would actually be in the basement of the main house. No AC but stayed surprisingly cool. Several fans on hand if needed. Adrienne was very kind and helped with all our needs. Great location between Cody and Yellowstone. Beautiful Shoshone River on the property just wish we could have fished it. Definitely would recommend this property for your vacation!! Oh and the internet was great for the young adults !!!

Lovely views!
We very much enjoyed our stay in Wapiti and the new property owners were awesome! They were very attentive to our needs and answered our questions in record time. We even had freshly baked cookies upon our arrival. Location is a huge plus as were the washer and dryer.
We were traveling in a large group (11) and should have rented the other unit as well. While there was enough room to sleep, there was little privacy and not a lot of room to mill around. Fortunately, we were out a lot and this did not have much of an impact on our trip.
I am excited to see new owners make improvements and would stay again with a smaller group. Thanks again!

The Ranch
Our stay at the ranch was excellent. The house was clean, beds were comfy, location was wonderful. We loved exploring the river behind the house. Linda, the property manager was so nice. We left some of our belongings on accident and she mailed them to our house immediately. She gave us tips and ideas on the cool things to look at. She does live upstairs, but the house is huge and you barely know she’s there. She doesn’t go into your living space. She is a super host!! Will rent here again.

Beautiful stay
Beautiful location, close enough to everything while far enough to get a full ranch life experience. The guys caught a few fish in the river, and the sunset over the hills was amazing. Perfect stay.

Amazing! would stay again!
Our family had a wonderful experience staying here. Walks down to the river, seeing the milkyway at night and enjoying the wilderness!
Definitely recommend Beartooth pass. Was suggested by the owners as a trip the locals take and we are so glad we did!!!!!!

Nice Place
We enjoyed our time at the Stagecoach Ranch. Linda the owner was very helpful in orienting us to the area and making recommendations. The house was clean and my family of 7 had plenty of room to move around. The beds were very comfortable and my kids wanted to take them home. The river is right out the door if you are into flyfishing. My son and I tried, but had no clue what we were doing. Close to Yellowstone and Cody for the varied activities. Thanks!

Extraordinary!
We stayed here while visiting Yellowstone and celebrating my daughter's 16th birthday. The owner was amazing! She told us about short walking paths down to the river behind her house, places to eat, activities (including the rodeo we attended on my daughters actual birthday), and historical attractions. She was so patient and kind regarding my kids running around and staying up late. My teenagers stayed out late stargazing (amazing view) and she said she didn't even hear them and not to worry at all. My younger son enjoyed throwing nearby rocks in the river and kicking the soccer ball provided in the house. The house was amazing as well. Plenty of privacy for each party, comfortable beds, washer and dryer, puzzles (my kids completed a small one during our visit), games (also used by my kids) and books (also used by my kids). Highly recommend visiting if you have the opportunity. It is about 40 min from Yellowstone entrance and 25 to town of Cody.

Yellowstone
Great place! Much larger than we expected! We drove to Yellowstone each day. The only thing we would like better is if this were closer to Yellowstone. It was about an hours drive. The property was very nice and very clean! Lots of well thought out additions including bear repellent, coolers- and even travel coffee cups!
