Great place to stay for Sequoia.

My husband, sister-in-law, and I stayed at Debra's cottage. The location was great—just a short drive to the cute town of Three Rivers, which has lots of coffee shops, a surprisingly well-stocked grocery store, and a few restaurants. It's also a short drive to the entrance of Sequoia National Park and to a lake recreation area.
We appreciated the air conditioning as the temps were in the mid-90s. The beds were comfortable. There is no washer/dryer in the cottage, so if you plan to stay longer than 2-3 days, plan. It did not bother us.
The hosts have a very helpful binder in the living room with much information about the local area.
We ended up cutting our stay short to just one night, as we found Sequoia National Park to be insanely crowded (more crowded than Yosemite) because you are forced to drive 16 miles on a narrow, winding road before you can split off to go to less crowded areas. We were told that the next day (a Sunday) would be even crazier because they waived entrance fees, and both the ranger and our host recommended we get to the park no later than 6 am, which we did not want to do. This was not a negative factor for the cottage, but we will not come here during summer - visit in the shoulder seasons if you can!

The property was clean and nicely decorated. The only negatives were the beds were very soft mattresses and some road noise. It was easy to find and convenient to Sequoia National Park. Although we did not use it, a BBQ was available and a Keurig was an additional perk.

This cottage was perfectly located, very comfortable ( glad the AC was on and very functional as it was +100 degrees), very well equipped. Would stay here again and i highly recommend this place. Beds are comfy, shower was strong and water hot, AC worked well amd we could adjust temperature ourselves. Lots of keurig coffee varieties, and the ‘to go’ cups are a nice touch for the early morning drive ro enjoy the parc nice and ealy. Many thanks.

The cottage was perfect for the 4 of us for a 3 night visit to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks.
We were a little worried with high temps forecast to be 112F in Three Rivers but the AC worked great. Communications with Kori were very responsive and timely. We cooked dinner 2 nights in the kitchen and on the gas grill and appreciated the little extras like salt, pepper, etc. that were provided. For any future trips to these National Parks, we would be definitely return.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this cottage. It was conveniently located - a short drive away from Sequoia National Park. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable. I would recommend staying here!

The place was clean and cozy. Appreciated the air conditioning on a hot day. The hosts were thorough, had a lot good information and were great communicaters.

This was a very cute house. The manager, Kori, is very attentive. Keep in mind that although this location is 15 min from the main gate of Sequoia, it takes 1hour 20 min to get to The Giant Tree Museum and General Sherman.
Things that could be improved:
1) This place needs a dishwasher. I wish I paid attention to the description. I would have booked another location if I noticed that there's no dishwasher. I'm on vacation. I don't want to do dishes.
2) Black out curtains. The sun is very bright, and the blinds do not block out enough of the sun.
3) Hangers and/or closet. No where to hang our jackets.

House was adorable. Everything worked. Manager Kori was helpful. Used the EV charger. Walked the cute neighborhood. Visited horses. Carefree one night stay. Wish it could have been more.

Great place with well stocked kitchen. Host was excellent at communicating with us. Would come back!

The property is as clean, quaint, and in a good location in relation to the park. The closer you get to the entrance, the more likely you’ll lose cell service. We were happy to be where we’re in such a nice property.
Due to some bad weather in Dallas , we had to arrive a day later than we wanted. We knew the property was booked and we couldn’t extend our stay however, Kori and Debra went out of their way to try and help us find another place that could accept us for a night. Awesome customer service.
We thank you for helping with a stressful situation!!!

The cottage is very quaint, immaculate and has all the right amenities. We loved it and plan to book again next year when we come for the annual Lions Roping Tournament!!!

We had a great view from the front porch. Three Rivers was very picturesque with its green hills. House was very clean and had all the amenities we needed and if we needed something, e.g., more washcloths, the property manager was quick to respond. Only issue was the toilet kept gurgling upon flushing but nothing to deter one from staying.

The property was perfect for our family. Had plenty of space for 4 and was cozy enough to give it that home feeling. Kitchen had everything you would at home. Nice and quiet, you can actually hear nature. Even had a bbq grill, just wished we brought some steaks. Definitely would recommend. We’ll be back!

This place had everything we needed and more. The k-cup variety was a HUGE hit with my husband, brother and myself. The place we spent the most time at was the front porch and the lawn chairs. Watching the sunset and listening to the birds was the most relaxing thing to do after a day at the Park. The visit from the cat that was wondering around was great too! I highly recommend this place to everyone.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the cottage. It was so relaxing to come "home" after a long day exploring Sequoia Nat'l Park. Beautifully decorated, thoughtful appointments, and a quiet location all contributed to our stay. Debra & Kori were quick to reply with any questions we had and kept us apprised as we approached our arrival. I highly recommend their accommodations and look forward to a return visit!

We enjoyed our stay right outide the park. Everything was as advertised.

Cute place, cute town. There was great communication with this property owner or manager when we were worried about the government shutdown if it meant the Park would close, which put our mind at ease and it all worked out anyway. Thanks.

The cottage looks as the pictures. It was very clean (and we have high standards) and the furniture and décor all seemed new and in great condition. The bathroom was also clean, my only suggestion would be to change the shower head since the water pressure is great, this particular one had only one sharp setting. Parking is right in front of your door so super convenient. The town has a great little supermarket and the coffee shop sells sandwiches to take with you to the park. The cottage had everything we needed. Loved sitting outside on the porch at night to enjoy the stars, it was so quiet and peaceful at night. Conveniently located close to park entrance...overall really enjoyed this place and would definitely return!

The location in three rivers is perfect. We enjoyed dinner at Ol Buckaroo overlooking the Keweah river and day trips to Sequoya Nat Park. Would have given the place 5 stars except for road noise. The cottage is right on a street that has pretty consistent cars passing by. We were woken up by 6am-630am each morning as cars passed by on Old Three Rivers road. Other than that, it was an ideal place and accommodation.

Came to town to visit Sequoia & Kings national park. This cottage was so clean and comfortable. The hosts thought of everything, down to small details like charging stations beside. Having a fully equipped kitchen was so nice, we were able to cook meals and sit outside on the porch.

We really enjoyed staying here, it was easy to make ourselves at home, which was really nice after a long day at the Park.

This property was lovely. So modern and clean. Excellent recommendations from the hosts for meal options in the local town. Dinners and breweries on the river, a very scenic lake and a quiet road. After exploring the Parks it was a great relaxing place to enjoy the evenings.
Thank you for letting us stay at your property.

A very nice house and the hostess answered all questions and concerns in a very timely manner. The house is located in a perfect area to visit Sequoia NP.

Location was wonderful. Mountains on all sides, only six miles from Sequoia National Park. Drive in to Three Rivers and into the park was stunning.

We enjoyed our stay. While we would have loved to be on the river, this location was quiet, convenient to the highway, well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed the front porch. We had an issue with the internet and the property manager came right over to make sure we had access. Overall we were very happy and would stay at the property again.

This is a lovely and cozy little cottage that worked perfectly for my son and I while visiting family in the area. Too bad we only spent sleeping hours here.

Wonderful cottage! It's in a great location close to town and makes a great home base for Sequoia National Park. Debra was responsive when we had questions, and the contactless check-in was a breeze. The cottage has everything you need: plenty of towels, super comfortable beds, powerful central heating, and a fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig. Wifi was strong and fast. Loved that she provides an L2 EV charger on site, as public charging options are scarce in this area. Would definitely return in the future!

Great place to relax and enjoy Sequoia and Kings Canyon. The town of 3R is quaint with just enough to maintain that remote mountain town feel. Property was very comfortable and very clean. My family got a real kick out of the turkeys visiting morning and early evening. Highly recommend
