Great location steps to the beach & just past where there is vehicle parking/driving on the beach, so you have access to beach without sharing with vehicles - so nice, but also only 1 block from access to beach access if you would like to drive and park on the beach. Easy access to town with car or if you don’t mind walking a bit. Great patio/outdoor space for grilling. Plenty of easy access parking. Comfy beds.

The house was perfect for our extended family vacation! We loved being able to walk back and forth to the beach, and the separated units were great with the different ages! The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to cook. The location was perfect and helped create memories!

All 8 of us golfing friends thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay. Location is excellent and we especially enjoyed the outdoor area. The interior design was excellent. Bedrooms were comfortable for all. We might make this an annual event.

Beautiful home. Very cozy and inviting. Loved that there was an additional refrigerator in the laundry room. Really enjoyed the sitting area outside. Perfect location!!! Property manager was really nice and helpful and even checked on us to make sure we made it home safely. Will definitely revisit this home in the future.

We got to spend Mom’s 82nd birthday together. Siblings. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed the place very much. Close to Chase’s restaurant and tiki bar. Fun walking and driving on the beach.

This property is fantastic. Two units give flexibility and a little separation for larger group. Units are nicely appointed, comfortable and well maintained. Major plus is proximity to the beach - it was easy to access despite hurricane repairs ongoing. Property is convenient to restaurants, grocery, etc. Hosts were immediately responsive to questions and extremely welcoming. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The house was as beautiful as pictures on site. You will not be disappointed. The beach was close by. We were here because of a wedding and Coleman was always available for any requests. We all thought it would be a great place to have a reunion. Highly recommend

We had a fantastic stay at the Atlantic House. The property was perfect for our three-generation family vacation. There was enough space for everyone and lots of space to be together, inside and out. The property is very close to the beach and just south of where vehicles can drive, so it was quiet, too. We'll be back!

The Atlantic House is the perfect location for days on the beach! The house itself is actually two units (up and down) and that worked perfectly for our large group (10 of us!). The units were meticulously clean, well appointed and supplied and just perfect. We'll be back!

We used this location for a mid year retreat for those working in the humanitarian aid world. It was great for them to have nice accommodations with a beach near by. The home was perfect for daytime workshops, long leisurely meals, games and movies. I would consider using this home again.

We really enjoyed the property. It was clean, decorated nicely, and very convenient. It’s too bad. Beach access was closed off, but that is no one’s fault. It is just due to the hurricane last fall. My only suggestion would be that it would be nice if the parking area was gravel or had some finish on it instead of so much sand but do understand it is very close to the beach! Very nice getaway!

Our 3-generation family (11 adults) gathered here for Thanksgiving. All the private parking was great since we came from various spots in Central Florida. The house was exactly as advertised. Two well equipped kitchens, nice bathrooms and enough space to be together or spread out. Due to Hurricane Nicole just two weeks before our trip, all the nearby beach access points were destroyed and the nearest beach terribly eroded/gone. The beach about 2 miles south is still accessible along with the beach at Canaveral National Seashore.

We all really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach house! Our family has gotten together every summer in NSB and as each of our families grow, we are always looking for a place to be together, but still have our privacy too. We rented the top and bottom units and this property did just that for us! Being just steps from the beach made it easy to take the kids and not have to pack up and leave to enjoy a day at the beach. The property was very clean, and everything inside was well thought out by the very helpful, very sweet property owners. The outside garden area was so cozy and private. They left sweet touches throughout the house that made us feel comfortable and assured we were renting from great people! We left some things behind, because kids, and they contacted us to make sure we had the opportunity to get our belongings back. We will definitely be renting again in the future! Thank you Coleman and Emily for a great stay!

Great location for a fun-filled family beach weekend. Everything we needed was there for cooking and grilling, an extra frig, chairs for the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the place was beautifully decorated. We would choose this location again!

The house was awesome. We rented the entire house, both units. Had had 7 teens stay downstairs and 4 adults upstairs. Everything was as described. Coleman was easy to communicate with and the lady who does the clean out was super nice. Will positively be back. Place was clean and great location. beach is just steps away. Rate 5 stars

We were two families spending the week together, each family had their own space with the upstairs for the larger group and the downstairs for the smaller group. House was clean and comfortable, nice and beachy, beds were extremely comfortable. We would highly recommend this location for a family getaway and would definitely stay here again! Spending this year's holiday with family in the Deltona aera we decided to rent a house for greater peace of mind. This beach house was conveniently located in New Symrna Beach. Given that we were 2 separate parties, we liked the fact that the house is split in 2 separate units, which allowed us to spend time together but also some privacy at the end of the day. You'll find both units as described, clean and well outfitted. Spacious, modern kitchens, clean and spacious bathrooms well equipped with lots of towels and other necessities, as well as different sized bedrooms, all furnished with everything you need. As minor improvements I would suggest that the pots and pans in the upper apartment would benefit from an upgrade as would the BBQ on the upper terrace. Other than that, if you need to spend time in the New Symrna Beach area and are looking for a convenient, clean and casual beach house, the Atlantic House is a good choice.

We rented both upstairs and downstairs units for a retreat we help for our health coaching group. Both rentals were spotless. Lots of parking. The furnishings (pilllows, bed linens, furniture) are beautiful! High end pottery barn quality. We will definitely consider renting this home in the future. Just beautiful.
