alles auser der Kommunikation mit den Betreibern war gut vielen Dank nochmal an Frau Maria Carmen

Frau Maria Carmen eine sehr nette hilfsbereite Dame die uns den Schlüssel übergeben hat und uns bei diversen Problemen auch gleich geholfen hat.

Die Kommunikation mit den Betreibern war nicht gut ( Erreichbarkeit/Reaktionszeit) . Wir hatten 2 Probleme ( Eingangstür konnte von außen nicht mehr geöffnet werden und am nächstem Tag konnte man die Eingangstür von innen nicht geöffnet werden so das wir das Haus nicht verlassen konnten )

Not easy to facilitate access to property do to poor communication

The property itself is great , clean and except for uncomfortable pillows and no miniature toiletries it was fine .

I got a fright when one of the messages notes that it is a shared property with other bedrooms that may be rented during my stay .. turns out that wasn’t the case but was yet another poor communication from the owners side . The amount of emails and texts just to try to get an earlier check in ( which was rudely denied ) and the amount of texts were ridiculous just to try to confirm if we were to meet someone for the key or receive a code .. it made to lead up to the stay very annoying . And no English speaking person even the one with the key .

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay with a nice terrace with a view of the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the beds and sofa comfortable. Great place to stay!

I don't have many negative things to say.

Lovely stay by the beach, we wanted to stay longer!

The apartment is spacious, bright and beautiful! It has all the amenities and two full bathrooms. Many beds as well. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, markets, everything. We are overlooking the beach from our balcony, which was lovely. The woman welcoming us was very friendly and easygoing. She was also very flexible with the check in time. Lovely! This part of the beach and city were calm but yet lively. Me and my friends said we wish we could stay longer there.

The apartment was clean but with a bit of dust in the drawers and floors. We imagine it was because there was some time already since someone has been there. Nothing that really bothered us though, but it could be improved.

Close to the sea front, up on 3rd floor. Host was very helpful.

Old fashioned apartment, so not all facilities worked. Some bedrooms locked, as just two of us were staying.

Superb

The location is very nice, a bit tricky to get there with car but once you understand the roads with one way then you can manage easy. We didn't use the parking but we saw that was very easy to get in and out.

There were few to don't like, maybe the fact that almost all the terraces were closed but was normal being in end of September. Nothing to say against.

Right on the beach and close to all amenities. Was perfect for our one night stay.

There was some dificulty finding the correct apartment (possibly due to language barrier). It would have been helpful for the property to be labeled LG Seaview on the door bell.

Very big apartment with amazing location

The apartment is located just in front of the beach and it also has a balcony facing it. The place is huge and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are many facilities in the kitchen that can be used and big living room space. The owners were super responsive and very accommodating when we asked last minute if it's possible to add an additional day (which we didn't need to at the end, but they were really helpful in any case).

The day before the check-in 150 EUR deposit is taken from your bank account directly. This is a bit unfortunate but I suppose it's necessary for them to be safe in case anything happens while they have guests. However, the deposit was returned to my account the day after we left.

Recommend if you want few days of total peaceful relaxation next to a super nice beach!

The host isn’t that good with English, it was little fussy in the beginning, especially when I couldn’t get the train from Barcelona centre to Calafell, and my phone was almost dead after the flight, which they must arrange someone to wait for me in the late night time or i’d be left alone on the street with no help. However, the old lady who keeps the key did wait for me, and communicated with my driver, everything turned out okay. She also offered me food and drinks of hers (because nothing was opening in midnight around Calafell), warm warm lady! Besides, the room is super clean and cozy, even the living room, balcony and bathroom are shared with other travellers. Balcony was definitely the spot i’d highlight, so beautiful and relaxing to just sit and chill there! View was awsome! Literally 10sec walk to the Calaefell beach, the widest beach i have ever seem. Basically it’s a place for you if you want to relax and enjoy the beach and bar/restaurant of Spanish food and seafood. Nice spot for peaceful retreat!

Room i booked is with shared bathroom, balcony and living room, which I didn’t seem to see from their informations. I only realised when i arrived. The communication was a little difficult, especially in calls verbally. But things got ok when we did text.
