The property was in a great location and had plenty of space for our large group. Mitchell was always on it if there was something that we needed. It has a spacious outdoor area and so much shade to protect from the Southern heat. I would go to this spot again in future!

The property was perfect. The rooms in the house was perfect size for each couple to have there privacy and the drive way was able to fit 6 vehicles with 2 jet ski trailers. The fire pit outside was very nice as well as it was flat and easy to walk to and from at night. We would stay here again in the future!

Took my family and some in-laws here for my wife’s 32nd birthday weekend celebration and everyone loved it! Perfect for 12 to sleep comfortably and plenty of room for the kids to run around! The fire pit was the main attraction for us. Good place for a fall getaway

The post said epic water views. It was a pond and nothing epic about it. No getting in the water. No boating floating or swimming. When reading the post I believed it was on or linked to Broken Bow lake. Where we could put a boat on and travel by water to the bigger part of the lake. I should have looked at the map better. The house was clean but a few things needed to be fixed. The back door will not open unless you force it. Little things like toilet paper holder hanging off the wall. The pool que rack also needs reattached. The air conditioner sounded like it was going to quite at any minute. Thank goodness it didn't. The driveway was narrow and shared with another house. This made it difficult to turn the boat and trailer around.

We went on a family vacation to Broken Bow and stayed at this beautiful house. It had everything we needed and was super clean. Enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub. It was just a short drive up to Broken Bow Lake and Beaver's Bend. Will defiantly be back for more adventures.

There are a lot of reasons to love this place. There was plenty of space for us, enough beds, a hot tub, and a great kitchen that served all our needs. And that's just the house, not to mention the land around it.
The property the house sits on is quiet, serene, and a peaceful getaway. It had so much space to play and take walks through. And even while the house is pretty secluded, it's only a short ~15 minute drive to a huge state park and great food.
Management was also really communicative and responsive. They addressed all our needs and worked hard to make our stay comfortable.

This was a nice house once we found it. None of the houses have numbers on them and there were several on property.
The inside of the drawers and cabinets were quite dusty so just didn’t use them. The hot tub was murky when we arrived and felt there were not enough towels for the size and what was advertised.
The grill gas tank was empty on the day we arrived, and when I called to report the issue I was told to go to Walmart and get another one. I didn’t go on vacation to go to Walmart!

Very clean, equipped with everything we needed, and with so many comfortable beds. Peaceful and secluded yet easy access to all the fun at Beavers Bend, Hochatown, Mountain Fork River, and ….groceries! We loved the location and whole set-up. The hot tub was great, and we enjoyed going out to the huge fire pit each night. Loved the trees and view of the private lake from the windows and patio and enjoyed exploring the property. Got to see the deer, geese on the lake, and fish off the bank. Just beautiful! Our host, Mitchell, was wonderful too! He went out of his ways to answer questions and make us feel at home. Highly recommend! We’ll be back!

So we absolutely had a great time at this house. All of the activities we were able to do was great. Overlooking the lake was a plus. We found the air mattress which came in handy. My only this is I wish the there were a few extra towels for the jacuzzi. The house could have been cleaned up a little better on the inside and outside.

Great property on the lake, but the first night roaches were crawling in the kitchen drawers and on the wall in the dining room. No problem the second night, but we've never encountered roaches at a rental property before and we were disappointed. Hopefully, spraying more often will get rid of this problem.

We enjoyed the spacious areas inside and outside of the property for us to gather and enjoy our time with one another.

This home was the perfect fit for our needs. We had four families which included 8 adults and 6 kids. Each family had a bedroom they were comfortable in. The kitchen was well equipped and worked well. The refrigerator didn't have an icemaker, but ice trays were provided. The hot tub was wonderful. The firepit area was a nice place to sit and enjoy looking over the lake and listening to the birds. Both the kids and adults enjoyed the pool table. We contacted the property manager once, and he quickly replied and took care of our needs. This location is near Beavers Bend State Park. It was a great find.

Nice vacation spot!
Everything was great . Plenty of room. Beds really comfortable. They only complaint was we noticed some need for spraying for bugs inside . Not bad but could become a deal breaker if not taken care of soon . Wasp nest at entrance and back door patio area . House was close to everting we wanted to do.

We had a wonderful time relaxing, and enjoying nature, lake, and all the animal sounds (frogs and birds). Smores over the firepit was fun.

Birthday Fun
I thoroughly enjoyed myself along with friends and family to celebrate my 45th birthday along with celebrating July birthdays as well. Mitchell was an awesome host and every time that I called and had a question, he answered the phone and answered questions with no hesitation. The property itself is absolutely wonderful. I will definitely rent this property again! Mitchell, thanks for everything!

Great rental! The rooms were spacious and beautiful. Beds were comfortable. The outside fire pit area is huge with easy access to the lake.
