Villa Giò is a completely renovated farmhouse inserted in a luxuriant nature of plants and flowers.
A few steps from the center of Cappella Maggiore and only 8 kilometers from the city of Vittorio Veneto, one of the most beautiful historic cities in Eastern Veneto.
The strategic position of this villa allows you to reach and visit the most important cities of Veneto, such as Vicenza, Padua, Verona, Treviso and of course Venice in a maximum of one hour by car. The Dolomites, a World Heritage Site, are 1 hour away by car.
The villa is composed of:

This property fulfilled our expectations. Plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen for cooking, a large swimming pool, and a table tennis table. Walking distance to shops, and restaurants, and many woodland walks in the local area. The barbecue was unusual, and the remote keys for the gate a little unreliable. But overall a great place for a family holiday.

Alleinstehendes Haus mit großem Pool

Wir waren mit 13 Personen im Alter zwischen 20 und 30 vor Ort. Das Haus: Bäder waren neu renoviert (Schöner als auf den Fotos). Schlafzimmer sind für den Preis angemessen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet (Viele Teller, Besteck, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Gläser…). Es gab insgesamt 3 Kühlschränke mit reichlich Platz für Essen, Getränke und auch viel Platz im Gefrierfach. Der Grill ist sehr groß und hat sehr gut funktioniert. Der Aufenthaltsraum hat uns auch sehr begeistert (Kicker, Spiele, Tischtennis, Fernseher). Leider hatten wir manchmal einige Ameisen, Fliegen usw. im Haus. Im Haus war es teilweise sehr warm (keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern). Es waren aber ein paar Ventilatoren vor Ort. Die Terasse: Sie ist kompetent neu eingerichtet. (neue moderne Sofas und Stühle) Der Pool: Das Highlight des Hauses!! 6 auf 14m Größe. 1,2 bis 2,8m tief. Wir konnten ohne Probleme am Haus/Pool lauter Musik hören weil die Nachbarn weit weg sind. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin Susanna war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben auch Restaurant und Supermarkt-Empfehlungen von ihr bekommen. Wir waren ein Gruppe von 10 Erwachsenen zum Radurlaub in Venetien. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns an der Unterkunft die ruhige Lage und der sehr großzügige Außenbereich. Vor allem den sauberen, großen Pool und den schattigen Loungebereich konnten wir sehr gut nutzen. Die vor Ort Betreuung von Susanna war sehr gut. Sie hat uns viele Tipps gegeben, Buchungen durchgeführt und war immer für uns erreichbar.

Wir waren eine Woche im Familienurlaub dort. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Leider gab es ein paar Sachen, die wir im Vorhinein gern gewusst hätten, wie beispielsweise keine Fliegengitter und viele Ameisen, Spinnen und kleine Tiere im Haus. Wir haben uns Ameisenfallen und Spray gekauft. Hier hätte man etwas besser reinigen können im Vorhinein... auch der Wasserdruck war ab und zu schlecht. Ansonsten ist es ein wirklich schönes Anwesen und der Pool wird 1x in der Woche gereinigt.

Very spacious and a fantastic outdoor area

We were a group of 7 people (all between 20 and 21 years old) and have spent one week here. The house and the outdoor area are very big, so we definitely had more than enough space. We especially enjoyed the fantastic outdoor area with the ping-pong table, the comfortable lounge and dining area and of course the pool! The house is located in a quiet area and the nearest neighbours are quiet far away. The nearest supermarket is only one kilometer away, but this one is not so big, but there is a big supermarket only 5 kilometers away from the house. We also visited Venice for one day which is at a distance of around 70 kilometers. So, we really enjoyed the great outdoor area of the house and the region where it is located and had a very great stay here!

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub hier verbracht. Der Außenbereich mit Pool und überdachtem Sofa- und Essbereich sind einfach unschlagbar. Das Haus selbst ist schön groß, die Zimmer sauber und relativ kühl, die Bäder ebenfalls völlig in Ordnung. Die Küche ist etwas klein und war nicht ganz so sauber und ordentlich, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten - darüber konnten wir im Gesamtpaket aber hinwegschauen. Susanna, unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, war so toll. Hilfsbereit, freundlich, und immer ansprechbar. Sie hat einen großartigen Job gemacht! Vielen Dank für eine tolle Zeit.

Boligen var godt udgangspunkt for oplevelser. Susanna var meget hjælpsom hostess. Pool, værelser, bad fungerede perfekt. Et stort plus at både håndklæder og sengetøj er til rådighed. Køkkenet er lille til 14 mennesker. Affaldssortering er alt for småt dimensioneret. Grill er et ildsted - havde forventet en grill til gas eller briketter. Bordtennisbord er ramponeret og med vandskade. Bordfodbold er super. Rigtig god og dejlig overdækket terrasse med både spiseplads og loungeområde. Aktivitetsrum med legeredskaber bør opdateres og være mere rengjort. Billederne signalerer større eksklusivitet end virkeligheden. Børnefamilierne efterspurgte røgalarmer. Det vil være en stor hjælp, hvis man konkret beskriver, hvornår og hvordan affaldstømning finder sted, udstyrer stedet med store affaldsbeholdere og angiver hvornår pool-manden kommer. Vi havde en fantastisk ferie og trivedes godt i bolig og omgivelser.

Top location in wunderschöner Umgebung. Wir waren drei Familien mit kleinen Kindern und fanden die Unterkunft absolut perfekt. Riesenpool, wird täglich gereinigt, großes Außengelände ohne Nachbarn, also auch kein Problem mit hohem Lärmpegel unserer Kinder. Viele Spielmöglichkeiten, Tischtennis usw. Innen alles super ausreichend für viele Personen. Küche super ausgestattet, sogar Basics wie Gewürze und Essig und Öl da. Mit dem Rad zum Bäcker ins Zentrum und Basic Einkäufe sowie Eisdiele 5min. Grosse Supermärkte alle in der Nähe. Hervorragende Restaurants. Kurzum - es hat uns an nix gefehlt und uns fällt absolut kein Negativ Punkt ein. Schöne Radausfluge am Fluß entlang, für kleine Kinder problemlos machbar. Wunderschöner Ortsteil serravalle in Vittorio veneto, steht Venedig in nix nach, nur ohne Menschenmassen. Super Kommunikation mit Patricia, bei irgendwelchen Fragen immer schnelle und unkomplizierte Hilfe. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir sind eine Gruppe Motorradfahrer und die Unterkunft war rundum perfekt für uns. Der Zugang zu spannenden Motorradtouren ist sehr nah. Wir waren 10 Personen und das Anwesen ist mehr als großzügig. Wir haben uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Patricia war vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes immer für uns da und Fragen wurden innerhalb kürzesterZeit beantwortet. Ferienparadies für Familien

Wir haben unsere Woche in der Villa Giò sehr genossen - drei Familien, insgesamt 12 Personen, dafür war die Zimmeraufteilung perfekt bzw. großzügig, die Bäder sind neu und in sehr gutem Zustand; die Betten leider nicht ganz so optimal (schöne alte Holzgestelle, aber mit ganz einfachem Gestell/Matratze drinnen). Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, vor allem der große Gasherd ist toll! Leider wenig Arbeitsfläche und nur ein Kühlschrank, was bei so vielen Leuten im Haus fast zu wenig ist. Absolut traumhaft: der Außenbereich! Sehr viel Platz zum Spielen für die Kinder, der Pool ist der Hammer (groß und auch tief), der Lounge-Bereich perfekt zum chillen/Schutz vor der Sonne, Tischtennistisch und Spieleraum mit Wuzzler (Tischfußball) und TV - da war für jeden was dabei. Perfekt auch die Betreuung durch die Gastgeber: Mehrmals in der Woche wurde der Pool gesäubert und der Müll weggebracht, vielen Dank dafür! Wir haben jeden Tag frisches Brot aus der spitzen Bäckerei "Le tre spighe" im Dorfzentrum geholt, unbedingt ausprobieren! Auch der Supermarkt Viscotto am Ortsende in Richtung Vittorio Veneto ist sehr gut sortiert, zum Riesen-Einkaufszentrum Bennet bei der Autobahnabfahrt ist es auch nicht weit. Unser Ausflugstipp: Sacile im Friaul, ca. 20 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. Eine entzückende kleine Stadt, da muss man wirklich nicht nach Venedig und sich die Menschenmassen geben.... Unser Fazit: Ein ganz tolles Haus für eine Woche ausspannen mit Freunden; Preis-Leisungs-Verhältnis sensationell..
