perfect getaway spot

Great service, easy check in and really good location, although the parking was extra, it was conveniently next to the hotel so it compensates the hassle of looking for a good spot.

Bathroom was a bit on the smaller side. Room didn't have A/C but it didn't really make a significant difference, the fan provided was good but it could be a different model so it makes less noise.

A pleasant stay in Antigua

We only stayed one night but the room was large, it is in a convenient location, comfortable bed and massive shower - in a bathtub! The water was hot with good pressure

We had to be let in and out of the main door

First time in Antigua Guatemalan!

This place was so amazing! Great location and the environment was so calm. I stood with my wife in a single room the bed was so comfy and the room was clean with a nice view in the back and a private bathroom. My mother-in-law with sister in law they stood in a room with a double bed that was so clean and comfy with a private bathroom and they loved it. I do recommend it and if you driving you could just park right across the street and walk because everything is a 10 to 15 min walk. Nice pharmacy in front hotel and a store for snacks. I do recommend first time in Antigua Guatemala book in this hotel won't fail you.

An ok stay but too expensive for what we got.

We had a big comfortable room.

The courtyard was noisy with other guests talking loudly and conducting business meetings in the morning. All the room windows face the courtyard so there was no escaping it. The small little courtyard behind our room was their garbage storage. Very gross.

Welcoming and helpful

The staff were so so lovely, they helped us with our plans and laundry service was great. Location was good, a short stroll into the main square.

Room was a bit outdated, could do with some finishing touches. Couldn't open window which made it a little stuffy, however we did ask for a fan and they gave us one no hesitation.

Outstanding service, wonderful location with beautiful gardens and cozy rooms.

We really enjoyed the hotel facilities, such nice and spacious gardens, very relaxing to cool off on the hammock and few steps away the beautiful lake and the street with all the handcrafts, restaurants and stores. Perfect location! The staff was great, friendly and always with a smile, ready to accommodate every single request we had. The food was delicious too.

The only thing I didn’t like was the taste and heaviness of the water available for drinking around the property, My friend had no issues drinking it but I’m very difficult, so bottled water was my best option.

The staff made our stay welcoming

The staff was very welcoming and even though we were checking in late they were ready for us at the reception. We had to leave early to the Airport to Guatemala and everything was arranged very well.

The room did not have a window and was super dark. Also it was really warm in there.

...

In urgent need of renovation Make sure to not have room 101 ... very noisy. Even the staff is noisy at 7 am ... Smelly room Adding extra % when you pay by card ... although not mentioned on website.

A comfortable place to stay

The place is quiet and clean, the room is soundproof. The bathroom is clean with fresh towels. The staff are nice and friendly, they have coffee and tea station that are always ready to serve.

Pleasant, spacious and a good value for the relaxed traveler. Hosts are cheerful.

King bed. Huge bathroom and tub. High ceiling. Ample closet. Cheerful hosts. Once inside you can’t hear the street traffic noise.

No chairs in bedroom. No facilities for wheelchair bound guests.

A very simple basic hotel

Great location, pretty friendly staff

We weren’t able to use our free breakfast because they didn’t have it until 8 am, and we needed to leave at 7. we found a spider in one of the beds 🤢 and in the bathroom. It was very hard to find where to plug in chargers etc. There were tables right outside our room where 3 people had a meeting and talked til about 10 pm which was frustrating as we have a 2 yr old and 8 yr old who were trying to sleep. Beds weren’t terrible but not comfy. No parking 🫤

Really nice Hotel, superb location! The beds were so comfy and the fluffy blanket on each bed was a lovely touch! Hot shower which is always a bonus! So reasonably priced too. 10/10 from me!

I really liked the king room. The hotel is located in a good area and the staff were helpful.

The bed in the King suite was extremely comfortable. The staff were helpful and accommodating with an early arrival. Breakfast is available on site for a reasonable price, along with free coffee, tea, and water.

There was minimal sound proofing and you could hear other guests at times.
