Very good, clean, in the center of Hifa

The location is very good, just in the center of everything in Haifa. I asked to do an early checking and the host was kind enough to approve it. It was very easy to get in and the instructions were very accurate. All in all it was real pleasure to stay there (for one day)

Not a quite neighborhood (since it is located very close to buss station) Sometimes, probably over the weeks there are parties around so you can hear the noise. But the host was kind enough to include hear-plugs so reduce it, if and when needed.

Nice place, great location, too small for 4 people

The location was great

The cleanliness of room and especially the towels isnt great. The room isnt realy fitted for 4 adults, the sofa bed is realy small and uncomfeterble.

It was a short stay, but I thoroughly enjoyed the unique experience and the location.

This was a unique hospitality experience. Not your usual vacation rental (no tv, no jacuzzi and such amenities) Simple but unique old school design building. The location is perfect and all this at a modest price. Would highly recommend.

Great value for money

The house is located in the German colony which is the perfect location to stay in Haifa. Beautiful street with the view of the Bahai Gardens, many bars and restaurants around, bus stop right in front of the house etc. The unique vintage interior was very nice. We also very much liked the personal touch of the interior. The owner was very nice and flexible.

The house looks a bit sketchy from the frontside as well as the garden that has huge potential to become an amazing place where to have breakfast or so. It's a shame that it is messy. We missed some dishes in the kitchen (had to buy some plastic plates). The freezer was so frozen that there was no room to put anything inside. The cleaniness in the bathroom could improve a bit (the shower wall and sink were a bit rusty). However, beyond these minor things, we still very much enjoyed our stay here and the place is really good value for the money.

Perfect and lovely place to explore Haifa

The rooms are in an old house in the German colony. They are renovated with modern equipment but in vintage style which is really nice. The house has a balcony where you can watch the life going on in the Ben Gurion Av. The accommodation is quite near to the old city of Haifa and to the main station.

Charming experience with personal touch

Prime Location in the heart of the German Colony. Coveneient self check in yet Omer was available on the phone to guide and recommend us local place to visit and eat. The room was nicely designed, not too posh yet with style, and the price more than fair considering the comfort and location. We'll return to try the other rooms for sure.

The small garden behind the house has great potential, hope it will be developed until we return.
