Classy hotel

Classy, clean hotel not too far from the main town. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a shopping center, so tons of shops, cafes etc around. Onsite parking lot is huge.

Would be nice to have a microwave in the room.

We enjoyed our stay in Sudima Hotel. We will defo book with them again.

The location is superb and convenient. The reception was friendly and accommodating. They let us stay in one room and even upgraded it, so we didn't have to keep moving our stuff.

They didn't clean our room for two days.

Location was excellent, close to shops, supermarket, pharmacy, laundromat etc.

Beds were a bit soft for our liking. Room was for the most part very clean but we moved the beds closer to the wall for the kids and underneath was not vacuumed

Décevant par l'erreur sur la prestation.

L'emplacement. La qualité de la literie. Le petit déjeuner très bien. Le confort général. Le parking libre et gratuit.

Nous avons été obligés de payer 2 chambres au lieu d'une seule. Pourtant, notre réservation était bien précisée pour 2 adultes et nos 2 enfants, et nous avions précisés les âges lors de la réservation sur booking (12 ans et 16 ans). A la réception, on nous dit que ces âges correspondent à des adultes, et que la loi leur interdit de recevoir 4 adultes dans la chambre réservée (qui comporte pourtant 2 grands lits doubles!). Il était tard, on venait de loin et on avait froid, trop tard pour annuler la première chambre et chercher un autre hôtel, nous avons donc accepté de payer une 2ème chambre, communicante avec la première. A notre grand désarroi! Une seule chambre aurait suffit, les lits doubles étaient immenses et pouvaient nous accueillir tous les 4! Nos 2 fils pouvaient occuper un lit et le 2ème lit pour ma femme et moi. Ce n'était que pour une seule nuit! De plus, on nous a d'abord fait payer 2 petits déjeuners en plus, alors qu'ils étaient compris dans le tarif de la première chambre (qui était devenue une chambre pour 2 au lieu de 4!). Le lendemain, ils nous ont remboursé les 2 petits déjeuners payés en plus la veille, sans qu'on le demande, ce qui prouve que la chambre réservée au départ était bien pour 4 personnes! J'attends maintenant que l'on me rembourse la 2ème chambre payée pour rien, car l'erreur ne vient pas de nous mais bien de la centrale de réservation ou de l'hôtel (nous n'avions pas caché l'âge de nos enfants lors de la réservation et la réservation de la chambre était bien pour 4 personnes). Cette erreur de la part de l'hôtel nous a coûté cher. Si j'avais su cela avant, j'aurais choisi un autre hôtel plus proche de notre budget!

Magnificent views from Alpine suite and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. Close to services and shopping.

Terrible service

I understand booking non refundable accommodation is non refundable but people need to be a bit morE compassionate when some one books the wrong date by 1 day and is happy to pay the difference will never book accomodation at the sudima again

It;s beautiful hotel to stay. We like it very much!

It's a very handy place. The frontdesk girls were really helpful. We didn't have the hotel breakfast there, we had our own. The room was very confortable, ererything was fine.

For us, if there's pick up and dropoff service from airport would be perfect. Especially for the first time beening here with luggage. But we still feel good, ererything.

Superb modern and relaxing Hotel with exceptional service and food.

Very modern, clean, well designed with very well trained staff. Very relaxing and the meal were superb. I teach hospitality and was so impressed with dinner we decided to do full brunch as well. Fresh fabulous food that really impressed.

The towels were small.

A very present stay.

The location is excellent being close to the airport and shopping centre. It is very convenient. It appears to have been refurnished recently and looks modern.

Initially we were assigned a room with toilet facilities for handicapped guests. Upon enquiry, a room with a regular toilet was given.

Very new and modern. Nice to have an automatic night light in bathroom with motion sensor. Quiet. Comfy beds.

Some staff are still in training we think. One of the wait staff was rather hopeless but he did his best. But really not an issue, people have to start somewhere and I’m sure he will get better with time.

Location! Its close to all amenities.

We had already requested the reception about late check out and it was agreed to. We thought it was entered into the system so that other staff could see. On the day of the check out, the staff at the reception had no idea about what was agreed to. It was explained and we didn't have to pay anything extra. But the staff was kind of rude about it. We had to repeat ourselves twice. This was totally not needed especially when we stayed there for 7 nights and the late check out was agreed to.

We only had 1 bin in the bathroom. The staff wanted to come to our room to look at something at 11pm I had to ask to get our sheets changed as they were dirty

Modern, clean hotel with lovely ensuite rooms and great location.

Great location. Very comfortable beds and pillows - modern spotless bathroom. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided smelled beautiful. Friendly, competent, helpful staff. Kids club room open during dining hours. Lovely restaurant - two sided fire out to verandah - perfect for snuggling up with a glass of red. Will definitely stay again! Thank you.

It was okay, not too bad or great

It was ok, they should add more options or breakfast should be different everyday, if someone is staying at the hotel for 4 days then it is not good to eat same breakfast everyday.

When we arrive we ask the reception if we can early check-in as that was what we requested at the time when we made the booking because was travelling with a kid, so lady at the reception said they don’t have a room available at this time and we would have been ok with that but then she added “ we can give the room at an extra cost of $15 or $20 ( can’t remember the exact amount) per hour , so they had the room at that time which they didn’t want to offer, but she could have said that in a more appropriate manner. Then we said that’s fine we will wait but if the room get available early then can you please inform us which she didn’t and when we turned around she and her colleague started laughing and they were definitely talking about us, which is rude.

Comfy beds and close to shops

The twin bed rooms with those large comfy beds were to die for. Like sleeping on a cloud. The layout of the room was nice and the bathroom was quiet. The automatic light under the bathroom was great for low light having a baby in the room. It felt clean and room service were super quick.

Although the location was convenient it was quite loud from road noise, there was all night light from the shop signs outside. Something in place around the curtain might prevent some issues. The bin was tiny and senseless. We had baby nappies! The 20degrees lock on the temperature control drove us insane. 20 degrees isn’t even cold, we got stuffy at times.
