Master bedroom suite has a queen bed and full bath with shower only in remodeled bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with twin on top, full on bottom, and twin pullout trundle. The second bathroom comes with a fully remodeled full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Washer and dryer in the condo for your personal use. Fully equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, electric stove top, oven, and coffee maker. Newly renovated family room has a queen sleeper sofa, additional seating, and a smart TV. Views of the ocean from the kitchen and family room. Double sliding doors to a balcony with seating, and a grill, to enjoy the great views of the ocean. We had great stay at Chris’s place! This was a last minute getaway but everything was great and clean, which was the most important!! The only thing that was stressful when packing was remembering to bring our own linens, pillows and towels…other than that I would definitely stay here again for the location, cleanliness and convenience to everything! Couldn’t have been more pleased for a stay with 2 small kids! Chris was great with communication!

150%++ PERFECT! Superb, clean, adorable, modern place to stay! Just steps away from the beach and ocean! This beach is wonderful since it has an outdoor covered pavilion gazebo with 6 benches to view the ocean and beach if you or your loved ones want to avoid the sun but take in the fresh outdoor air and the wonderful beach and ocean views. This Outstanding Condo has beautiful ocean view from the kitchen, living room, and outdoor deck. Love the Condo’s outdoor deck with table and seating for morning coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beautiful, modern, clean furniture, appliances, washer & dryer, beds, bedrooms, bathrooms, and televisions. Perfect location to walk to restaurants, ice cream parlours, miniature golf, breakfast coffee cafes, amusement park, grocery store, shops, boutiques, surf shop, and to view to daily sunset along the bay each evening. Such a breathtaking, peaceful, quiet, relaxing condo! Looking forward to my return visit with my family! ENJOY!!! ~ Antonia C.

We had a wonderful vacation in Beachaven, the condo was beautiful, clean and was a perfect location for access to the beach and all that l.b.I has to offer. Chris couldn’t have done any more to make us feel at home, the use of the beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and two bikes was an awesome bonus! We would highly recommend this rental property. Thank you.

This was a great condo for a week away for my wife and I. Plenty of room for two people. It’s a great location, right off the beach. Also close to town for easy walking or biking to. The owner is very easy to communicate with too. Would definitely stay here again.

Chris' condo was the perfect spot for a beach get-a-way. The place itself was just lovely, clean and well appointed. Our adult children live close by and were in and out all week, with the perfect space for them to change after the beach or spend the night. The balcony was a wonderful place to have a cup of coffee in the morning and watch the sunrise. You are steps away from the beautiful Pearl Street Pavilion (where we got married) and the relaxing beach. All types of restaurants await just a short walk away, from the elegant Gables (our wedding spot) to the relaxing Barry's (best cheesesteaks). Ice cream at the WooHoo is the way to end a summer day at the beach. Chris was a wonderful host, available to answer any of our questions at any time of day! We look forward to next year's stay at his lovely Pearl-y Condo! Thank you Esposito Family for sharing your vacation home with us! ~Sal & Sarah

My family just completed our week staying at this lovely condo. I would highly recommend it to anyone! The location is just perfect, right off the beach. The owner of the property is such a pleasure to work with and they have done such a wonderful job maintaining this home… the balcony faces the ocean and is a great way to start off the day eating my breakfast & listening to the waves! The size was just right for me and my two young adult sons. I hope we can return to this location for years to come!

We loved our stay at this property. The owners were fantastic, very accommodating and helpful. The condo was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect, steps to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

Can’t beat the location!

Can’t beat the location!

We spent a week here over July fourth. The place was very clean, cool, and quiet. The outdoor shower was nice and the shed was well stocked with boogie boards and bike. The patio was good sized so that you could be comfortable having coffee or a drink out there. The only thing missing was a gas grill (tho there is a good sized George Forman), but I reckon that’s a HOA limitation. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The condo was very well maintained and in a great location near the beach and the center of Beach Haven. The host was very friendly and helpful, and quick to respond to questions and advice on how to make the stay the most enjoyable. My only complaints were the lack of cable TV, pillows and blankets, and the second bedroom not that suitable for two adults to sleep in. Thank You

We were steps to beach and 2 blocks to dining and shops. I recommend Pearl Market’s fish tacos! Woohoo had good burgers and fabulous fries. The condo beach supplies included surf boards, games and bike, along with the usual biggie board, chair and umbrella. Thank you for a great trip!
