About this cottage rental

Enjoy the upstairs loft in Garden Cottage with a spacious bedroom overlooking the backyard garden and a full bath with tub/shower. Garden Cottage is located in Kernersville's Historic District on a quiet cul-de-sac with private homes surrounded by picket fencing, brick sidewalks and street lamps. Sunlight will greet you and sunsets will inspire you as you view them from the upstairs windows. Six puppies may be entertaining you in the backyard. There is a place for morning coffee on the yellow bench next to the flowerbeds. There is an adjusted cleaning fee of $50 PER MONTH for long-term guests.

We loved staying at the garden cottage! It was very clean and quiet. The neighborhood was really nice and it’s close to a lot of restaurants. The host was wonderful! She was quick to respond to our questions and she was very nice. We hope to stay here again soon if we are in the area again! I would definitely recommend this property!

Mine and my partners’ stay at the garden cottage was delightful! We had everything we needed to be comfortable and the location was great. There are stores and restaurants around, very easily accessible. Phyllis was incredibly welcoming and very kind. She made sure we had all that we needed. Would definitely book again!

This place is as advertised. I did not utilize any of the outdoor amenities, but the interior was very clean, quaint and comfortable. The location is also convenient. I would stay again!

This room and gardens were incredible. It was on a very quiet street that was close to town, stores and restaurants. All within walking distance if you like to walk a bit. Phyllis was very kind and responded quickly if something was needed.

I stayed for 4 nights while traveling for business and was very pleased with the cottage. It had everything a nice hotel offers and Phyllis was very friendly and responsive. The location ideally located and is close to grocery stores, restaurants and access to main highways.

The owner anticipated our every need. Privacy screens were set up in advance, cold water in the refrigerator, and even make up wipes! Everything was elegantly decorated with artistic, handmade details. Lots of space!

The cottage was very clean and cozy. I slept wonderfully. There are restaurants near by and shopping. target and Starbucks is just down the road. Great location to Greensboro about 15 minutes away, where I enjoyed dinner with my daughter. Highly recommended the cute cottage

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay that would break up a long drive. Phyllis' home was perfect. Located in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to some places to eat. We highly recommend eating at Cagney's! The rooms that we stayed in were nicely decorated and very comfortable. We appreciated the little water bottles, teas, and snack bars. The bathroom was also very pretty and roomy. Phyllis checked in on us at check in which we appreciated. All in all we would love to stop here again.

A quiet oasis indeed, close to everything. A safe and secure haven with a gracious host onsite for real time assistance and courtesies. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay - only gap was a small kitchenette so that I could boil an egg or two. Many thanks!
