With beautiful views of the surrounding Tennessee countryside and the French Broad River to the north of the driveway, this Sevierville home offers a gorgeous yard and plentiful space to play, unplug, and unwind. Enter by way of the shaded front porch that runs the length of the house, where a pair of wagon-wheel rockers offer a lovely perch for sipping tea in the afternoons. The interior living space brings modern elements - such as central AC, free WiFi, and flatscreen TVs - to a perfectly rustic atmosphere accented by natural plank walls, exposed beam ceilings, and a gas fireplace with a stone hearth. The living room, the dining room, and the kitchen are open to each other, so you can prepare meals (using stainless steel appliances and a kitchen island with bar seating), sit down to eat, and watch movies after dinner together with your loved ones. Just beyond the kitchen is an expansive sunroom with a view of the backyard and an access point to a multi-level deck with a gas grill, outdoor seating, new private hot tub, and wonderful views of the property and the playhouse below. As the day's clothes refresh themselves in the washer/dryer each evening, you can gather around the firepit for s'mores and stories and watch TV in the living room or the den on the first floor.
This country home sits within sight of the French Broad River eight miles north of downtown Sevierville. You'll be just one mile west of the Mountain Cove Marina and Sevier County Park on the shores of Douglas Lake, and 14 miles north of the heart of Pigeon Forge and the ever-iconic Dollywood. If you're hoping to explore the countless wonders of nature nearby, the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park is only 21 miles south.

This cabin was amazing for a multi family vacation stay. We did not have any issues while we were there. The cabin has everything you may need to be able to cook, keep up with your laundry, and dishes. The hot tub worked amazing and so did everything else. The cabin is in a quiet area, but not too far from a grocery store or pigeon forge/gatlinburg. Highly recommend staying at the friendly bear cabin 2.

We absolutely loved our stay. The property was absolutely beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay.

I loved how spacious the house was.

This home was quiet and private, perfect for a getaway with friends. They provided a lot of things to do and hot tub, although we didn’t get to use. House does need a deep cleaning but for the majority it was clean and cozy, comfortable beds and great water pressure in the showers. Kitchen was well stocked but did need an extra dish towel or two. Area has some great places to hike and close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

My husband and I stayed here during the last part of our road trip. The cabin was very spacious and just what we needed to unwind. The decor in the cabin was the first thing we noticed upon walking in, made the atmosphere feel even better. The beds, couches and even the futon were all very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. We travel with two dogs and they loved running around the large front yard and exploring. The decks were nice, you could see the river and catch a nice sunset with dinner. The location was in driving distance to everything we needed, grocery store, restaurants, shopping, etc. Was also close to hiking trails in the Great Smoky Mountains, only two of them are dog friendly (Gatlinburg Trail and Oconaluftee River Trail) Would stay again if we were to come back to the area.

We stay in the are quite a bit, and we absolutely enjoyed this property. The huge yard and closeness to things is a PLUS!

It’s a nice property, clean, within 15 minutes of all necessities.

My family and I loved our time here! It was very nicely located while also being quiet. The property and cabin was very well kept and offered plenty of space!
4.7
My family and I absolutely loved this cabin. The location was close enough to town, only a 10-15 minute commute to the Sevierville convention center and restaurants. I will definitely book this cabin the next time I’m in Tennessee.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, the yard had plenty of room to throw the frisbee for our German Short Haired Pointer, our 2yr old son had an absolute blast playing in the fort, anything you could possibly want to do is within a 40min drive and even the neighbors are friendly. What else can you ask for?

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was my mom, her wife, my girlfriend, and myself in town for the TN lady vols game. Enough towels/blankets/ amenities. The hot tub was wonderful plus. Not too far from Knoxville, pigeon forge, or Gatlinburg either.

Everything was up to date
Might want to deodorize the game room/ sun porch, has a dog pee smell
We had pets, didnt bother us, but it might others

Spacious inside & out. Clean living space, bedrooms, bathrooms, & kitchen. Grass needed cutting. Needs laundry basket & dish rack. Lots of wood & bears. Cute & comfortable.
4.7
The cabin was very spacious and clean definitely accommodated my family. Great location also not far from the highway where all the stores and attractions are. Great time highly recommend it.
4.7
The cabin was amazing only problem was the trash cans needed something bear poof cats kept knocking them over and getting trash everywhere. Also the hot tub needs a little bit more privacy.
4.7
In-house was beautiful but about 10 full trash bags left in driveway, dirty kitchen towels on porch right by front door, and animal poop in room by sliding door! Very disappointing and have never had an issue with vacasa cleanliness before. Also didn’t have a welcome book or anything with instructions on how to leave house upon checkout as we have had in every other vacasa rental. Sunroom smelled like pee so bad you had to hold your breath to walk through. And had toys all over the floor so nobody cleaned it at all.

White Christmas -I brought my children and grandchildren to Tennessee for Christmas. They still wanted to see snow and they got their way. They are seven-year-old twins and my one grandson just started a round of chemo treatment for brain cancer. The cabin was beautiful and decorated for Christmas. I love that location because you didn’t have to worry about mountainous roads but yet the view of the lake and the snow was a Thomas Kinkade painting. The cabin was completely set up for anything that you would need. It even had scissors for last minute wrapping. We cooked breakfast every morning. The kitchen was completely stocked with wonderful equipment. We loved sitting in the living area in the front porch overlooking a beautiful huge yard for the children and the dogs. There was also a wonderful playhouse and a fire pit. Unfortunately, I fell in pigeon Forge and broke my ankle in 3 places on Christmas day and we had to cut their trip short by one day as I needed emergency surgery in Florida. We were also disappointed to leave but we will be back. Also the staff was very accommodating. I would recommend this cabin to anyone. It was also very clean and wonderfully re-decorated.

The cabin is very nice. The pictures shared in the site are accurate…however a bit misleading. This cabin is basically in a neighborhood. Not nearly as private as the pictures portray.
4.7
Clean place that is still close to town but far enough away to get away from the busy town. Would highly recommend this for families looking for that perfect Tennessee get away spot! Great amenities with this cabin.
4.7
Nice cabin convenient to pigeon forge
Not the best views but nice and would definitely stay here again

It was a nice cabin. The upstairs window air conditioning was very loud. My husband couldn’t fish any where it was all posted property.
4.7
The house was absolutely adorable, it accommodated our large family and our children had a blast.

We had a great time ! The hot tub was wonderful
4.7
We enjoyed our stay. Overall it was good but the coffee maker has issues and the hot tub that we were told worked was not in operation and therefore never warmed enough to actually use. This was a very important piece of the trip as it was needed. I tried to communicate with the property mgr on Friday upon check in and got a unconcerned response today. Not an acceptable response time.

The cabin was about 30 minutes from gatlinburg, we stayed with another couple and there was plenty of space , great yard for our dogs , only problem was needed a better cleaning and the back living room was unusable it was such a strong odor or dog pee .
