Beautiful, convenient location, excellent amenities.

The facility is very clean and nice. There are several restaurants on the property to enjoy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
The location at the Seaport is great but located in the South end of Boston. We were interested in the Freedom Trail, and it is too far to walk. I should have researched it more before booking. We did utilize the Hop on Hop off bus for transportation as much as possible, but the last tour starts at 5:00 pm from the central station. The pickup location is right across the street from the hotel.
Also, the room was very small, and the configuration is simply weird. There is no wall separating the bed from the toilet.

Nice property.
Terrible front desk staff.
Bait and switch, charged credit card twice.
Many hidden charges and amenities are scarce.
Too expensive, too many hidden charges.
Not as advertised.

Location was fabulous. So clean.
There should of been a disclaimer... we didn't expect the bathroom to be "part" of the room. Worked fine because i was with my boyfriend but if i was with a friend would of been a bit awkward coming out of the shower.....

The staff was amazing and so friendly! The hotel was beautiful and in a prime location. Our room was very clean and beautiful.
We stayed on the 18th floor on the artist studio tower and the other guests on the same floor were extremely rowdy. They were yelling and singing late into the night and even into the early morning. We didn't say anything because the staff were so wonderful and it was St. Patrick's Day Weekend but my suggestion would be to put an emphasis on each floor to respect other guests.

Fantastic location. Great on-site restaurant options. Very spacious and comfortable room. Spa services although $$$ were amazing!
It was very busy because of a very large convention during the time of our visit.

I wasn't aware there would be a $400(!!!) incidentals fee, for a single night. I looked it up and the most their own website said was around $200. That, plus the distance from any public transit, really turned me off from returning.

Thankfully my stay was only for one night. The front desk had a luggage check service. The TV and thermostat were easy to use.
Staff didn't say early check-in would negate room service. Room service never visited the room before or during my stay. I never had clean towels, water cups, or hand soap. The shower and toilet had frosted glass doors. The sink couldn't hold water and prevented filling standard water bottles; Access to water is top-priority when food poisoning occurs during travel. Fridge was too weak to chill food or beverages. The itemized receipt had unspecified additional fees and duplicate items.

Large modern hotel multiple bars and restaurants. There's bars nearby in the area too. Amazing attentive staff. Clean spacious rooms.
The hotel itself was great I personally just didn't like the location I thought it was annoying having to Uber/drive 15+ mins to every place like downtown, backbay, beacon hill, south end, Cambridge

The facilities were amazing. Great coffee shoo and the restaurant in the hotel, Coquette, was lovely. Staff here also very nice. On site spa, which was lovely. Had a pedicure. Rooms were big and very comfortable.
Visited the spa for a pedicure, which was amazing. Paid for service, left the spa, and about 30 minutes later my card was charged again, while I wasn’t present, for an extra $60. To be charged without notice or explanation is absolutely unheard of in the UK. As a guest staying in the hotel, I would expect a call to the room or even to my mobile phone to let me know what the charge was for. I also felt that the service charge I had to pay was excessive and I didn’t like that it was assumed either. 20% on top a service I’m already paying for is a lot of money. I’d rather have given a $20 tip to the lady who did the pedicure.
The rooms were amazing, but I think there needs to be some consideration for bathroom doors. Our overall bathroom door would not stay shut (we had to use a tube of body cream to keep it so) and despite reporting it, no one came to fix it. I also found it odd that there was no door to separate the toilet area to the bathroom.
On the 2nd January, the day we were leaving, we wanted to eat in the sports bar. We were disappointed to find that it was closed and would be until the Saturday. There were no notices anywhere to say it was closed and this meant that the only option for us to eat in the hotel was room service. I think for a hotel that size, it’s pretty poor.

Nothing I didn’t get to stay because my friend wasn’t feeling well from her blood transfusion and I called the hotel to let them know I’m canceling and I called booking.com but the hotel haven’t gotten back to me about whether I could get a credit or not. I’m a union carpenter that’s actually staying there 12/8 for my annual delegates meeting.
I didn’t like that I’m getting the run around. No one has let me know yet if I can get a credit because of the circumstances. I’m planning on staying there but just at later date.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit breitem Angebot.
Wie sonst üblich keine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer. Hohe Zimmerpreise, leider üblich für Boston.

Very beautiful new hotel. Staff was very friendly, and it was in a great location.
The rooms were tiny, and the bathroom was basically part of the bedroom. Weirdest layout ever. Toilet was almost part of shower, which all almost right next to the bed.
