THE SPACE
Original, recently refinished, hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings, and modern appliances all complete this upstairs West 7th duplex home. Enjoy the experience of a boutique hotel with modern amenities and historic charm, all while maintaining the comfort, flexibility, and privacy of a vacation home.

RING DOORBELLS:
We utilize Ring video doorbells for our guests' safety. This also allows us to ensure the booking details are accurate -- if more people than are listed attempt to check-in, or someone other than the person who made the reservation checks in, we'll be alerted.

The second bedroom contains a trundle bed to allow for the second single bed.

GATHERINGS:
Please be respectful of the guests staying downstairs. If you're looking to stay up until all hours of the evening, this isn't the best place to stay.

The apartment was a great location for getting to where we needed to be for the week. It’s an up and coming area that is close to cute shops and restaurants. Quick to MSP, quick to U of M and other campuses, and quick to St Paul sites and shopping. Communication was great, the apartment was as described. Glad I chose this one for our week in the St Paul area

My husband broadcasts for a radio station and we travel some way for the Minnesota State Wrestling tournament. This home is a great place to stay with easy access to everything we need when we are down there.

We were visiting family in the neighborhood so it was perfect! The cottage was clean and comfortable. It was a great location!

It was so cold each night. They say them heaters work but no matter what way you turn the controls they wouldnt heat up and if you want to watch a little football in peace you cant because no TV beds was hard to sleep in as well i have beem in a few vrbos in the passed this has been by far the worst one

This was our second time staying here. It’s so convenient to our family who live in town. It’s centrally located to restaurants and activities. The kitchen and bathroom are very, very clean as it the rest of the apartment. Lots of space and comfortable furniture in the living room. Off street parking in the driveway. Hosts are super responsive if you need anything. Highly recommend. We will stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was in a great location, clean, and the neighborhood was very quiet. I should mention that there is no TV and there is a steep stairway to enter the unit.

This is the top floor of a two family in a quiet neighborhood, it was so nice to hear birds singing every morning! The beds were comfortable and everything was nicely set up in the house. Wifi was great, appliances that we used were all excellent. Communication with the owner was very easy,

Safe neighborhood, good location for easy access to the freeway. Couple of things inside would even add to the appeal of visitors. If owners are interested in hearing new ideas . I would definitely stay again. Clean, safe, easy access just a few adjustments to the interior and it's a VRBO plus!

We were in St. Paul visiting our college daughter & wanted a place to "settle in" for the weekend. (Having the opportunity to have a kitchen to make homemade meals was such a treat for our daughter, who isn't loving college cuisine). The home was super clean and had everything we could possibly need. We walked the neighborhood and found some fun outdoor entertainment, brewery, bakery and great food. A wonderful place to stay!!!

Dealing with Austin (the owner) was effortless. The place was booked as a trip with my son to see an old friend and a concert. The apartment is not a hotel which is why we use VRBO. The place is basic... imagine your first or second apartment after meeting your partner...and with all the amenities. The beds were comfortable. We needed the folding bed couch as well, which was satisfactory according to our friend who came up for day 2 and 3 of our stay. The kitchen is very functional. On our last night, we ate in. Coffee is provided via Keurig. I would suggest a visit to Traders Joe for water, creamer and other essentials. Bathroom is very functional with tub and shower with good pressure. Washer and dryer as well. The neighborhood is quiet off of West 7th with plenty of dining options. Parking in the driveway is available but confirm with Austin. Good price as well. Highly recommend.

This seems to be a new listing, everything was so squeaky clean and fresh. Thoughtfully designed amenities. Wonderful early-20th c. quiet neighborhood of houses and friendly people. We liked all the interesting places to visit within walking distance. Just a block off the bus line direct from the MSP airport, if you want to save money & the environment.

The upstairs apartment was very spacious and clean! The pictures are very true to the place. I had the opportunity to meet the owner and he was a delightful young man who was vey responsive and friendly. There are some wonderful restaurants within walking distance to the apartment!

Very clean well furnished apartment with a beautiful kitchen. Walking distance to nearby brewery and lots of eateries in the area. Wish they had a TV for the 13 year old, but Wi FI saved us. Good stay. Great price.
