The condo is nice but a bit sparse and "cold" in terms of decor. It was very clean. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfy. There wasn't a TV in both bedrooms which would have been nice for late night binge watching. There was more than enough room in the apartment for everyone to spread out but the living room could have used more seating for our party of six - a sofa for 3 and one occasional chair. The outdoor patio is nice for a view of the city. The area is quite close to centennial park and very easy to get to by walking or a quick cab/Uber ride. The bathrooms had nice toiletries offered which was a plus. The ice make wasn't working so we had to go buy ice which was a bit annoying. There also wasn't a washer and dryer in the apartment which wasn't in the listing when I looked back. I guess I just typically see that in apartments this size - my bad for assuming. Overall a nice apartment in a good location but not sure I would select again. As it just wasn't a "comfy" place to stay - it felt very sterile.

This property was almost ideal but it was not as clean as it should have been and the balcony floor was messed up and peeled up - other than that it felt safe, was modern and updated, and I would stay again but would request an extra cleaning.

Booked with kids to do some attractions down town . We were super close to the aquarium and world of coke which is why we booked this particular spot. THE VIEW IS SO BEAUTIFUL ! The house was clean I have no complaints in that area. To find the entrance it’s a little tricky but somebody was there to guide me as soon as I wrote them with trouble . The only thing I will say is the downstairs bedroom in the back with the balcony facing the car, garage smelt like sewage horribly me and my husband ended up sleeping upstairs, which was cool because of the beautiful view we didn’t mind but somebody should get that sewage looked at it smelled like it was backing up Also I would really invest in putting a full length body mirror into that home. All of the mirrors are small bathroom, sink, mirrors, and it really sucked not being able to check our outfits out. I still give this place a 10 out of 10 ! Also, just pay for the parking that’s located at the condo. You have no issues with security or having your car broken into that being downtown Atlanta. GREAT SPOT would BOOK AGAIN !!

The location can’t be beat. The check in process was not as cumbersome as others mention; it’s just different. I received the door code through email. It’s easier to navigate the process if you download the Sounders app (though I was annoyed I had to download an app for convenience during my stay). Parking was very convenient (right under the building) and it was safe. Overall I’d stay there again. Location was good, the view is cool. Great place for a dude weekend.

They randomly cancelled my reservation 4 days prior to my check in date and no one could give me an explanation as to why they cancelled my booking. Then they proceeded to tell me I had to wait 10 business days to receive a refund. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

Have 0 complaints about the condo itself. There was an issue fitting my truck into the garage but Sonder was very helpful in refunding the parking costs. Not parking on site did lead to my truck being broken into less than 10 minutes down the road so I would opt to pay for the on-site parking if you plan on staying here. The only other complaint I have is on our walk from the condo to the city for dinner (5min walk) we were stopped and had a altercation with a homeless man that made the young ladies I was with very uncomfortable. I would definitely not plan on walking to the city by yourself at any time of the day.

If you do not check in before 12 am your access codes will not work. There is no front desk and the number provided for their customer service people is PA. Customer service is no help and will give you the run around. We ended up having to book our stay elsewhere. There were no issues with getting a refund.

The place smelled of cigarette smoke. I reported this on our first day and nothing was ever done about it, including no follow-up call. We had a hard time getting code to take to get in gate, we had to enter it 4 to 5 times before it would take. It was a pain getting in and out to let up and down the garage door.

This was a great place to relax and rest between 4 festival days at Sweetwater Music festival. The walk was about 15 minutes and was easy. The unit we rented was great and very spacious for 2 people. I recommend highly!

1. We rented a unit that sleeps 8 because my husband and I have 3 teenagers who don't like to sleep in the same bed, so we can count on a unit that sleeps 8 to accommodate the 5 of us. We arrived and the unit only slept 6. I questioned it and received an email stating the unit only sleeps 6.. VRBO ad says 8.. and that we needed to find somewhere else to stay!! The following day I received an apology email that we were downgraded due to the unit we rented and paid for wasn't available. They NEVER told us that until day 2! 2. The sheets on the pull out couch had not been washed and it was very obvious. 4. The whole house smelt like weed and cigarette smoke. We even found a smoked joint laying on the floor on the hallway! 4. Sonder requires you to add your credit card to their website to get check-in instructions. We enjoy renting through vrbo because it's a trusted and familiar website to us. We didn't appreciate this and weren't comfortable with it.

This is a beautiful area with plenty of food and history, plus museums within walking distance. The view is amazing! It was very clean, quiet, and spacious. Check in was easy and check out was simple, just close the door. The free parking spot is an added bonus for safety. We loved everything about this place.

Photos truly do not capture the true beauty of the penthouse. It was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is very suitable to all of the downtown tourist locations including the aquarium and Coca Cola Muesum, and oh my goodness the view of the city is beautiful. Would definitely recommend
