Mixed feedback on this property: neglecting the construction site next to this property the place is very conveniently located, close to many sights in downtown Manhattan like ground zero and Brooklyn bridge. The flat we got assigned was not super close to the construction site still there is quite a noise level from 7am onwards. Some of the furniture in the flat was already run down but our flat was very clean (except for the fridge which hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival and had an awful smell!). All in all we enjoyed our stay but this is not a spotless location in NYC.

Brought my daughter to see Columbia and NYU. The apartment location is good, with subway access just a few blocks away, and plenty going on in the neighborhood. The apartment was clean, well furnished, with a fully functional kitchen. Beds were fine including the couch pullout which my son said was one of the most comfortable pullouts he has ever slept on. The only downside, and the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the noise. Construction work early in the morning during the week, Also, the elevator is quite loud in the room closest to the door. They're nice enough to provide sound machines for each room, but if you aren't accustomed to that kind of noise, you're in for an early morning.

Great place. Some construction next door, but quiet at night. Close to subway connection to rest of the city. Well equipped. Would stay again.

Just what we wanted — three friends making a week-long trip to New York. Away from the chaos of other neighborhoods, close to the subway, and separate rooms/space. Reasonably priced. Good internet if you need to work. Nice to have a kitchen. Lots of places to eat and grab groceries nearby. Would recommend.

The flat is ideal for families with 4-6 members, it is clean and well equipped. The location is really good, main metro lines are very close, you can be in every popular tourist destinations in 20-30 minutes. The only issue we had is the noisy construction next door. It was communicated by the operator but still in the morning it was sometimes a little bit uncomfortable. But even with that we would rent it again
