I felt a hand rail for the front steps would have been of benefit for my mother whose mobility is not 100 percent. Stairs were manageable but no hand rail to help her in

Very relaxing, short stay. Would def like to revisit!

Loved this property right in the heart of North Berwick and in easy walking distance to beach , restaurants & shops . Very well equipped for any self catering needs.

Lovely Stay - Would defintely book again.

Great property - would definitely stay again. Easy access and great location. The guest information pack was so helpful, there was definitely a lot of thought put into it. Tea/coffee/bread/milk/eggs waiting for us on arrival. Luxurious Egyption Cotton towels which I am now searching for to buy myself!

the property couldn’t be better. clearly well maintained, spacious and lovely complimentary sundries provided. the location is perfect, 5 seconds from High St, 2 minutes to the beach. quite wee close with free parking. communication from Ian also top notch. definitely will return

Gorgeous wee property and will definitely be back.

Gorgeous property literally round the corner from the main street, shops and restaurants and 5 minute walk from the beach. It had everything we needed and a generous few essentials waiting for us when we arrived. Very comfortable and cosy. We will definitely be back. Thanks to Ian for checking and making sure we had everything we needed.

Accommodation well suited to the location and very comfortable

We liked the welcome pack, stylishness of the decor and the location with great parking. I would suggest that you stress that the parking is in a private courtyard - knowing North Berwick, I was concerned that we would be parking on the street.

We would have preferred a summer weight duvet and a reminder of the code for the key safe before arrival. Booking.com asked when we were expecting to arrive and we assumed that was for someone being there to meet us.

The property is in a prime location in the town. Ye beach and main street were only minute away

Breakfast items were supplied which was unexpected. We had brought things with us but we made use of the bread, milk and water

I had an exceptional stay in this perfectly located property

The property was very clean, fresh and comfortable. it had everything I could have hoped for. The location was excellent and having it’s own parking space is a huge bonus in North Berwick . I also loved the Welcome Folder the information was well researched, well laid out and very entertaining 😁

Exceptional

We loved how central the property was to beaches, parks & shops. It was an easy to walk to the train station for a day trip to Edinburgh. The property parking space was very handy and big enough for our long estate car. Lovely accommodation which was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Ian was easily contactable if needed 🙂

Very enjoyable and recomandable accommodation

We enjoyed the cosy accommodation with doorstep parking in the centre of town which was easy to find. Once the car was parked everything was within reach by a short walk. I personally enjoyd the shower with a rich rain shower effect. I would also like to mention the rich welcome equipment including cerials, eggs, milk, toast, coffee and tea as well as some goodies. The USB sockets including induction charging pad and cable for iPhone and iPad are amenities which made the life easy. We look forward coming back some day.

Little Gem!!! a must stay if visiting North Berwick

All of it !!! Really couldn't recommend staying here enough. House has everything you need I mean everything. Beds so comfy, great shower, decor lovely. No faults at all . Brilliant location close to beaches shops pubs etc. Host Ian great any questions quickly resolved. Thanks Ian we loved it.

Central location and off street parking. Felt nice and homely. Loved the welcome basket with eggs bread milk etc and and also there was clingfilm, paper towels, washing up liquid etc already there to use which is always good. Ian the host was great and messaged us on the day we arrived to make sure everything was OK. A great wee house and so central. Would definitely book again.

A great return visit

A return visit here and it did not disappoint. A lovely property so well equipped, very clean and it’s locality to both the town centre and the beach is great. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The welcome pack is a helpful addition. We love this area and enjoyed staying again in this house.

Great place to stay, would recommend & hope to return.

Really surprised & impressed to find milk, bread, eggs, butter, bottled water in addition to a really good selection of teas, coffee & condiments. Really nice touch. Property was ideal for what we needed, very well equipped & perfectly situated with parking on the doorstep & 30 seconds walk from the high street & harbour.

My daughter and I had a lovely weekend, shopping and relaxing at night watching some girlie flicks :

The owner has upgraded the property well and it is lovely and cosy, everything you need for a weekend away :)

However my gripe is not with the apartment but the loud chiming of the church bell near it, rang every hour through the night, I didn't understand that and it left me with a disturbed sleep on both nights., The apartment itself was lovely and ideal for a break away :)
