Poor breakfast, lack of choice, no fruits, no vegetables

We stopped here on the way back from Sicily to Milan as a rest stop. It served its purpose, It was clean, easy to access from the motorway, good value for money and the reception recommended a good restaurante near by which was also good value for money.
The breakfast was fine for the price, perfect to start us off on our journey again.
Nothing really, it was as advertised.

The room was good and the parking was excellent.
The shower! Italian properties at this level all seem to have the same issue....tiny showers which all have veery low pressure water. Also the shower get was not there and instead i there were 2 TINY sachets of liquid soap....this was really bad. Also breakfast was VERY basic. Rosanna who prepared coffee was very nice and friendly but the reality is that breakfast needs a serious upgrade. Only sliced bread, no fresh pannini, sliced ham or sliced cheese no yoghurt and the only cereal was Corn Flakes, no muesli or wholemeal options na not oats

Breakfast was amazing. So many options.
Fruit juices, yoghurt, cereal, croissants, sweet pastries, etc.
I also needed a ticket printed, and the staff were very helpful and prompt.
Their suggestion of a restaurant nearby was also much appreciated.
Value for money was great.

It was clean and a convenient location.
The breakfast was generous with a good range and the attendant at breakfast was a lovely helpful lady.
There was plenty of parking.
The hotel was locked and unattended when we arrived despite arriving after check in time.
The hotel is large but they put all the guests close to each other despite the fact there were only ten guests.
Our neighbour had his TV going until 2am and they were doing repairs on the room above during the afternoon.

The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good, with a variety of products. The bedroom size was excellent.
The bathroom is a bit small.

The lady that was at the breakfast room (I believe her name was Rosalinda, I hope I remember that correctly!), was extremely nice. She took a genuine interest in my journey and we had an excellent co conversation. Even though I have never met her before, she was very caring. I was able to store my bicycle for free inside. The room was clean and had all I needed.

The location is very good, picturesque place and straight next to the highway. The room is comfortable good value for the money. The staff is super friendly. Many thanks to lady Rossana, super friendly and hospitable person.

They waited for us until 23:30. The receptionist very pleasant. Clean.
Air condition didnt heat (although we double checked - and yes- it was on heat mode!). Dowdy furniture, that needed repainting (no need to through out and buy new, just fresh paint - or polish) Poor breakfast (only croissans)after we asked if there is cheese or something salty, they brought is a plate with yellow cheese and salamy. No vegetables at all, there were a few apples. Onlyone type of bread - 'ever fresh' poor quality bread.
Far from a 4 star hotel, but ok. Clean
