About this apartment rental
Beautifully updated Highlands Condo! Come stay at this impressive 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom Highlands residence at Peek'n Peak Resort. Beautifully designed, this home offers spacious living and entertaining areas and a well equipped kitchen. The basement offers a large living room with an additional fireplace, utility room with a brand new washer and dryer, and two bedrooms. The main living room has new 75" smart TV, as well as a new 65" smart TV in the basement living room. Every bedroom also has TV's connected to Spectrum cable. Wifi throughout the entire residence. New furniture has been added to the main living room, as well as new outdoor patio furniture on the upper deck. New dining room table that seats 6 comfortably. Other living room and bedroom furniture is being replaced as quickly as the supply chain will allow. This home is close to both ski and golf as well as the 5 restaurants and other activities Peek'n Peak offers. It is our hope to make this residence as beautiful and comfortable for you to enjoy every time you have an event at the Peek.

Perfect place for my family, 8 adults and 6 kids. We hosted dinners for my extended family during our family reunion. Couldn't have worked out better!

The host left welcome wine, snacks, and candy which was a lovely surprise. The home had a well stocked kitchen including spices and condiments, comfortable furnishings, a pool table and lots of games, plenty of TVs, and a fire pit. The host is responsive and accommodating. I wish all VRBO hosts had his hospitality.

The location is great for attending an event at thr Peak. We rented for a family wedding. There is plenty of room for a large group. We had 8 adults and were very comfortable. The house is well equipped with linens and pots/pans. There was also a great supply of snacks on hand. The owner is very quick to reply to any questions that are sent. We highly recommend this property if you need to stay in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mark's property. There were so many thoughtful touches... lots of comfy blankets, snacks for our arrive and cute decorations for the holiday. The location was beautiful and we enjoyed the bar and restaurant at the resort. We will definitely stay again if we are ever in western NY again.

This property was absolutely perfect for our event! My son was celebrating his 18th birthday on the day of the full solar eclipse with family including my 10 month old twin nephews and three year old nephew. The house had space to accommodate everyone's needs and the hosts did an amazing job of making us feel welcome. They even went out of their way to include some special decorations for our event. We would all highly recommend this condo to anyone! Thank you so much for being a part of this special event.

The condo was great! It was clean. The host was very responsive. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and small appliances we needed to cook meals. Our kids loved the pool table and the large tv in the lower level. It is a short drive to the top of the main lift making it easy to drop off and pick up skiers. We will book this condo again.

This house was amazing! There so much room and so many things to do just at the house - Pool table, TV streaming, games, fire pit, puzzles, gambling, and fully stocked kitchen! The "welcome" was beyond anything we experienced at a VRBO - Wine, candy, smores, chips, cereal, coffee pods!

The house really has many extras!! From bath bombs, crock pot, lots of coffee pods, candy basket to Easy access to top of hill (2 minute drive) to drop off skiers for first tracks!! The summer party garage is perfect to keep food, etc cold in winter! My family enjoyed the pool table and cozy basement!! Not to mention their games closet! Most of us went Tubing and it was a blast!!

The house was amazing! We had 4 adults and 8 teenagers in our group. Weather wasn’t optimal for skiing so the teens enjoyed the fire-pit, pool table, and board games provided. The snacks and s’more supplies that were provided were a big hit too! The house was also fully decorated for Christmas which made it feel like a second home. Everything was fully stocked in the kitchen including paper products, condiments and spices. We will definitely stay again!

Seven girlfriends celebrating our 60th birthdays gathered here for the weekend. The home was absolutely beautiful and was outfitted with everything we could’ve ever needed for the weekend. We especially appreciated the baskets of candy and wine and snacks. There were plenty of linens and cozy blankets. We would all love to stay here again.

This rental fit our every need, was clean, spacious, quiet and the courtesy snacks and beverages were plentiful. Having a bath for each room was another plus. I’d recommend this property and property owner to friends and family

This is probably the best rental I’ve ever stayed at. The hosts thought of everything needed by their guests and went the extra mile by providing extra little surprises. Mark was very prompt to answer questions. There was even daily garbage pickup. This was a family trip and everyone had a great time.

We’ve stayed here multiple times now and will continue to come back to Mark’s condo. He’s very accommodating and has tons of extra goodies for the guests. The condo is always very clean, easy to access, and well stocked for all our needs. As before, we will be back again!

Mark is extremely responsive. I had a few question’s during our stay and had a response within the hour every time. Amenities were fantastic and had everything we could need. Only thing I will say is sleeping 16 is kind of a stretch. It really banks on you fitting 2 to a bed for 6-7 of the beds. We made it work though!

This was the perfect property for a family getaway including grandparents, siblings and cousins. We were a group of 8 and there was plenty of room for us to have our own spaces and visit. We enjoyed playing board games around the dining room table, drinks on the deck and s'mores around the fire-pit. The kids had their own space on the lower level and had fun with the pool table. There were so many extra touches that really made us feel welcome - the baskets of snacks, breakfast goodies, and smores fixings, the extra blankets everywhere, it made our visit so comfortable. Mark was quick to answer any inquiries I had. We'll definitely be back!

It was a great place to stay. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable and each had an attached bathroom. There was also a half bath off the entrance. The living room and dining areas were very spacious and comfortable. The kids loved all the games that were there. Kitchen was very well stocked. All the extras that were provided were a very nice bonus. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it for everyone looking for a perfect vacation spot.

Very Nice house and the owner was very attentive to your needs when you are staying away from home. From providing k-cups to having snacks and even three bottles of wine for us when we got there this host was one of our top stays! Checkout was very easy and we appreciated the absence of the normal list of demands for checkout like take the sheets off the beds, sweep, etc that a number of places ensure you perform before you leave. Thanks for a relaxing stay!

The property was extremely spacious for our family. It was nicely furnished and decorated. There were lots of games for adults and kids to play. There were baskets of various snacks and beverages. The children loved the s’more basket and making s’mores outside on the gas fire pit. We cooked in and the kitchen had everything we needed.

We rented this property for a family ski trip and the house and the hosts exceeded expectations. The location was fantastic to easily get to the ski resort, the house was beautiful and spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed for cooking. The hosts were so incredibly sweet to leave out snacks for us when we got there. Would 100% recommend to anyone! Thanks!

We had 8 adults and 6 children stay at this property for a winter ski weekend and we couldn't have had a better stay! The property was so clean and the hosts had so many extra touches to make the weekend wonderful. They had snacks, wine, smores, candy, etc. The property was even better than we were expecting and would definitely stay at this property again. Check in and out was so easy and the host got back to us immediately with our questions. Great property with a great price!

This was by far the best condo we have stayed in at Peek n' Peak!
The condo is brimming over with warmth and hospitality! Our grandchildren ages 3 - 9 were made to feel very welcome with the bean bag chairs in the main floor family room and the complimentary cereal basket selection was their favorite! A very clean and well appointed kitchen for all our meal preparations. Plenty of linens and blankets! Terrific laundry room!
The hallway with all the coat hooks really helped us keep the ski boots and clothing well organized! Location was perfect for all our skiing wants and desires!

This was our second year in a row staying at this property and we had the best time! The property is perfect- spacious, welcoming, and amenities included. The location is great, and we used the free shuttle to get to/from the ski resort. The owner is very accommodating and communicative. Highly recommend this property! We will definitely be back.

This property was perfect for a weekend family getaway. Plenty of common area space for activities and leisure time. We were surprised at the amount of items that were included (pack and play, toiletries, snacks, etc). Also, Mark was responsive and very easy to communicate with!

I’m a local and stay at PK2 a few times a year. I’ve stayed in every type of lodging available. Year after year when it comes to our most important stay of the year(Thanksgiving) we choose this unit. It’s like coming home. It is so warm and inviting. The host is incredible. The added touches such as bottles of wine, stocked fridge, s’more station, chips, cereals, candy and more are just the icing on the cake.
The communication with the owner is smooth and prompt.
