Super appartement en plein cœur d'Arcachon.

La disponibilité et la gentillesse de la personne au téléphone. Nous n'avions pas reçu le SMS pour l'accès à la chambre. Après avoir pris contact avec la dame, tout s'est arrangé. Le confort et la qualité des équipements proposés. Très bon emplacement avec accès à la plage par l'arrière du bâtiment. Petit supermarché et super poissonnier à 10 minutes de marche de l'appartement. La vue magnifique sur l'église éclairée la nuit.

Il manque juste des notices d'explication pour faire fonctionner lave vaisselle, micro onde et les velux extérieurs.

Bardzo dobrze wyposażony, komfortowy apartament .

Bardzo czysty, komfortowy apartament w centrum miasta. Polecam.

Być może nie doczytaliśmy w informacji o obiekcie i na miejscu byliśmy zaskoczeni, że trzeba dzwonić do właściciela i prosić o przesłanie kodów do drzwi wejściowych i do pokoju. Ostatecznie nie był to duży problem.

Schönes Appartement, aber nur für ein paar Tage

Super tolle Lage am Hafen - Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen sehr ruhig, sauber und neu große Terrasse mit Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten, allerdings mit Sichtschutz

in der Kitchenette war schlecht ausgestattet: es gibt zwar viele Töpfe, aber nur drei Teller, zwei Tassen und ein Wasserglas die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war nicht gut: sie hatten vergessen uns die Zugangsdaten zu schicken und wir mussten eine Stunde vor dem Appartement warten die die SMS kam die Handdusche war defekt: wir haben das sofort gemeldet, wurden aber nur ständig zwischen zwei Zuständigen hin- und hergeschickt und repariert hat es niemand.

Prachtig uitzicht in tip top in orde verblijf

Heel ruime moderne studio met alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt! Een echte aanrader.

De locatie is aan de jachthaven, dus iets verder uit het winkelcentrum. Er zijn wel voldoende supermarkten en bakker/slager in de buurt.

Beautiful apartment like a mini beach home. 15 minutes away from Dune du Pilat

This was a very nice apartment rather than a traditional hotel. So you get a Whatsapp message from the owner with the digital door codes, a slightly more difficult payment method for city tax, but once that is over your in. Chosen as a Pet friendly place it has all the comforts for a cosy home, and has a deck feature to sunbathe, as we didnt choose the harbour view. The place is 15 minutes away from our main destination - The Dunes du Pilat. We did try the breakfast downstairs looking at the harbour which has a breakfast deal.

City tax payment method is a slightly difficult website to navigate.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment very much and would recommend it to anyone. We would stay here again.

It’s location Apartment had lovely view of Arcachon. 20 minute walk along the beach to the town. Lots of restaurants and facilities nearby.

The toilet was very small.

Lovely apartment in the port

Clean, comfortable, well furnished, air-conditioned apartment close to beaches, bars, restaurants. Just 15 minute walk along the seafront into central Arcachon.

It would be nice to provide some cleaning basics like washing up liquid that are not worth buying and would be wasteful to buy for a short stay.

Modern and stylish.

It’s supposed to be city view. In reality we had a single window (except for those in the ceiling letting in light), and it phased the elevatore. That is we hardly had a view and other guests could peek into our apartment on the way in or out. The staff did not respond to messages (on bookings or on the phone). The cleaning staff was really nice, friendly, and helpful.

over sold and overpriced for what it is and in low season, would be fine for a couple of nights at the seaside but would

stayed in apartment 4 great view of the port and the Arcachon basin close to shops and restaurants in the port area-approx 20 minute walk to Arcachon centre on a wooden walkway along the back of the beach no balcony but windows open wide to lean out and take in the air and the view modern contemporary designed very small studio with a comfortable bed and good wardrobe space bar and restaurant underneath the apartment handy for drinks overlooking the bay

stayed for 5 nights at a cost of nearly £200 per nights and with this in mind expectations were in keeping with the cost and not really met due to: -no reception, details of how to access the property were found in the lift and messaged via booking.com a day after arriving -access is part shared with the back of the restaurant where staff take their breaks, no objection to rest breaks but at a 5 star rating would expect more privacy and a holiday feeling -no maid service or linen change for 5 nights, had the linen not been in the lobby (wheeled crates in the lobby not really 5 star either) we would have only had one bath, one hand towel and one tea towel for our entire stay, asked for fresh towels via the remote staff, promised but didn’t arrive -wooden areas around the windows were covered in spiders webs, had to clean to make the most of the view -there’s only 2 plates, mugs and glasses in the kitchen, no dishwasher either so you have to wash and re-use crockery all the time -key less door access doesn’t work consistently, had to call the remote staff out yet the lock re-set and worked after a 5 minute delay -the washing machine/dryer is a shared one and there re no instructions for the oven or hot plate -had to brush the floor and clean the bathroom & kitchen ourselves best we could, no main and no cleaning products available -there is a toilet door, no bathroom door and the standby light behind the mirror can’t be switched off so illumines the apartment at night, not conducive to sleeping

Very modern appartement with basic self catering facilities. Extremely spacious and comfortable beds.

We stayed in appartement 8. The window panels in living room are not all covered by blinds so room is fully dark for those sleeping in couch bed.

Great new suites with everything you need for a home-like stay in Arcachon.

Travelling with kids is always hard, especially with a toddler. I was looking for a place, where I can heat my food, cook something quickly for kids, and have space to relax. There was a fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster and even dishwasher. It was definitely a perfect place for us! Check in and check out is very easy. Doors open on a code without any keys to worry about. Everything is done by phone or sms.

You can get locked out of the room with a lock switch from the room. Need to be aware of it.

Perfect apartment, perfect location, but careless staff!

The apartment is perfectly located, very clean and modern.

The checkin is supposed to be automatic with access codes, but those had not been sent to us. We had notified the management of arrival in the evening and were provided with the telephone number for concierge, but the number did not work! I have been sending messages to the management via Booking. com, but no-one responded. Finally we managed to reach the management company via main telephone number indicated on Booking.com and were given the access codes, they advised that usually they send access information via Whatsapp, but I did not receive any messages from them. When we finally got into the apartment there was Wifi Router, which was working, but the login and password indicated on the Router did not work! I sent a message to the management again, but never got a response. There was also a dish washer that is to be connected to the water tap, but no instructions for use, so we couldn’t not use it. And finally there were capsules for Nespresso machine, but no Nespresso machine… All in all the management has to improve the channels for communication with guests, no client care at all.

Exceptional

The terrace was beautiful to relax in. The port side door out of the building lead you right onto the marina which was lovely! Short walk to the beach and beachfront restaurants. Nearby supermarkets also. The apartment itself was beautifully finished. Just ensure you read the text you receive on arrival regarding locking the door.

It was the perfect place for us to explore Archachon as a family.

Thé appartement was spotless, beautifully decorated and located with walking distance to bars, shops, the beach and the port. Sonia was quick to respond and provide information.
