The location was favorable , i liked the fact that staff care and listen to evey detail the buffet breakfast was nice with a lote to choose from my room was large enough with an Ac and hot shower. i would recommed to those looking for budget hotel

The evelvator was on and off on the first day but later settled

Ac shows on but doesn’t work. No towels in bathroom. Had to use big towel.

I just got upstairs to my room after they moved to two other different rooms in this place since the doors wouldn’t close, ac is not working and I only have one towel in this room. Nothing to step out of the shower on. I tried to call them but the phone is not working 😂😂… and I had to take a cold shower. Overall not the happiest with the place but after I spoke to the manager this morning he did try to make things better. I HAVE EDITED MY REVIEW AS I FEEL I WAS A LITTLE UNFAIR

Excellent choice for the money.

Kind, helpful staff, clean, cultured hotel, excellent value for money in the middle of Kampala.

There was no hot water in the hotel.

good place, location is good, rooms are clean, staff are friendly ,communication is good.

the rooms looked new , very clean , the staff is very friendly

THEY DO NOT HAVE HOT WATER , UNEXCITABLE AT ALL FROM AN HOTEL, FOOD MUST OF THE MANU WAS NO AVAILABLE . (THEY NEED TO APPROVE ON THIS ) and I want to list next week , I am still things of going their or trying a other hotel because of hot water , and only one type of food .

I loved the location. The interior was very nice plus enough space in the rooms. I also loved that breakfast had variety. I also like that the staff tried to solve my issues.

I didn't like that the water pressure was very low in the bathroom. There was no hot water 🥵. I had to take a bath which delayed me because I had to boil water in turns. The other thing is the room I slept in wasn't full complete I think it's still under construction. Lastly I wish the receptionist can orient a client of the necessities as he hands the keys, I reached the room without the extension numbers so I had to dress up and go back to the reception which was down stairs

Good place to stay in Kampala

Good hotel, a good value for the price. Very close to the main coach and minibus stations, with good breakfast and comfortable rooms. Hot water worked well during my stay, as well as WiFi. Also a convenient supermarket, pharmacy and money exchange office are located just outside the building.

As some comments have mentioned, restaurant service is really slow (but this was only for dinner, at breakfast time it was fast and efficient).

it’s location

the restaurant cannot deliver orders on time. They working hard to improve this as it is a new start of service. Food taste good. order at least 1 hour ahead of your time to eat.

Good choice

Eric, front office manager was really helpful, he assisted to arrange bus tickets to Karamoja, also with the car service from the airport and dairy-free breakfast. Communication in whatsup was very prompt.

I would recommend to use giraffe car sorvice to and from airport, as hotel's car service bit overpriced. Showers not at their best. And almost no vegetarian options for breakfast.

Cheap, decent & sound!

Cheap! Exactly what we were looking for for our last night in Uganda!

There was a lizard in our room when we arrived - it was however quickly removed by staff The light in our bathroom did not work - the staff said it would get fixed within 5 minutes, we waited closed to two hours. This was frustrating to me as we’d had a long day travelling and I was dying for a shower.

The room was dirty there werent any hot water in the room so its cold wash i had was to bath with at 1am plus and then at 9 am in the morning the breadfast was good at all the bed whoa in all my years staying at hotel that waz the hardest bed i have ever slept on cant even access the elevator from the forth floor because they lock the door so you have to walk down the stairs with your bags
