It was very close to everything. Plenty of room for us, shower did not work in one bathroom. Bathrooms had a funny odor. Other than that it was clean, beds were very comfy

Great location! Spacious rooms. The only complaint was the bathroom had a strange smell, they were clean but there was an odor I can only describe as old cat urine but other than that it was great

Nice condo 5 minutes from the venue, it was very clean and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Perfect for an overnight when attending a concert!

The condo is lovely with a few quirks. The kitchen light switch is in one of the bedrooms (and it was not labeled). It is newly renovated and is very clean. The beds are all very comfortable and seem very new. Bed linens and towels are good quality, and loved the special make-up remover face cloths. Good quality bath products provided as well. There is a nice selection of snacks and water provided along with some Keurig pods. The AC works well and was able to keep us cool despite the heat and humidity. PLEASE note this is a third floor walk-up unit--no elevator!! Nowhere in the listing is there any mention of this and that's the main reason for only four stars. Thankfully we were all able to manage the stairs with our luggage. Would recommend this unit for a party of four. Guests do have to strip beds, wash and put away all dishes (no dishwasher), and take out all trash.

Liked that we didn’t need more than 1 nite min. Easy commute to BNH Pavillion. Plenty of dining options. Place was clean. Key box worked easily.

Close proximity to the Bank of Pavilion, clean and nicely decorated. Good communication from the owner.

Over Memorial Weekend we had 4 adults and a toddler with us staying in this lovely condo. With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and open concept there was plenty of room to relax and enjoy a comfortable place to wind down after a busy day at the lake. Would definitely recommend!

Place is cute. Things they could be better: there were crumbs under the couch cushions and under the bed in the master was dirty. Also. No hand soap in the bathrooms and no trash bags for the kitchen. Over all good though and would stay again.

We had a great stay in the NH Lakes Region. The location was fantastic and the unit was extremely spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommended!

Myself, my partner & our friends stayed the night here after a concert. It was perfect for the 5 of us. It was clean and orderly, snacks & waters were provided (and much appreciated), and it was so cozy and quiet!

As advertised. I would stay here again.

Four adults and three children stayed at this condo. The hallway to the condo was smelly. Patio door in condo had no lock & vertical blinds were broken
broken. Soap dish in master bath broken. Switch on lamp in master bedroom broken. Bed frames in twin bedroom were not suitable for adults. Our 11 year old was scared to stay on upper bunk because there was no railing and bed jiggled. We had a difficult time finding the light switch for the kitchen light. There were no kitchen towels. The bath rugs were extremely small and would have preferred bath mat. The kitchen cabinets didn’t close and the drawers were hard to open and close. Not enough forks, spoons and knives. The appliances were not clean. It could use a new kitchen countertop.
The floors were nice and the couch seemed fairly new. Unfortunately, for 8 people, there was not enough seating. Another living room chair would have been nice. A few more televisions would have been nice, too.
Overall, I feel the place could use a face lift. I have been to many rentals and usually the host will leave a book regarding using lights, air conditioners, televisions and other things. This condo did not have that.
I’m sorry this review was negative but I hope the host will seriously consider some of these recommendations.

The apartment seemed as if it was recently renovated. It was very clean! We were happy with our stay.

It definitely has its quirks, but overall we had a lovely stay here.

Attended a wedding at the Margate. The condo was an easy 5 minute ride. The condo was updated and super clean. Thanks again.

Definitely a convenient location, not the cleanest place, and a little pricey for having to empty trashes, strip the bed, and a little stinky inside <-- smelled like skunk.

This was perfectly located for a concert at Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion. The condo was not in very good repair, though. (Sliding door handle only partially attached, scraped up coffee table, lamp missing its switch, floor trim/thresholds not attached between doors, etc.) They're all small things, but they add up when the stay costs $400 /night after fees and taxes.

Clean and updated. Great stay.

Quick responses and clear expectations. We would recommend to anyone traveling as a family because you can split the 2 bathrooms and have plenty of room!

Perfect location, pool was great. Condo was clean and comfortable.

Clean and Convenient
Works perfectly for concert goers. Very convenient to the Pavilion. Our only complaint would be the very high cleaning cost given that you’re expected to empty trash, wash dishes and strip the beds.

Place was nice, but needs to improve hot water
The place was nice. It fit the description. The only negative was the hot water didn't last long. We had to wait to take showers to allow the hot water to heat back up. The owner did reimburse me some money for that.

Host was great
Our stay was super quick only 1 night. We spent very little time in the condo but it was perfect for what we needed. The condo was clean and the host was super quick to respond and was very nice. I would definitely stay again. The mildew smell was in the hallway bit that isn’t the owners fault. We simply cracked windows and the smell was gone.

Solid rental
Good rental, as advertised. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that one of the rooms didn’t have AC. Not a huge deal though…

Great Place to stay
This place exceeded expectations! We loved the location and all the amenities. The air conditioning was great. Everything was clean. The linens were new and a nice touch. The only problem we had was a terrible smell in the hallway of the building all week that permeated our room. The owner assured us it wasn’t gas and maintenance was looking into it. We would stay there again.

Condo was clean & adequate for our needs. There were paint splatters on kitchen counter & coffee pot as well as coffee filter. We were not able to plug in hair dryer in the bathroom as plug on light was too close to the wall to accommodate the plug. We had to unplug the refrigerator in the kitchen, around the corner of the bathroom to use dryer. The kitchen light switch was in one of the bedrooms. One of the bedroom light’s had a broken switch so it had to be unplugged to turn off. No bath mat in one bathroom & bath rug was not non skid so it slipped on floor. Microwave was on top of the refrigerator and shorter people could not reach it. One closet did not have a bar to hang clothes and none of the closets had hangers. No hooks in bathroom to hang up robe or cosmetic bag & no where to lay them down. Wall air conditioners were in 2 of the bedrooms and living room. Roku TV had intermittent reception. We didn’t spend much time in the condo, so it was adequate for our needs and it was clean.
