Park City Hilltop Hideaway is a gorgeous long-term accommodation that is located in the April Mountain neighborhood in the prominent Aerie community. You will be close to all the resorts, as well as Historic Main Street. You'll find this is perfect long-term vacation accommodation that will let you enjoy all that the area has to offer.
With three levels, the home has three levels, 2,679 square feet, four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms — all to sleep up to 10 guests.
Stepping through the front door, puts you directly into the home's open great room, with the living room, kitchen and dining area — with high ceilings, a multitude of windows and hardwood floors.
Living Room: Enjoy settling back into the contemporary-style furnishings, a cozy fireplace with a stone front and a Smart TV with cable. Step out onto the adjacent deck and enjoy the views, outdoor dining furniture and a natural gas BBQ.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to create delicious meals, including stainless steel appliances, double ovens, a wine fridge, granite countertops, plenty of cabinets, and seating for three at the kitchen bar.
Dining Area: Seating for up to eight diners.
Bonus/Family Room (lower level): This is a great room to enjoy a movie or two with its large sectional sofa, gas fireplace and a Smart TV. You will also have access to the patio offering the soothing hot tub.

Master bedroom (upper level) — King bed, 42” Smart TV, the private bathroom has two stone counter sinks, jetted tub, separate tile/glass shower.

Bedroom 3 (upper level) —Two full size beds, 42” Smart TV, and access to the full bath.
Bedroom 4 (lower level) —Queen size bed, Smart TV, and access to the shared full bath with tile and glass shower on this level.
