About this house rental
Bournecoast are delighted to present this striking five bedroom house which was modernised in 2021, the interiors have been designed by an interior designer giving each room it's own original theme. The house is located in a quiet residential area just a short walk away from the beautiful sandy beaches and pier of Boscombe Spa, through Boscombe gardens. This house is ideal for a large or extended family, or two families wanting to holiday together, enjoying all this wonderful holiday home has to offer.
BEDROOMS:
The Master Bedroom and bedroom three both have Super King Beds (zip & link beds that can be separated into two standard single beds - please note these beds will be set up with linen for super king beds as standard).
Bedroom two contains a King Size Bed.
Bedrooms four and five both contain a King Size bed and are both on the ground floor.
LOUNGE:
The inviting, stylish lounge is equipped with a unique, wall mounted FLATSCREEN SMART PICTURE TV - VIRGIN MEDIA - NETFLIX - AMAZON PRIME VIDEO - DVD - FREE WIFI is available (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).
KITCHEN:
There is a modern, contemporary kitchen which has a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE - FREEZER - MICROWAVE. You will find the convenience of a WASHING MACHINE and TUMBLE DRYER in a cupboard in the hallway.
DINING ROOM:
The homely dining room, with it's rustic theme, is off the kitchen and has a wall mounted FLATSCREEN TV.
BATHROOMS:
On the first floor is the clean and bright family bathroom with a bath tub, separate shower cubicle and a toilet. Also on the first floor is a modern and stylish shower room with a double shower cubicle and twin basins (no toilet). There is a separate toilet on the first floor. On the ground floor is another colourful shower room and a separate toilet.
OUTSIDE:
This house has a stunning garden with the added benefit of a PIZZA OVEN and BBQ. The garden has a patio area with a corner sofa to enjoy alfresco dining and a garden area with artificial grass. There is parking in the drive for three cars and road parking (please note the spaces on the road are not reserved or guaranteed).

Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC Grade - C. Saturday to Saturday reservations are preferred during school holidays. Parties/events are not allowed. GAS/ELECTRIC - INCLUDED.
LOCAL AREA:
A short walk from the property is Boscombe Chine Gardens with crazy golf, a basketball court and café. The gardens lead down to the sandy beaches at Boscombe Spa. Boscombe Spa offers a new and vibrant beachfront culture that cannot be matched along the 7.5 miles of award winning sandy beaches. You will find activities from surfing, kite-surfing, windsurfing, wake-boarding, kayaking, SCUBA-diving, to sailing and skim-boarding and even eco-friendly mini golf at the end of Boscombe Pier, with golf balls that feed the fish! The Neptune is a family friendly 'Gastro Pub' situated just yards from Boscombe pier, and the 'Urban Reef' café/restaurant is also situated on the seafront, the perfect end to a day. Just a short walk from the house is the shopping area of Boscombe High Street. The pedestrian style high street provides a safe shopping area for all of the family to enjoy. Thursdays and Saturdays are market day in Boscombe, attracting a range of stalls from market farmers through to home wares and gifts. Restaurants include everything from Brazilian, South African, Vegetarian and Spanish through to Chinese, Asian and traditional English fayre. Boscombe Spa is also home to the Opera House, one of the largest live entertainment venues on the south coast. Bournemouth is famous for its Chines and Boscombe has its very own, known as Boscombe Chine, which is a verdant delight of woodland walks. The seasonal land train also runs along the Promenade underneath the cliffs to Bournemouth and beyond - you may stroll all the way if you wish. A short drive away is Bournemouth town centre which has an exciting array of entertainment, high street shopping and dining choices. For those looking for just a little bit more the New Forest, Studland and Corfe Castle also lie within driving distance for a day trip.

We had a lovely time at this property. We loved the rooms and their sizes plenty of room to either be all together or on your own. Lovely large fridge and freezer. Plenty of hot water for all those showering too. Thanks for a lovely stay.

House was lovely and had enough amenities for all 9 of us.
Location wasn't great but the street itself didn't feel that welcoming and secure

This place is excellent.
It is big enoughto accomodate the number of people it says.
Its close to Boscombe beach, just 5 minutes, and Boscombe town centre, and Bournemouth is a very easy walk.
So overall a great place to stay.

Lovely modern property. Pretty walk down to the seafront through Boscombe Chine gardens. Flat walk or land train to Bournemouth pier along the coastline. All amenities (toilet roll, hand wash, tea towel, towels, linen etc) provided. Very comfortable beds. The kitchen is quite small for a property of this size however, we did manage to cook for 10 on a few occasions. The only toilet on the ground floor is located right at the back of the property (through a corridor, the dining room and kitchen) off of one of the downstairs bedrooms. This wasn’t a huge problem for us but would be an issue for someone with reduced mobility as it is a small room and up a step.

Modern house
Over all we were quite pleased with the house. It was large and airy and nicely decorated. Just a couple of minor issues…….
I have been a holiday home cleaner ( and owner ) and I’ve never been to stay in a house where there was not at least one toilet tissue roll in each of the bathrooms to ‘start you off ‘ also there was no complimentary hand soaps.
In the kitchen it would’ve been nice to have a tea towel and oven glove. But as I said minor issues. Over all nice comfortable house

The house is very clean, modern and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms are gorgeous. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Everything is walkable. Bus stop five minute walk. Parking for 3 cars. 4 at a squeeze. Two TVs. Bring your own board games.
