Great, clean cottage in the perfect location. Close to downtown Aiken and the University. Great communication with the owner. Best part was having our two dogs-fenced backyard was awesome! Highly recommended!

Cute, charming and comfortable. Location is a 13 minute walk to downtown Aiken and close to the horse farm we were visiting. We are coming back in September and I hope it’s available to rent again.

The place was extremely clean and well taken care of - close to downtown Aiken - the bottle of wine was so nice to come home to after a long day of traveling and driving! A/C works like a champ, nice new fridge, TV has apps installed, nice fire pit in the backyard with great ambiance! Would def recommend this place, fantastic bang for your buck too!

I came for a tennis tournament and stayed by myself. The home was absolutely lovely! The mattress was very comfortable and everything was very well done. Highly recommend!

Property was perfect for us and our poodles ! Yard was beautiful . Great having a washer and dryer after a 5 day drive from Calif . Location was walking distance to downtown which had music and several delicious restaurants.

The house was exactly as described and very clean. Jessica was a great host and was prompt with her responses and details! The private back yard was perfect and the house is only about 20-30 minutes from AGNC and is located in a good location close to some bars/restaurants in Aiken. We highly recommend using this as a spot to stay the next time you are in the area for the Masters or passing through. Had a great time!

The cottage was cozy and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms were spacious with each having king sized beds. The kitchen was well stocked and roomy. The outdoor space was large with a privacy fence which allowed a safe space for my dogs to run around. I hope to come back again and use the barbecue and fire pit in warmer weather! Can't wait to visit again.

This is a great property; especially for pets. The yard is well lit and securely fenced. The home is nice and comfortable. The host was very responsive. I would stay again and definitely recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for a second time, this most recent visit to see the Christmas horse parade. This home is very clean, cozy, nicely decorated, and walkable to downtown Aiken. The beds are comfortable and the shower is strong. The backyard is private and perfect for our pup. Jessica is a very responsive and great host. Thank you, Jessica!

First visit to Aiken, South Carolina . The property is conveniently located. My wife and I were able to walk to the " Alley " in downtown Aiken for lunch .Horse events are nearby . plenty of parking . The Home is above clean . Well stocked for any and all needs . Spent time in the huge backyard . Spent one evening on the front porch . Neighbor came over to visit . Owner was so quick to respond to our questions .

We had a wonderful stay for a recent horse show. Everything was clean, well-decorated, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. Great location to downtown and horse show grounds. Hope to stay here again!

This was a perfect place for us to stay while in town for our grandson’s high school graduation. The house is beautifully redone, the beds very comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped enough for our needs. Rocking chairs on the shady front porch and a huge backyard were frosting on the cake. We’d be happy to come here again.

This property was very clean and organized. It was so cozy and comfortable! The bed and linens were comfortable, the kitchen had what was needed, with nice dishes, glasses, and silverware. The back yard was really fantastic to sit and relax, and our pup enjoyed it very much! We walked to nearby Italian restaurant, which was very convenient. Also close to downtown shops.

Immaculate property just a few blocks walk from the heart of downtown Aiken, beautifully decorated and nicely appointed with everything we could need, large kitchen and bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and pillows, good heating and excellent hot water in shower, friendly and responsive host. Huge backyard with fire pit. Snack basket was an added plus for weary travelers!

Jessica's cottage is absolutely charming! We had a wonderful stay - it is ideal for a couple wanting to enjoy everything Aiken has to offer. Walking distance to downtown and a quick drive to anywhere else, including 20 short minutes to Augusta for golf. The cottage was beautifully appointed, and the beds! So comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed and the huge private yard was a lovely place to sit and read a book, as was the front porch to catch some afternoon sun. Definitely recommend. Jessica was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Loved it!
