We enjoyed our trip, everything was close and in-between. The view to the mountains were amazing and deers were right in the backyard freely eating the grass. The house was equipped with the essential needs to stay!

House was clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice location and a good value. Wildlife in the area. Deer in the yard everyday. The outside trash can was full when we arrived and was not emptied all week. Had to pick up trash strung across the neighborhood on two different mornings from what the neighbors said was bears getting into it. Instructions on when to set out trash would be helpful as well as some other basic information on the house. TV had some issues streaming and may be in need for an update. The fans provided at the house were helpful for the mid to late July stay. Would stay again.

The house is very clean and in a great location. It is really close to a ton of activities, but rests in a quiet neighborhood allowing for relaxation. As a bonus, deer are crawling all over! Bring your family. You won’t regret it!

The house worked out well for the 7 of us. The kitchen was lacking a few things like a blender but it was fine

We had four adults and two young children. We were meeting four other family members who were at their nearby cabin. Our purpose was to have lots of interaction and playtime, as well as scatter ashes of the family matriarch in her beloved Pikes Peak area (not at the rental!).The house was big enough to accommodate everyone. It was nice having the outdoor space for both adults and children - just need to watch the smallest ones around the rocky water feature. The children were particularly excited about the deer in the yard, including one that tried to follow them into the house. The downside of animals in the yard is lots of poop but it was an okay trade off. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and the children enjoyed both the outdoor playground and toys inside. There were some good natured foosball tournaments as well. The late April weather was cool but great for being outside for the first few days, and then really fun the day when several inches of snow fell! The location was close to everything in Woodland Park, as well as some errands that needed to be run in Colorado Springs. The view of Pikes Peak from the street was amazing. The beds were too hard for some of the family members to sleep well, but that's a personal preference. It was nice to have the kitchen available so food could be prepared and not always purchased out somewhere.
