We decided we couldn't even stay one night there.
First place I've booked that photos way better than reality. There were no bath towels for the master upstairs, could not be found anywhere, only a set was provided on the down stairs bed for two people. Two towels for a place that "sleeps" 6 booked for two nights. When asked thru Cohova property mgmt they responded quickly via text and said they would relay it to the team, but 2.5 hrs later when I messaged them that we just decided to check out they still hadn't addressed the towel issue.
Sure the location is good to Dickson St and has a designated parking spot, but master mattress overly broken in, sheets scratchy and has bedding that doesn't fully cover bed. Kitchen space seemed ok and only updated part, but we didn't use it. Small sofa and really nothing comfy about it. Downstairs bathroom is really cramped. I would not take a bath in those old jacuzzi tubs, and for sure anyone with mobility issues wouldn't be able to step into the high wall tubs to shower or walk down the spiral staircase.
It just did not meet our standards and we were willing to walk away from $700 booking. Other than a "sorry it didn't meet your expectations" canned text, did not get further personal communication from mgmt but continued to receive canned text the next morning "Hey just wanted to make sure your first night was up to your expectations. Did you get settled in ok?" and "we would love to have you back soon" LOL.

We have two kids that attend the University of Arkansas. This was the first time trying a VRBO and we will definitely stay here again! The location was great and the setting provided us everything we needed.

Love this place. Property is clean and well equipped. Great location with just a short walk to Dickson Street. Had a great stay and will book again in the future

Had a wonderful stay here while checking out the University of Arkansas with my son. Location is amazing and the parking spot is very nice to have, right in front of the unit. For 3 days I wondered why people recommended bringing earplugs, and then the train came by and I fully understood. Other than the train noise, everything was absolutely perfect. The hosts kept in contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

This loft was REALLY cool and in a great location. It was clean and beds were comfy. Parking rules are strictly enforced so make sure you follow those instructions … we arrived back from shopping and a car was being towed out of our assigned spot (WE didn’t report it so someone is definitely checking parking passes). Finding street parking for our second vehicle was absolutely no problem. My only complaint is that you can literally hear the conversations of your neighbors, so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. We would definitely stay here again!

This location was fantastic, everything seemed to align with the listing that was provided. It was close to all planned activities for the trip.

Decent amount of space for a family of five, and the location allows you to simply park your car and walk to the UofA, Dickson St., and the Square.
We had one minor issue after check-in, and the text service response was fast and helpful. The manager resolved it quickly and without any disruption to our stay.
Overall a great experience!

Great location to the University and Dickson Street. Would definitely stay there again. Very clean and unique.

Great location. VERY clean nothing like a fresh clean smell after a long day of driving. Hosts very responsive. Note the living area and kitchen are on the lower level with a narrow spiral staircase not great for those with mobility issues but we throughly enjoy the whole vibe of the place.

Perfect location!!! And, beautiful - fun place as well. Not a place for the physically challenged, but that would be the ONLY concern!

Great location! Convenient to everything we needed!

We stayed here a few days while visiting and touring U of A. It was so easy to be within walking distance of everything: campus, great food, walking & scooter trails, theaters, etc. We had our own parking spot & parked and walked everywhere. It’s a unique & eclectic apt that is very clean & equipped with all you need. Comfortable too! We would rent here again.

The location was perfect for me and would think anyone who wants to be within walking distance of the campus and Dickson Street. The space was true to description...two nice size rooms, a grand master bathroom, well stocked kitchen and offered a fun, eclectic ambiance.
I was disappointed to not receive instructions on how to get in the day of arrival without tracking down a number to call and making it myself. However, the communication from the property manager was very quick each time I messaged. I felt I had to message a second time to report that the main area had not been thoroughly cleaned. The PM offered to have their cleaning person come back and finish but I asked for a refund or credit on my housekeeping fee. I would elect to stay here again and expect that it would be fully cleaned upon arrival.

Before I even start with any review, I want to state that I would stay here again and likely will. The location is great and the unit is fun and different. One important note of caution, the set up of the unit is not the best for anyone with mobility issues, as the kitchen, living room, and one of the bedrooms are downstairs that is served only by a tight spiral staircase. Another issue is that people would park in the only designated parking spot leaving no where to park .... this was a big problem and there appeared to be no solution, and lastly, a lack of good kitchen items, plates, bowls, dishes, toasters, etc.,. What was there seemed to be heavy items that were extras from grandmas house, though this is a very minor issue. Again, the location is unbeatable and I would definitely stay there again, as I gave it 5 stars for our needs.

My husband and I saw Tommy Emmanuel at Walton Arts Centet. The condo was within walking distance of the venue, restaurants, and the U of A campus. The condo is fun and eclectic. It is comfortable. My father-in-law is elderly and had difficulty getting down the stairs and getting into the deep jacuzzi tub. Would have liked some hooks for towels in the bathroom.

Dirty sheets
Although we come in late the first night we did not call the manager to complain about the dirty sheets. We just changed them ourselves and went to bed. I would stay there again as the managing group is aware of the situation now and I’m sure they will find better house cleaners.
