Está bien

Buena ubicación, se puede aparcar en los alrededores. Pequeño estudio pero funcional, buena terraza y A/C, buen wifi. Te dan las llaves en la recepción de los apartamentos.

No hay forma de contactar con el propietario para consultas, por Booking nunca se responde y por teléfono no hay respuesta. Sin gel/champú ni para fregar platos o limpiar suelo, cosas básicas que debería tener un apartamento!

Cheap Room with Nice Pool

tenía dos reservas, y me llamaron a la otra habitación para decirme que tenía que salir de ahí porque no era la misma habitación. Pasé de un penthouse a una habitación de mala calidad. Podrían haberme dicho desde que hice el check-in, pésima comunicación.

Muy recomendable

Buena ubicación, se aparca fácil por la zona. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar unos días, está muy completo. Tiene una terraza estupenda, donde da el sol hasta última hora de la tarde y también una zona de chill out en la parte superior para tomar el sol cuando no hay excesivo viento. La piscina es grande. Todo estaba limpio. Buena temperatura en el apartamento. Lo recomiendo, volvería sin dudarlo.

Hay huéspedes que dejan las toallas encima de la tumbona en la piscina para reservarlas y no aparecen en todo el día. Es una pena que permitan hacer esto, porque no todas las tumbonas están con la misma orientación al sol y no se pueden mover.

Het kan een goede complex zijn als ze het meer controleren. En ook handdoeken op de ligbedden leggen terwijl ze niet aan

Dat de poetsvrouw is maar 1 keer 5 minuten geweest in de gehele week. Er Was geen toilet papier aanwezig en afwasmiddel. Toen ik eruit ging heeft alles meegenomen wat ik had gekocht en heb nog paar rollen van eigen WC papier kunnen pakken. De koelkast inhoud en de schoonmaak middelen die ik had gekocht waren ook al door haar meegenomen. Ze moeten daar echt meer op controleren. Daarnaast waren er vijf gemiddeld 9 kakkerlakken binnen in het appartement terwijl de deuren dicht waren

Dunes and relaxation

The studio was excellent: very clean, well-equipped kitchen, nice view from the balcony, air-conditioning, it had everything we needed.

The wi-fi was a real problem, as it says it is FREE on booking.com and we were required to pay for it. It should have been specified beforehand, and let us choose.

I had room 3302 which was well positioned within this complex of 4 buildings, clean and everything I needed for my trip. Yumbo centre is a flat 6min walk, beach 5min walk. my apartment didn’t have the roof terrace but that didn’t matter as I was a solo traveler on this occasion

Dont stay at this hotel.

When I arrived at the hotel to check in I had to wait an hour before someone came to the reception to check me in. Once I checked into the room I noticed the bathroom room was caving in. I went straight back to the reception to advise them of this. I was greeted by a rude and unhelpful receptionist who advised me that no other rooms were available and that no-one can fix the problem until the following day. I said it wasn’t safe but was ensured by the person on reception that it was safe. Luckily I stood by my own judgement and didn’t use the bathroom as when I was speaking to a booking.com agent over the phone to raise my concerns someone in the apartment upstairs started having a shower. Water then started coming through the ceiling and shortly after the ceiling completely collapsed. If I was in the shower at the time I would have been injured. As you can imagine I am very upset and angry over the whole situation. It completely spoiled my holiday. It is a short 4 day trip and the first night was wasted speaking to reception and multiple calls to booking.com (which has had cost me international rate on my phone bill) and moving room. I also had to move room the following day as the room I was put it was temporary. Therefore, I have had to pack and up pack three times for a four day holiday. It quite frankly ruined my holiday. I was advised I would be refunded the full cost of the stay but this never happened. The hotel and Booking.com barely bothered to respond to my complaint and follow up emails.

Superb

Got a small but nicely decorated, modern, not long time ago refurbished room with a good sized balcony. Had not many, but all the needed kitchen equipment so you could even cook a basic meal. Very easy check in and out. Didn't needed much assistance from staff during my stay, but they were very nice and helpful.

Wouldn't give 5 stars for cleanliness, but it was ok. If you're a light sleeper, get earplugs as the music from the next door Kasbah Centre can be a bit disturbing.

Fantastic Value and Modern Apartment

This apartment was beautiful. Very modern. It had a spiral staircase to s private sunny rooftop.

It was just a bit further to getting to the pool as in separate building, but wouldn't put me off going back

Complicated, but quite good.

Location is near beach. Good swimming pool in backyard. Checking in/out was easy. Apartment was pretty good. Lots of restaurants near by. Sun was shining.

I needed WiFi. This apartment claimed to have WiFi. They had, but it did not work. I asked reception how come WiFi does not work. In reception they said this is not hotel and it is not their job to find out why WiFi is not working and I need to contact renter. I tried to call renter, but he did not answer. I kept asking reception to help me out. Finally they called renter. He answered to them and promised to send someone to fix WiFi the next day. WiFi was not fixed. My laptop and phone worked with other WiFis, like in cafeteria. So my devices should be ok. Also apartment claims to have Netflix. There was TV, but I could not find remote controller. Maybe I should have installed some app to my phone and control TV through phone? Lack of Netflix did not matter much to me. I send email to renter about WiFi and TV. I did not get any respond. Apartment had working air conditioner, kitchen, ok beds, and it was peaceful enough to sleep well. Apartment looked quite like in pictures but it is not quite as fancy. In pictures there is a balcony. Actual apartment was on ground level, so no balcony. I asked reception if they had given me wrong room, but they insisted they did not. On the other hand you could open the backyard door and walk 10 meters to the pool. All in all apartment is not just as nice as in picture, but still pretty good. Given the price I paid and apartment quality, this apartment is pretty good deal. I give bad rating because it did not deliver what it promised and there was no effort to help me out.

Good location. Balcony was very nice and kitchen was also great. They even had a rain shower - that was amazing!! It was also very clean.

Bed sheets were pilling, which was very unfortunate as the apartment made a great first impression. Also it was quite loud as there is a casino close by.

At the moment of booking half year in advance, as well as 4 times before arrival I requested an appartment grijns floor, but never received any answer. Also not for my question if I could book one night more because of a flight change.

Perfect location, will return!

Lovely poolside bar with a really kind guy running it, he was amazing! Pool was lovely, balcony in the apartment was perfect, apartment was spacious and the bluetooth speaker was a lovely added touch. Location was great, about a 10/15 min walk to the beach. Plenty of plugs in convenient locations, and the aircon was fantastic

We absolutely loved our stay, the only tiny thing was the staff at the reception desk seemed very uninterested in their customers, a smile would go a long way. We were worried about loud noise from our neighbours, there was some noise one night, but once we closed the bathroom window, we couldn’t hear a thing.

Beds made out. There is a lot to hear from the adjoining rooms. In the bathroom ther no was soap and,broken tiles in the bathroom, bed falling apart, very bad smell in the apartment, im was disappointed with the cleaning service,our bed was not changed once in the 1 week stay. A little Small Flat (Studio - Open Kitchen and Bed together on the same room), No kitchen tools,,Wall very thin the all complex need upgrading and should not be listed has 3 star,

nice apartments would stay again.

twin bed apt on ground floor of side building. was clean functional and recently refurbished. microwave and fridge freezer. hot plates were not working but never used them so wasn’t an issue. supermarkets nearby and pool bar on hand. 5-10 min walk from Yumbo.
