We ate at Hudson's for Breakfast. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We also had Coastal Crust Pizza - the wait was longer than we expected and the pizza was just ok.
We got salads at both Hudson's and Coastal, they were a good size and tasty.
The pools were nice and towel service was easy access.
In general, while understanding it is a resort, the fees seem unreasonable. $25 a day for valet parking but not having enough parking to park your own car. Beach chair and umbrella rental seemed exorbitant. Having traveled by air, there was no way for us to bring our own.
Really nothing to do on a rainy day.

That is was close to the beach.
Absolutely hated paying so much money for everything and I mean everything to close down at 9 pm and hated waiting until 11 am for anything to open. Why pay to stay on a resort when all the dinning and activities close together at 9 pm? & it’s a hassle having to leave resort to go to a restaurant. If everything’s gonna close there needs to be more options for food, snacks and drinks in the market. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I have stayed twice and came back because we enjoyed our first stay but won’t be returning unless things change.

The distance between the breakfast area and the main tower is 1/8th mile. The shuttle service that is advertised does not serve Holiday Inn Express. For the disabled or elderly this is a deal breaker because beach parking is $30.00.

Everything clean, daily housekeeping. Pools and facilities were great! Staff were very polite and professional.
Our elevator was out the entire time we were there, and we have a 1year old, Made it very difficult to get everything down the stairs being 3 floors up. We had to make several trips every day.

The location was great close to the beach.
Very pricey. Breakfast for me was hash browns two chicken sausage and 3 egg whites $30.

We didn't have breakfast.
The restaurants and specifically the pool bar needs to stay open later-watch the timing. This is spring break and you knew there would be a lot of guests and families. Some of the restaurants do not have kid friendly options. The oystercatcher restaurant and bar had a menu that didn't offer anything specific for a kid. If you aren't going to keep the pool bar open later, at least keep the TVs on so guests can watch NCAA basketball playoffs from the patio and pool. These type of details really need to be paid attention to. Also, if you aren't going to keep the restaurants open later-at least offer suggestions of local restaurants that will deliver to the hotel.

Free continental breakfast would have been excellent for the price. Campus restaurants and bars food costs were very high!
When checking in they asked for my ID and my drivers license just had my first name and last name no middle name and i go by middle name which was how i made the booking and receptionist seemed annoyed. My credit card that I did booking with had my middle name which I had her use to hold for damages. Other than that the place has an awesome family ambiance!

there was alot on the property, market, pizza & restaurants. the beach was beautiful!
that we had to valet the car & wait every time we left. I also would have liked them to let us know the best way to get to our building when checking in

Great location. Plenty of food choices. Texting the concierge and front desk for anything. Fast service.
Wish things like beach chairs were provided instead of rental.
