Нет своего пляжа. Бассейны особенно тот корабль на фото уже очень обветшали.
Территория слишком большая это перебор. Просто прежде чем бронить посмотрите на гугл карту! Перемещаться по жаре можно только на багги. Пешком реально не пройтись, тк отель на рельефе и все дорожки не в тени деревьев а под пеклом солнца.
Персонал просто ужасный. Были в другом отделе 5 звезд и там все супер услужливые везде хотят помочь. Тут значит машину на парковку на эту не ставь , хз почему. Нет и всё. К вечеру она уже забита вся и мы могли там стоять, а она ближе и удобнее. Тоже самое с мопедами. Или ставь далеко и все тут. С чего ? Да просто я не понимаю по англ говорит он иди и ставь. В бассейне есть прыжковая зона, но ее закрыли якобы для каяков. Хотя она длиной метро 50. Какой там каяк и зачем. По англ почти не говорят. Постоянно свистят как в аквапарке. Точно не рекомендую

I would be like if the problem could resolve & make me could comfort
Resort's staff (reservation & front desk) didn't support with goodwill.
Summary trouble: I booked 1booking through Booking.com & 2 bookings through agoda on Booking.com app. Unfortunately, guest couldn't arrive. Because of guest had personal emergency issue. And I called to resort's Reservation to ask for assistance to change the guest's name for 02 bookings through agoda. Res informed that if the guest arrive for checking-in that not match to name in original booking. Then resort will not support for checking-in. They refused & ask me contact to direct to agoda for change the name. Ok I can acknowledge that issue.
I also contacted to Agoda. But it gave negative results.
Therefore, I suppose 2 bookings through agoda that couldn't use anymore.
And I had to make 2 another bookings on Booking.com & paid by bank transfer to resort before arrival date.
And so what happen??? you know?? when my family arrived, front desk team was checking-in our family to 2 bookings through agoda.
I also called to talk to front desk Ms Duyen around 7pm on arrival date. Before they run 2 bookings through Booking.com that duplicate. Front desk team sugguest me contact to Reservation for the payments of duplicate bookings.
Because at night Reservation don't work. So in the morning next day I called to Reservation. And they inform me that couldn't assist for waive or just charge penalty. They inform that they have to apply full 2 nights no show. Because the revenue was run. So couldn't do anything.
OMG this is not my faults. Your team mistake that didn't do anything or note when guest contact before to ask for assistance.
I calle to Booking.com for help. they willing to support customer because of the technical's issue when make the booking.
But what the Resort's Reservations & Front desk do for guest?

We rested for 15 days at the end of June. The weather was sunny. It rained one day. The hotel is very beautiful and very comfortable. The service provided by the team is at a very high level. Any of our questions were solved instantly and with a smile. The territory of the hotel is very large for walking and enjoying the scenery. A hotel for family and romantic holidays. There are five swimming pools on the territory and a sixth in our villa. We had a large villa of 160 meters, two adults and two children were very comfortable! We lived near restaurants and walked. The transfer to the exit to the road arrived in 5 minutes, great! The restaurants have enough dishes for every taste. The pools are clean and safe. Everything was great! I would especially like to mention the help from the Tuankendy Nguyen hotel employee. Thank you for supporting us 24/7!
Outside the hotel, the city is dirty, and there is nothing to see there. The beach is far away and you will have to take a taxi. If you want to find a place with attractions near the hotel, then this hotel is not your option. This hotel is designed for a quiet and very comfortable family holiday by the pools.

Tiện nghi vui chơi rất thích hợp với trẻ em ở mọi lứa tuổi. Có mini bowling, bida, trò arcade, sân chơi ngoài trời/trong nhà. Bể bơi đẹp lắm. Cả nhà mình rất thích chơi cầu trượt nước. Vui lắm!
Khâu nhận phòng hơi cập rập, không có hàng lối hay thứ tự gì cả. Nhân viên còn chọn đại một người đến sau mình để hỗ trợ làm thủ tục trong khi mình đứng chờ từ trước đó. Bữa sáng cũng hỗn loạn. Resort 5 sao thì nên có quy trình tiếp đón khách rõ ràng kể cả trong tình trạng đông.

Resort đẹp, chỗ rộng thoải mái, checkin khá nhanh, nhân viên nhiệt tình vui vẻ, phòng ngủ yên tĩnh, cũng khá đầy đủ tiện nghi, hồ bơi đẹp, nhiều khu vui chơi, địa điểm đẹp để di chuyển nhiều nơi
Đợi xe điện để di chuyển rất lâu (45-60 phút). Buffet sáng rất tệ, không đa dạng món ăn, resort lấy luôn sảnh cưới làm nơi ăn sáng, đồ ăn nguội và bị bới tung lên, nhìn ko hấp dẫn, chỗ lấy nước uống thì bị đổ nước xuống sàn. Sàn nhà trong phòng ngủ ko sạch lắm, bàn ghế ngoài ban công hồ bơi bị bám bụi và lá cây, tủ lạnh mini bar không lạnh và cũng không có lon nước ngọt nào mặc dù có bảng giá nước uống, nước suối resort thì vẫn có. Resort chỉ phát cho mỗi phòng 1 thẻ, dẫn đến bất tiện cho thành viên trong gia đình. Bị cúp điện liên tục 4 lần trong 1 đêm, lần dài nhất là khoảng 15 phút. Mặc dù có rất nhiều thất vọng trong kì nghỉ lần này, nhưng mình vẫn rất thông cảm cho resort vì lượng khách rất đông mà khuôn viên resort lại rất rộng. Dẫn đến việc resort không thể đảm bảo chất lượng phục vụ cho toàn bộ khách. Tuy nhiên, resort vẫn nên khắc phục các thiếu sót này khi rơi vào các dịp cao điểm, vì đã xây resort lớn như vậy thì bắt buộc phải các biện pháp để quản lý tốt hơn để đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ luôn được tốt nhất. Hạn chế lợi dụng lý do vì khách đông nên chất lượng dịch vụ đi xuống.

Khuôn viên phù hợp với các gia đình, mọi thứ ở mức vừa ổn so với chi phí. Tôi thấy lựa chọn căn có bể bơi lười phía sau nhà là hoàn toàn xứng đáng. Nó không nhỏ như bể bơi riêng tại các căn 2 lầu và cũng không đông, mất tính riêng tư như bể bơi trung tâm.
Nếu bạn chọn đi nghỉ dưỡng thì hãy tránh đi vào ngày lễ hoặc cuối tuần vì chất lượng trải nghiệm có thể bị ảnh hưởng bởi việc đợi xe buggy di chuyển cũng như các khu vui chơi, sinh hoạt chung của resort sẽ luôn full, mất đi tính thư giãn khi phải đợi chờ tới lượt sử dụng

Un resort enorme per desconnectar sobretot entre setmana i visitar l'entorn de Miu Ne. Esmorzar molt complet i variat. Fantàstiques piscines, amb vistes al poble pescador de Miu Ne i al mar. Fantàstic per veure la posat de sol. Encara que depens del trasllat en bugui fins les villes aquest servei funciona força bé. Tot és molt nou, les villes estan ben equipades amb un bany enorme.
El cap de setmana estava molt ple, es va notar a la zona d'esmorzars, per la resta el resort és tan gran que si vols pots evitar una mica les aglomeracions. Actualment no hi ha sorra a la platja del davant, però no cal perquè pots gaudir de les piscines.

Un endroit incroyable avec des enfants en bas âge! Nis filles ont adoré tous ces espaces pour jouer, et surtout le bateau pirate piscine et le manège gratuit !
Le petit déjeuner est extraordinaire et les chambres très confortables
Dommage le bowling pour enfants était hors service.
Il ne faut pas compter sur la plage, a 11h du matin c'est marée haute et le minuscule bout de plage, collé a la Grande route est inondé.
Mais avec les dizaines de piscines disponibles, ce n'est pas grave.

У отеля большая, красивая территория. Номера чистые. У нас была вилла с доступом к бассейну. В феврале 2024 бассейн практически был в нашем распоряжении, никто больше не купался. Номера чистые, есть все необходимое. Отель выглядит новым. Питание хорошее, есть рестораны на территории.
Все минусы для нас были несущественными. В номере нет сушилки для купальников ( или мы не нашли), нет мыльницы, нет доступа к пляжу.

저녁에 먹는 바베큐. 와~ 난생 처음으로 레어로 익힌 바베큐을 먹어보았어요. 다시 구워달라고도 요청을 하였지만 달라지는 것은 미디움레어로 익힌 바베큐이더군요.
익히지 않은 조개종류와 베이컨 정말 저는 처음 먹어보는 음식이었습니다.
첫날 저녁 이후 모든 저녁을 밖에서 먹을 수 밖에 없는 시스템같아요. 조식은 다행으로 괜찮았습니다.

We stayed for one week over New Year. The resort is beautiful, so much to do for the children. Kids Club, arcade, karaoke, ziplining and much more. The resort is big, but there is a very reliable buggy service that will take you wherever you need to go. The breakfast in the morning is fantastic and changes regularly. Kids' breakfast station was a hit with the kids.
We stayed in the one-bedroom pool villas and it was very spacious and it was absolutely amazing to have your own pool after a day at the beach or at the swimming pools
It is very family-orientated resort, villas, kids' clubs, themed restaurants, and family-oriented activities make this a great choice for a multi-generational getaway.
Diverse Dining: Indulge in international cuisine at multiple restaurants, from fresh seafood to Western and Italian specialties.
The villas and pools are cleaned daily and the service from all the staff around the resort is world class. The views from the pool bar were spectacular.
The bowling was out of order for the entire week as well as most of the arcade machines. The kids looked forward to this entertainment, but it was not available.

가족 여행으로 3박 했습니다. 지어진지 얼마 되지 않은듯하며 시설 깨끗하고 직원들 친절했습니다. 이동 수단인 버기에 대한 불만글을 봐서 걱정했었는데 극성수기가 아니라서 그런지 딜레이 되어 장시간 기다린 경험은 하지 못했습니다. 메인 조식 식당이 분빈다라는 이야기가 있었으나 제가 이용할때는 크게분비지 않았습니다.가족중 한명이 생일을 맞아 작은케익 감사했습니다. 마지막 체크 아웃때 개인 교통편 일정을고려하여 체크아웃시간을 연장해준것에 대해서도 감사하게 생각합니다.
다시 찾아오고싶은 리조트입니다. 주변에 먹거리도 어는정도있고 리조트 바로 나가면 코리아 마트가있어 좋았습니다. 1월 건기 날씨가 넘좋았습디다
