I woke up the second day of my stay by someone walking into my room! Apparently the management had given them the wrong

Overall it was a great place to stay for me and my husband for a couples getaway. We made the best of it and had a great

We loved the location, the Tub, and the price. It was a cute and comfortable place to stay for a couple of days. Very close to Main Street so we didn’t have to drive if we didn’t want to. The tub was so nice, very different from anywhere we have stayed and it was a nice romantic touch. Very cute little place overall.

These are all minor, but I’d have to say the main thing we didn’t like is the ac because it turned on and off every ten mins or so all night long regardless of what we put it on. We’ve never had an ac like that so not sure if it’s supposed to do that or not. Also, the place is right off a popular street and you can hear everything going on outside and around the house. I think someone was in the front house cause we could hear slamming all night long the first night which wasn’t a pleasant experience. So if you’re a light sleeper you may experience some issues.

Our sleeping and bathing situation could've been better but our overall experience was nice.

The location was great.

Porch had a moldy carpet. Repairs needed on the ceiling above tub. Light bulbs burnt-out. Main entrance off of Austin was muddy.

Not worth the price I paid

1. only one poor lock on the door 2. path to the room was all mud 3. furniture on the deck was moldy, couldn’t even sit on it 4. entire toilet was loose on its mount 5. crown molding above bath was coming off 6. wall paper in toilet area was peeling in numerous areas 7. no plates or silverware 8. valve to shower head barely worked 9. no place to store or hang clothes 10. no long mirror(minor)

stay was good bathing was a fiasco

right location. easy access to Main Street. cozy and very comfortable

no walk in shower. trying to take a shower in the bathtub was rediculous. the hot and cold nozzlesmoced around and was not easy to control. the pressure to the shower hose was not great. if it wasn’t for this I would have rated it a 10

garden in the back was pretty and well tended, good for reading as the sun rose.

couldn’t figure out how to turn the porch lights out, I need darkness to sleep soundly.

Very disappointed in the run down condition of the place and my husband said never again!

excellent location 1 block off Main Street

Very run down. Lots of deferred maintenance, probably for years. The secret garden was no garden at all. Dead plants, tree debris everywhere and a large pile of leaves against the fence. The fountain was broken & looked like it had not worked for a long time.Very disappointing. The porch had not been swept, more than half of the lights were burned out and the chair cushions were dirty and had spider webs on them. There was one lovely hibiscus on the porch.

A dirt path from the street to the door, so we walked in the mud; we had to park on the street; it is on the corner of two busy streets so we had a lot of street noise; two old and uncomfortable chairs; no closet or drawers in which to place clothes; an extremely small tv screen; a tub only with a hand-held shower head; there is a coffee pot, but you cannot fill it directly from the sink; neighboring barking dogs; loud noise of water running in the bathtub drain at 4:00AM; we had four nights booked but stayed only one.

Great location

Understand it is a very old property but it was dirty. No shower head is very inconvenient. Details go a long way. At least place a couple of water bottles, how much can that be?

Anniversary Trip

Walking distance to town.

Tub is hard to get in and out of for older people. Room wood not cool off. Outside needs to be cleaned. Couldn’t sit on porch cause of all the debri from trees and outdoor seating was filthy. Not really worth what we paid.
