4.1
Proximity to the village, parking and ease of finding the property
Low value for money, no landline in the room to reach the reception, no elevator to carry luggage to first floor and the main entrace door with number lock!
4.1
Quarto com duas camas, espaçoso, sem carpete, com aquecimento funcionando bem.
Não tinha a opção de café da manhã.

Todo super bien

Very nicely decorated with cute touches everywhere. Friendly staff
Loud, could hear noise from people walking upstairs. Room very hot or very cold. Shower caddy fell off wall in shower while showering.

Room was clean
Heater didn't work

酒店位置还可以
房间的设备哄哄响,吵得和住在火车轨道旁边一样,入住要下午4点,早上11点就要离开,床单还有印记,这是什么鬼酒店!!!

Parecia que estávamos em casa. Muito confortável.
Perto do centro.
Estranhei a falta de limpeza diária tipo hotel.
4.1
Location, clean, staff.
Hot and cold water fluctuation. Updates made although decor was cute, the actual room appeared to have a quick update without addressing wall or shower issues.
4.1
Location
The floor was littered with debris, small pieces of trash, and dirt. The bed linens were stained. I waited at the front desk for 15 minutes before being helped. Overall, this was a terrible experience.
4.1
Location & updated
Trash under our beds that was not ours, feet with filthy from floors so I had to mop with Clorox wipes, no outdoor fire pit and we booked because we wanted an out door common space with our group.
4.1
Very nice staff and a great location in the village. My room had been updated nicely and the bed was comfortable. Parking was easy.
The walls are basically without any sound proofing. While my room was on the first floor I could hear every foot step in the room above me and the cleaning staff's washing machines in the room next to mine. Even earplugs didn't help.
4.1
The location was excellent and the decor, bedding and furniture was nice.
Some things were a little run down and could use updating. They are working on upgrades.
4.1
The location was great. I loved how the property has been updated. It’s an older property that has highlighted the cool aspects. All three of us voted that we’d stay there again instead of the big hotel just around the corner where we had stayed the last time.
We didn’t really have anything negative to say. We were only there for one night. We did not visit the pool so I can’t comment on that.
4.1
The location was convenient and walkable to town. And they were okay with me having the dogs with… so huge plus for that.
The only complaint I had was that my ceiling fan didn’t work… but the wall AC unit did a good job keeping the room cool. It was a little noisy but it did the job.

across the street from bowling alley.
pool perpetually closed. look warm water in shower.

Room was nice. Location was excellent.
Customer service not really existent. The front desk isn't staffed and no one responds to the text they have for the front desk. I had to call to actually get service.
The heater in our room didn't appear to work but we weren't cold. One of the floorboards under the bed was raising up.
Room was pricey but everything in big bear is. The location was excellent I just wish that customer service was better and they responded to texts like they said they would.
Oh and the guest WiFi wasn't working. Hopefully they resolve all of these concerns. They're all totally fixable. It's a very nice location and the rooms were nice.

The staff are very accommodating. We were easily able to book a second night. Our room was was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space. The bed was very comfy. Liked the retro microwave and refrigerator. Plenty of natural light (big window) we had a view of the mountains. Travel by car to ski area was about 5-8 minutes away. Easy peasy.
The price was a bit high, $185 incl. taxes, for one night. But we did not take advantage of most of the amenities. Were too busy enjoying the ski area.
4.1
Super clean, comfortable, perfect walking to the village area with restaurants and shops. Short distance to Big Bear and snow summit. We brought our dog which was important for us and they were very accommodating.
We are not hard to please so I can't think of anything at the moment unless I were trying to be picky. I think it was great.
4.1
walking distance to village, room was very clean and with the exception of the bathroom we could tell the room had recently been remodeled
Luke warm shower, somewhat noisy, kind of strange walking through the closet to get to the bathroom
4.1
Location
Unclean facility, uncomfortable bed, outdated bathrooms
4.1
I wish we had stayed longer. Good location, close to everything. Clean and very friendly staff.
I’m 5’10 and the shower was a little lower. That’s all.
4.1
It was cozy.
Too Expensive considering the room itself wasn't that Luxurious.
4.1
cleanliness
4.1
location and proximity to the village, shops and slopes.
Several issues -
- noise levels - you can hear people walking across the floor. Outside heaters and generators make noise throughout the night.
- broken items - heater wasn’t working, had to request a manager to get moved to another room.
toilet clogged, no maintenance on property. Front desk offered a plunger. Pool was also not accessible.
- Food from previous guest left in the refrigerator
Overall this property was extremely over priced for what it offered.
