Don't miss Kauai Beer Company or Kauai Pasta on Rice Street or Verde and Kenji Burger at the Hokulei Shopping Village. Cottage at the Harbor
We loved sitting on the lanai watching activities in the park. We were entertained by one of the local peacocks. We were centrally located to exploring in either direction.

Cozy, clean and comfortable
We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy cottage. It was very clean, and comfortable. You can see mountains from the front yard, and the beautiful sun rising from the lanai . We appreciated having AC, washer, dryer, a nice welcoming basket and an outstanding property manager. It was also fun to see peacocks strutting around and yes there are noisy roosters too.

Lovely Cottage in Kauai
We had a great time at the cottage in Kauai. It is in a great location, easy to travel north or south. We were very busy, gone most of the day and evening but when we were there it was perfect for our needs. Great Kitchen, bath and bedroom and living area. We most enjoy the front porch with our morning coffee and nightcap. There was some traffic but it didn't really bother us. With the air on at night and the house closed up it was pretty quite. And we love the charm of the chickens.

Amazing stay!
A wonderful house and great location! The house was perfect. Fully stocked with anything we needed for our stay, and the owners even included a lovely welcome basket! It was great to have a place with AC, a washer/dryer, and dedicated parking. The location is great to because it provides easy access to the south and east shores with short drive time, and relatively easy access to the north shore with a longer drive time. It's also a good place to finish your stay thanks to the close proximity to the airport. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute Clean Cottage
We had a wonderful stay in this cute cottage. It was clean, comfortable, and had ac and full kitchen with everything you could need or want. It was across from the harbor (we actually saw a cruise ship come in) and in a very convenient location. Beautiful peacocks and weather to enjoy. Lots of roosters and chickens (part of Kauai's culture who would get noisy) A Big thanks to the owners for allowing us to check in early. We had a wonderful time.

Comfortable house, centrally located
Nice home, spacious for 2. Has everything you need except good beach chairs. When the port is active (happened one day during our 3 day stay) its fairly noisy from trucks/machinery. Also a fair amount of noise from cars on street. But if you're gone for most of the day like we were its not bad. Quick drive to south end beaches, shopping. A bit longer drive to north side of island.

Another wonderful stay in paradise
We had a wonderful stay and we will be back! This is not our first time at this property and we much appreciated the air conditioning installation since last year. The house was extreamly clean. We like the location as it is off the beaten path yet on the shortcut between lihue and southern Kauai.

Wonderful House
It’s close to the airport, beach, and restaurants. It’s perfect for a honeymoon or just simply going on vacation. Wouldn’t recommend it if you are noise sensitive though. The house is next to the “highway” and it’s like the main road and it can get really loud. I was fine with the noise. The kitchen has all the stuff you need and there is a dryer and washer at the back around the house. Totally will come back to this place.

Cozy, everything you need.
Clean Quiet but Beware of chickens, so many, so loud, so early! Bring earplugs or white noise. Near grocery store, dining, airport. Starbucks 1.7 miles away...order through the mobile app or you will have a long wait! Loved the grill Lots of towels Great water pressure Extras like washer/dryer, After sun lotion, sunblock, hair dryer, Cooler, beach towels on hand very much appreciated. Cooking accessories oil, aloha sauces, spice mixes, aluminum foil, coffee filters made cooking so easy. Need to do dishes and fully clean kitchen after every use and take out trash. We left one crumb and found a couple ants, made sure not to let that happen again! Keep screen door shut at all times to avoid flying pests. Really wonderful experience overall. We would absolutely stay again.

10/10 recommend to couples or single travelers
I came and stayed in this cottage for a month and absolutely loved it. Everything was just like how the pictures showed it. A very cute, clean & bright place. I loved the way this house is designed because everything flows really well so have just enough room to feel comfortable but still small enough to hear everything that goes on in the house. I loved that they had so many kitchen supplies so cooking here was easy. I was here in March & only turned the AC on twice. It was very nice to have it just in case but once you open the windows the air flowing takes care of the hear. While I was here there was a tsunami watch & the property manger texted me giving me instructions. Then the actual owner of the house came over telling me that I could ride with her to higher grounds. I 110% recommend this place to a couple or single travel that is looking for a place to stay. It is within a mile from the beach so an easy walk there. Having a washer & dryer was so nice so you could do any laundry so keep that in mind when packing. Only few complaints I have is that there is a park across the way that has a lot of homeless people. A homeless lady was screaming during the middle of the night a few times during my stay but that is out of the owners hands. Another thing would be the ants come if you leave any food on the counters. However, that is just a Hawaii thing.

Nice Island Location
We have enjoyed this darling cottage on numerous visits to Kauai. It is not merely clean; it is pristine! We love the central location, making it easy and timely to move around. The nearby pavilion and canoe club allowed us to enjoy observing some local gatherings and festivities. It was joyful! Marni, who manages the property, responded to our every need...like when the coffee pot broke. She even called us when there were flood warnings. There is traffic and harbor noise which doesn't come with a mute button. But we hope to return often.

Our first experience with VRBO. Great little cottage - good location & privacy! Martie was very easy to reach & provided great customer service. We enjoyed our stay!

Great place!
I enjoyed my stay in this cottage. The location was ideal: 5 minute drive from the airport, in the middle of hikes along the west coast and north with a short drive to access the east. If you need a quick bite or buy some groceries, it's all within a few minute drive. The view from the Lanai was nice and there was a nice lookout, again, a short drive away. The cottage was the right size for me. Enough space so it didn't feel small but not big enough to make like i was wasting space. The only issue i had was the noise from roosters running around the area and making quite a bit of noise early in the morning. I got use to it pretty quickly and not sure if it's like this on other parts of the island but had to mention it. The charm of Kauai?I would definitely stay here again for it's location and space.

We had a great time. It was a very nice place all that should be changed is they need to put a fan in the living room because it gets very hot in there the ceiling fan is not enough
