5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, luxury living with heated pool and spa*!

This single family home offers 4 Kings, 3 Queens; along with 4.5 baths on 2 levels. 4 of the King bedrooms offer on-suite bathrooms. The 5th bedroom offers a queen bunk bed and additional queen bed. Sleeps up to 14 comfortably. Plenty of living and entertaining space inside and out. Simply slip outside for a relaxing dip in the resort like backyard; equipped with infinity edge pool and spa with views of golf course, mountains and 4 Peaks!

There is a GAME ROOM with a Pool Table, Shuffle-Board Table, Pub Table, large sectional sofa and additional TV for movie watching.

3 car private garage, all linens and towels provided, wireless Internet, cable TV, TV's available in EVERY bedroom as well as the main family room and game room. Pack n' Play and High chair available upon request on 1st come 1st serve basis.

***Please note $350/week fee to heat the pool (to 85 degrees) in the winter if desired; upon request only. The heated spa can be used at your leisure at no cost.

The property is about 25-30 minutes from the Phoenix airport, and about 25 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale...

***One dog allowed upon prior approval by Management with pet fee.

Easy check in any great communication with Wes. The property was advertised well, and seemed to have proper upkeep. We used it for a quick getaway for six adults, and all were very comfortable.

This House is Very Beautiful with an amazing view, Unfortunately Our contact Wes Seems like he has more important things to do than communicate with you. Charged $500 to heat pool for the week but took Two days to figure out what was wrong with Heater! Lost cable and internet the last day and told me to unplug everything and never followed up, Then lastly texted me after we checked out to tell me we stole the charging block for the IPad that was never there! Lol wow! We would Definitely rent this house again if WES is NOT in charge.

The house is incredible. I stayed there was 11 others and it was super fun, great view, all the bedrooms are super nice. The host, Wes, was incredibly rude from the moment we met him. He talked poorly about previous guests when referring to how previous guests needed help with certain things in the house. When I called him to ask how the outdoor TV worked since he never explained it, he just texted me back, admitted that the TV remote was lost and asked me to search around the house for it, then said he'd come by to help but never did and I never heard from him again. Again, the house was amazing, but the property manager Wes was super rude and unhelpful, both from the start when walking us through the house, and when there was an issue with the TV. If you stay here, ask lots of question from the start since he won't be helpful in providing information proactively.

This place looked exactly how does in the pics. We really enjoyed. The pool table needs new sticks and the ice maker was down. Other than that all good.

We could not have asked for a better experience and time at this property! Our property manager "Wes" was so thoughtful and left us a bottle of wine as he checked us in. He explained the hot tub functions and left us to enjoy the home. Which by the way is WAY better than the pictures. The views can not be described as the sun sets in the evening. Not to mention the beds are SO comfortable. You need to check this property out! Thanks again Latitude 8 and Wes!
