We booked this property over the full moon party and it was perfect for our needs. You are within walking distance from the main part of Haadrin beach and still far enough away that you can get some peace and quiet when you want it. The staff are wonderful and it was reasonably priced compared to the other options around. All in all a really nice place to stay.
Nothing major at all, it’s maybe a small bit dated but that is to be expected at the price. There’s not a great selection of food at the restaurant but there is plenty of other beach restaurants which we enjoyed very much literally 30 seconds walk away.

Beautiful location. I was lucky enough to get the bungalow right on the beach. Perfect view from bed. Nice favilities but pretty basic. No complaints. Great service. simple breakfast. 10 mins walk to Haad rin beach I did go for Full Moon party hence knocking a point off for price but thats the Full Moon for you. Definitely reserve.
Nothing specifically. Was all good

Quite nice bungalows right at the beach, friendly staff.
First room was without AC, just a fan - so it was super hot, then we changed to another bungalow with AC. The room equipment/design was a bit random but okay.

Nice place to chill, especially with the private beach access right outside bungalows (up to 20 m). If you are coming for Full Moon party it is 15 min walking distance, so super close but far enough to chill undisturbed afterwards. Family-run traditional place (where time a bit stopped) with sweet and helpful staff. Seaside fantastic to chill and great starting point for any excursions or island bike trips. Well kept room with fridge (yay!) and fan, small terrace with a hammock.
Bathrooms could use some refreshment.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, rooms were comfortable and within walking distance of full moon party
Only downside was no hotel pool

The property had air conditioning which was great and the location was fab especially for a young couple. We were a 15 minute walk away from the main part in Haad Rin. Close to the beach and it is a beautiful sunset.
There were a few things which disappointed us during our stay. First of all, the noise from the road was uncomfortably loud due to the windows/door not closing properly/being sealed shut. it was just a padlock. this also felt slightly unsafe as if curtains were left open everything was on show. another thing was we could hear everything from our neighbours at silly hours in the morning because the walls are so thin. the curtains did nothing at blocking out the light from outside so me and my partner had to sleep with headphones and eye masks on. luckily we had brought them on our trip. leaving the hotel, we are both covered in bites because ants/mosquitoes can easily get in the room due to the doors and windows not being sealed properly. not worth the money we paid and we had booked our stay so far in advance.

Sweet, old fashioned place, really well maintained. Was clean and comfortable, and actually had furniture 👍 (for clothes and stuff)
Hammock on balcony a BIG plus. Good location on the beach and a 15 minute walk into town.
No mosquito net. Bathroom airless and stuffy.
There was a kettle and cups but no tea or coffee, had to ask for these, I got 1 x coffee and 2 x tea bags for a 3 night stay lol.

Resort in right on the beach which is clean and has a lovely view. Bedroom was big with fridge and kettle included. Only 15 min walk to beach for full moon party. Nice restaurants close by.
Room wasn't cleaned every day but this is a minor issue.

we were there specially for the full moon party and it was not close by. Haadrin beach is nearly a 20 minute walk away. at night it is not lit up well enough to walk. we needed to get a taxi anytime we left the resort. room was comfortable and resort was quiet. we were right next to beach. they done laundry which was reasonable and clothes smelt very fresh.
door of room didn’t feel secure when you were leaving but we had no issues.
