Walk across the street to the Coconut Plantation Marketplace to shop at any of the boutiques or pick up groceries. Walk 50 steps in a slightly different direction to award winning Hukilau Lanai for dinner, cocktails and live music or Spa Makaiwa for a massage or facial.

All good in the neighborhood
This was just as described. Renovated and clean unit in a great location to access the entire island. Shopping, dining just across the street. Walk to the beach in 5 minutes. Booking and check in process was smooth all the way thru. I would book again and recommend to anyone.

Wonderful central location on Kauai
The condo was in a great location, central to the east coast of Kauai and across the road from a very nice shopping center with restaurants and an ABC store. It was very clean and had everything we needed for cooking and staying the week. The boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and cooler were a nice bonus to have as we toured the island. The closest beach to walk to was not a good beach for swimming, but there were some other great beaches a short drive away.

Great location from the coconut plantation marketplace. Kitchen and air conditioning amenities were better than other condos I’ve stayed at in Kapaa in the past decade. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again. Thanks!!

Lovely place and a wonderful host
This place was in the perfect location, midway between the North and South beaches, it allowed us to experience both. The furniture was comfortable, especially the bed and the AC helped to keep things cool at night. And the condo was clearly well maintained and thoroughly cleaned. Our host provided us all of the information we needed up front and even had a little gift basket with treats on the kitchen counter to greet us. The closet outside of the kitchen has some beach gear including boogie boards, beach chairs, and a cooler among other things. A Long's Drugs is within walking distance as is a shopping center with restaurants, a grocery store, and souvenir shops. Would stay here again!

Great Place to Stay
Great location and perfect for our trip. Was able to enjoy the shopping center for dinner and snacks. The rooms were a good size for 2-3 people and never had any trouble with parking. Checking in was also smooth and easy.

Perfect location!
We truly enjoyed our stay! The condo is beautifully furnished and has a very comfortable bed. It is close to the beach and grocery stores, and is a short way from the airport. We definitely recommend this unit!

Central Location
We arrived after midnight and thanks to contacting the agent in advance we had no issues getting into our unit. It was a it musty, but the smell dissipated with time. There is one AC unit, but it is enough to cool the entire unit. The king bed was super comfy, and there was lots of hangers and room in the closet for everything. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and even coffee filters and spices. In the bedroom closet there were lawn chairs and a cooler. We also made use of the BBQ. The only things missing that are usually supplied in a motel or all inclusive resort were a magnifying mirror and a safe. Unit A11 faces Aleka Loop and is very close to the ABC store. Great when you just need to slip over and pick up something. There was also a farmers market Tuesday's and Thursday's in the parking lot of the Coconut Marketplace next door which we took advantage of. There was some paint chipping around the edge of the pools and they are in need of maintenance, but not too bad, so that people were still using them. The noise from Kuhio Hwy and Aleka Loop are loud if you are out on the balcony, but you could not hear much inside the unit. Kapaa is about half way down the east side, so is central for trips either north to Hanalei or south to Poipu. All things considered we enjoyed our time on the island and Martie was always available to answer any questions we had.

Place was great, had all the necessities we needed. Location was perfect, coconut market place was right next door which was so convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean Beachy Condo
This condo has everything you need. It's clean, updated and is perfectly located in Kapaa, right near the Coconut Marketplace. It's a stone's throw from the beach and from the Lava Lava Beach Club. Nothing like watching the sunset, feet in the sand and having a drink and/or dinner while listening to live music! Though we didn't cook much when we stayed, the kitchen seems to have everything you would need to make a meal or even bake cookies. The king-sized bed is exceedingly comfortable and the decor is great and has a nice beachy feel. We will definitely stay again.
