Limpieza
Habitación fría, mal insonorizada, instalaciones viejas y baño sin calefacción.
No tv, no wifi, no minibar.

Beautiful modern rustic clean room with a beautiful view of the village. Quality/ price is exceptional. Rosa made us a great breakfast and it was a spectacular host.

The location and the view at the room we stayed in.
The bed was of poor quality. It made noises everytime you made any movement.

Very comfortable place in a beautiful town. The bed was super comfy, warm and dark room (the light doesnt wake you up in the morning), the breakfast was very decent, the restaurant has been renovated nicely and has some very cool decoration (old well preserved skies, cattle bells, all keys).
the water temperature of the shower was a bit tricky to regulate, but not a drama, the pressure was good and the temperature too (after a bit adjusting the tap to find the right spot)

The bed was cozy, great comfy pillows(there were like 5 for 2 people) The breakfast was amazing tho maybe I'd have liked to have 1 more toast or them being slightly bigger, but the quality of all the food was great!
I didn't like the fact that the duvet was installed without a sheet under it, so we had to sleep with the window open and hear the annoying church bells every 15 minutes through the whole night(we both love to sleep covered but it was just too hot to do so with window closed under a duvet). Also we booked a room with terrace and we only had views to the valley(amazing views tho)

Location was perfect, right in the middle of the village, in a wonderfully preserved historic building. Hosts were gracious, friendly, accommodating of our bicycle parking needs, and just generally kind. Views from our balcony were delightful and the restaurant on the ground floor went out of its way to provide vegan-friendly options off the menu.
Needed more electrical outlets.

Bad was good, feels clean, breakfast was ok
View was very nice
It was very cold in the room, simple windows with no isolation when its minus degrees out
There was no hot water for the shower only mild

Nice breakfast
Room and bathroom was cold. Leisure room(TV) uncomfortable chairs.
3.5
Beautiful town with good walks nearby. The room was large (in fact a whole apartment since they had overbooked the hotel).
Breakfast was painfully slow on the first day. We waited 1/2 hour before receiving anything - and then got a glass of juice. It wasn't even busy. The second day was faster, but if the staff prepared the evening before, simply putting out cutlery and tablecloths, then the process could speed up.

The breakfast was just average, nothing exceptional..there was a sound in the bathroom after using the toilet that lasted a long time ( and the hotel told us it was normal), some lamps in the room were not working ( and the staff told us in August they couldn't get it fixed)

We’ve spend a terrific evening and sleepover in this cosy hostal. Very friendly and multilingual staff, terrific cuisine and the right value for our money.
This place is exactly what one should imagine booking a room in a mountain village.

Charming accommodation above the family run restaurant. Friendly welcome. The hosts speak many different language's including Catalan, Spanish, English, German and Italian. Free parking in village car park. Clean, comfortable accommodation in a very peaceful village. Amazing mountain views from my room. I chose to stay to enjoy the restaurant after reading the reviews and was not disappointed. The food was fantastic, traditional and home made, with personal attention from the cook.
Nothing to dislike from me, but if you are fussy and expecting a rustic house in a medieval village to have the same sound proofing and water pressure as a modern city hotel perhaps you need to balance the importance of those against the opportunity to experience charm and history that Fonda Peremiquel offers.
