La limpieza de la habitación y el precio

No hay nadie para hacer el check-in o check-out. Para poder entrar tienes que llamar a un número de teléfono que tienen puesto en un papel pegado en la puerta. A mí me contestaron a la segunda llamada.

Hay tarea que mejorar

A la llegada no había nadie en el hostal, puerta cerrada. Pasé 20 minutos en la calle (2 niños y dos adultos a -3°) llamando por teléfono hasta que me contestaron a las llamadas, entre atraves de un código que me facilitaron por teléfono, no había nadie en la recepción y el bar cerrado. Por las mesas y la barra del bar papeles, cajas de agua sin colocar, a la mañana siguiente todo exactamente igual, el bar cerrado sin servicio para desayunar, para colmo nos volvemos a la habitación y la llave de la puerta no abre, otra vez a llamar por teléfono xq seguía sin haber nadie en el hostal (9:30h am), a los 15min llegó un señor con una tarjeta de repuesto y pudimos entrar. La habitación lo que se ve en las fotos, una cama doble y literas, tv, calefacción, microondas, y baño escaso de jabón y shampoo, todo limpio.

Nunca volveré. Mal oliente y muy ruidoso

No hay nada que destacar. Pesimo

El mal olor en la habitación es muy fuerte. Ropa de cama mal oliente, esta pegado a la carretera y se escuchan muy fuerte los coches al pasar. A las 3 de la madrugada la gente no para de gritar y hacer ruidos. Vamos un conjunto que hace imposible descansar.

Todo, no había Jabón, un rollo de papel de baño casi gastado y el otro como si se hubiera caído por todo el corredor y lo hubieran vuelto a enrollar, la cama muy dura, el suelo lleno de porquería en toda la habitación, la recepción sin nadie que atienda al llegar, casi 30 minutos esperando y al irnos tampoco había nadie, muy pésimo todo

The room was excellent very comfortable bed really clean and well run hotel ,with the owner sometimes present....a very nice and friendly man Overall excellent value for money !the place even had a modern lift....it was also very quiet location

Little problem twice with the electronic key to enter room but this was resolved quickly by the owner .situated about 20 minutes from "centro'where we found a nice little local cafe/restarent

Its located in a quiet and accesible neighbourhood with 5-minutes drive to the Burgos center and the mall. - The room gets warm easily with the heating on

- There was no on at the reception and a paper with phone number written on it - The person on the phone was confused about the reservation and seemed unhappy to be forced to do something - The lady that showed up was equally confused and there was explaining needed to get enough towels etc - The room described as "estudio" was a standard, small dorm room with four beds - broken lock to the bathroom door (blocks after closing) - no electricity in one socket - some plastic parts of the shower fall off (not glued or anything) - The shower leaks the water outside - The main door to the building dont open if you close them behind you (there's a card slot next to them but it doesn't work)

there is no hair dryer and the bathroom tissue was not sufficient for 5 even the toilettres was not enough the flush in the toilet bowl was broken and were not happy coz we couldnt take a bath coz its already cold and we couldnt dry our hair

Free parking in the street.

Very expensive for what we received (180 euro for a 1 night stopover in a worn out room with a dirty fridge in which we did not dare to put our food.) Nobody at the reception when we arrived although we arrived at the time we announced, we had to call someone and wait until he arrived to enter. Nobody at the reception in the morning (not possible to buy a coffee). No invoice provided, no response to requests via the website.

Absolutely mothing. Too far from the centre.

When we arrived we hsd too call the receptionist. Athe entrsnce hall s total mess At 1p.m. the room was with no towels, there was no WC brudh the water tank broken. Absolutely too expensive! Not reccomended it shouldn' t be offered on booking.com!!!
