- moderne, sehr saubere Zimmer

The staff was welcoming and helpful. Our family enjoyed the lobby fireplace gathering area, rooftop pool to lounge as well as dinner at the restaurant Prima Donna. We also received two free tickets for the local metro that was included in our stay, which allowed us to take the metro to Santa Monica. The staff was quick in delivering a kettle for tea, extra hangers and towels. The creativity, cleanliness and decor made you feel at home.

Location convenient for visiting family in Culver City, clean, good staff, nice restaurant and rooftop bar, well equipped gym.
Pricey rooms, extra fees and cost of parking. No other place to park for less nearby.

Pretty clean, comfortable bed, responsive staff
They tried to upsell me to a more expensive room when I checked in. When I turned it down, they put me on the second floor. The noise from the street gets pretty loud, so they offered me a white noise machine. Room service was disorganized - the telephone number was broken and the menu info was wrong. Ended up doing delivery instead.

The atmosphere was fresh. I felt like I was backstage at the main event, the entire time I was there. The staff made me feel like a VIP, and the comfort level was off the chart!
The only thing I didn't like was that I didn't have more time to stay there. I will definitely be returning as soon as possible. I also wanted to watch a pay per view event and couldn't find it, but thats on me not you.

Loved the hotel design, location, comfort and staff efficiency.
Reasonably priced airport transfer mechanism would be helpful.

The hotel was extremely clean. There were a lot of amenities - like several restaurants in the hotel, a roof top pool and a supermarket/restaurants within walking distance. The staff at the roof top restaurant (can't remember the name) were just incredible; a great group of super kind and helpful people. Everyone in the hotel was very friendly and helpful.
I was not given the room I reserved, and I was extremely disappointed by that considering I had just gotten off of a 13-hour flight. I thought it was a little expensive for what it was, but I guess the US is just expensive these days.

Great! Beautiful place. Very clean and sanitary rooms and you exceeded our expectations. Thanks for making us at home with Shay. The staff were very courteous, accommodating and personalized in dealing with us. They are always ready to meet our needs.
Everything is excellent. We find everything suitable for a traveller who needs comfort and safety . Very peaceful and quiet place with great amenities to offer.

just a standard hotel. For some reason it is overpriced
too expensive for what it is

A good modern hotel with good facilities, nice design and everything was very well done
Parking valet only, but seemed reasonably efficient. The price is probably well judged considering the quality, design and facilities but it’s not cheap!

Good design
Bad hotel. Many small details. Some of them:
1. The pool was not heated nor evening neither morning. I couldn't swim.
2. My car was brought from the garage for a minute, because I asked to get my swim suit, and when I was coming out for the restaurant 3 hours later, it was still outside, like abandoned. They moved it back only when I asked to do this. I was told they were gonna do this, but just were busy. Well, OK.
3. There was no slippers in the room, I requested and waited for a long time.
4. The girl(valet worker) on a parking, in the morning, left my car again, with opened window, and not bringing it back to the parking, when I asked when it's she going to put it back, was giving an attitude and started fighting with me, which is not appropriate. I didn't want to fight, just left.
So all this looks like it's a beautifully designed hotel, but bad service, there is a mess in this hotel, never stay again and wouldn't recommend. For $500 I paid for the room 👎

This is a good modern, quality hotel. It’s a little out of the centre of Culver City, but a little quieter as a result and there are a few cafe and restaurant options nearby
It’s not cheap. Everything here seems overpriced though and at least you get some quality for your money. I would have considered it a bit noisy if I hadn’t experience of other options in the area, which were far noisier.

very clean, comfortable bed, large bathroom, professional staff, delicious breakfast.

Contemporary beautiful room, great restaurant. Great lobby
4.5 / 5.0
fantastic, clean room, area is currently being developed, so there was a few places to grab coffee, go shopping, or just hang out that were within walking distance. Coming from the East Coast, that was important to me. Property had a ton including a fantastic pool/restaurant area on the top floor and a delicious restaurant on the ground level called Etta.
Bath was a bit dirty upon arrival, but nothing horrible. Also, the room I was in was just below the rooftop bar, so there was extremely loud banging during morning set up and evening breakdown. Couldn’t hear music up there, but the noise might be much for people who want to sleep in.

a bit pricey when you total all the fees

fabulous staff, brekky, location and vibe. would stay again. comfy beds and clean rooms.
the rooftop cafe was a bit tacky, nowhere near as good as downstairs restaurant. we ate breakfast elsewhere because of this. As a guest, having to reserve and pay for poolside tables and competing with non guests for pool space.
