Good stay but needs improvements

The location was very good, the apartment was spacious. They provided us with a travel cot as we requested. The owner was easy to reach, friendly and helpful

Due to the central location of the apartment, the lift was tiny and I struggled to fit with the stroller and my baby every day. We stayed for 10 days and I was expecting that every few days the apartment would be lightly cleaned but unfortunately I had to request for the floor to be cleaned (and it was only mopped, not vacuumed) and for the sheets to be changed. The travel cot for my baby was a nightmare as the mattress was not the right fit for it and kept moving throughout the night. Lastly the double bed was very soft

If I go to Thessaloniki again, I'd love to stay here again.

Everything was great about the flat. Location is very convenience so that you can go everywhere easily. And also there are shops, cafes, bus stops around there. The bed was really comfy. Kitchen equipment were almost enough. But the best part is attitude of owners! Whenever I needed help, they were so promt and helpful.

We liked it!

The apartment is very cute and spacious. The balcony and the bathroom are also very big. There are two air conditioners which is very convenient if you decide to sleep with the air con on. The whole apartment is very convenient with everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. It`s only on 6-7 minute walk to the sea and 18-minute walk to the White tower. The neighborhood is full with nice places to eat. I can recommend The rouge and Salento (for a quick bite). The apartment is quiet even though it`s upon a street.

The bed is a little bit uncomfortable, the mattress is too soft and it could be a little bit wider. Mind also that the lift in the building is really narrow and could be a little claustrophobic.

Location was really great, very central. The host was very caring , when we faced an issue with loud construction work; we were relocated quickly and uncomplicated to a new apartment

Comfortable stay in a tastefully designed ambient

Harmoniously refurbished with some sleek lighting details and a few eclectic accents, this lovely apartment offers a truly comfortable stay. Located in a relatively quieter part of the city, with various cafes and tavernas nearby, it is a good starting point for exploring the older part of town. The spacious kitchen and bathroom have everything you need for a pleasant stay. Communication with host was just fine. Will visit again.

location, very practical newly renowated design. good value, the owner was very communicative and helpful.

Internet issues we had. the owner was going to solve it but we said it’s not necessary. the cleaning lady complained to us when we were about to leave I don’t know why couldn’t understand.

Lovely apartment in a lively and vibrant area of Thessaloniki

The apartment is well equipped with everything one needs. We appreciate its modern utilities, spacious bathroom and having a bedroom as well as a large living room. Air-conditioning was great to have, as the nights were pretty warm. The communication with the apartment owners was easy, and we were able to get hold of them easily when raising a few technical difficulties. Location of the apartment is pretty good, about 20 mins on foot from the old town.

Unfortunately, we experienced some problems with the code during check- in (this was resolved promptly) as well as issues with non-functioning Wifi and on the final night of our stay, the electricity was cut off. While this caused us some inconvenience, the response from the providers /owners was very swift and they genuinely tried fixing those issues where possible. They also provided recommendations for local taxis and agreed to refund us for the inconvenience caused. You may wish to bring ear plugs if a light sleeper as there is some expected street noise.
