In almost every way just what I was looking for.

Loved the closeness to beach and residential feel to it, rather than commercial atmosphere, no noise or bright lights. Liked the privacy. Convenient parking. Considerate, friendly hosts.

The number of steps and climb up to the property wasn't clear from the information and was a challenge to old knees and prohibitive to friends who were coming to visit me.This needs to be better explained on your info. The shower tray was dangerously slippy and had no grip mat...I adapted one from outside to be safe. It wasn't possible to get the hob to work...no instructions found. Rather dusty everywhere but otherwise acceptable level of cleanliness.

Disappointing

Right on the beach. View was nice. It was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen well equipped.

Very steep ascent to the property with some sections of steps with no hand railing. Not suitable for the mobility impaired. Difficult to get suitcases/bags up to the property. One of the bedroom doors would not shut and the shower drain was blocked. The floor was dirty and there were stains on the rugs and sofa. There is no phone reception and the manual we were given had the wrong Wi-Fi details, therefore we could not get hold of anyone. Pass the Key were a nightmare to deal with - either they did not answer, hung up on me or didn't ring back when they said they would. They sent several emails with wrong info. They did however send maintenance round to fix the door and shower. Overall poor value for money (given there are cheaper properties nearby that include a TV and breakfast) and stressful - wasted some of my holiday trying to sort the issues out - ruined our 2 day break. I would never book a property managed by Pass the Key again.

Large stain on the beige sofa which had been covered over.lt had been mentioned on a review so l would have hoped that it would have been addressed.It was really off putting for my son as it was the sofa bed also

A place with a lot of potential

The view is nice and being so close to the ocean was very peaceful

Getting from the road to the property was quite a task. It is up a steep garden with no lighting and there were building works going on making the trek up to the house a little risky in the dark. There were quite a few crumbs about the place and some nasty stains on the sofa. A cleaner did come the next day but still missed some bits. The path way doesn’t go all the way to the stairs to the house so we had to walk across some wet/muddy grass.
