Magnifique

L'emplacement était exceptionnel, une vue à couper le souffle avec un toit terrasse magnifique. Une petite chambre fonctionnelle avec tout ce qu'il fallait, salle de bain impeccable. Tout était propre, et l'accueil était vraiment très agréable !

Very nice, great furnished and clean room with a beautiful view- only topped by the view from the roof terrace :-). Very nice, fast and uncomplicated communication with Massimo. For us, the charming mountain village of Baunei was the perfect starting point for exploring Cala Goloritzé and we definitely want to come back for further trekking tours.

Cool terrace and perfect for a calm stay

Flexible to do the check-in and nice location. Easy communication. Amazing views from the terrace to end-up the day or start with a nice breakfast.

As it's located in a small town, it's a bit difficult to park in the area. But if you move around a bit, you can find some parking slots.

Fabulous location, incredible terrace and host!! We spent alot of time on the terrace, ifs magical! Great recommendation

Most amazing terrace!! With a great set up for morning coffee and snacks. Really good quality facilities! And good local recommendations!

Bedroom was quite small was hard to open a big suitcase, but only negative thing I have to say everything else was 10/10

Quiet perfect accommodation with breathtaking view!

Very modern looking accommodation from inside in the old house. Only 3 rooms, every on its own floor. The highlight of it is the terrace and the view! Breathtaking! Quiet part of Baunei, no problem with parking right before the house in the street. Offering also a small snack (biscuits and so on), coffee and tea on the terrace (self-service), and kettle for usage. The sink on the terrace is really usefull.

No plates, bowls, or cups (only plastic cups) - for breakfast it will help. Only one spoon and that's all.

A little gem

A very nice little room with a fantastic view. Our room was the lowest in the building with the smallest balcony, but it was still fantastic. Great facilities in the room, such as a comfortable bed, a small fridge and a very nice bathroom. AC worked well, and great blackout curtains made for a comfortable sleep. Street parking nearby after winding our way through the small town streets.

This particular room might be a touch small if you have a lot of luggage, but we didn't, so it was fine. Some might find the location a little tricky as you do have some small roads to deal with, but it is worth it for the view it gives you from the balcony.

Amazing roof top

Nice bedroom with amazing view. Well equipped. Roof top with chairs and tables. Coffee, kettle for hot water with variety of tea and packet pastries available 24hs. Massimo is very good host.

A very nice place to stay

Everything was new and clean (furniture, building). The photos are very real. Beautiful view from the terrace. The owner gave us a lot of useful information (places to visit, for eating etc) A nice surprise was the little things for breakfast.

Great place to stay in Baunei!

Very well finished and looked after building. Roof terrace was amazing for a morning coffee and evening views of the mountains and coastline. Our host was really helpful with local suggestions for eating out/excursions etc. Room was comfortable and had an amazing shower 😁

Very good location for walks in the nature park, loved the view, Massimo (the host) was very helpful and provided us with a lot of tips.

Beautiful views and nice room

I liked the location in a small and peaceful town up in the mountains and the magnificent views from the room and from the terrace. The rooms were just renovated and designed with excellent style. The air-conditioning worked perfectly and the room and the toilet/shower room had all necessary equipment for an convenient stay. Also the host Massimo was very kind and helpful. I would definitely like to come again and I can recommend this place for anyone traveling alone or with a friend.

A lovely short and sweet comfortable stay here.

The room was very nice with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was very clean and the the breakfast was a nice touch. The host was very helpful and friendly and gave us plenty of recommendations for restaurants. The view from the terrace was amazing. Would stay here again!

Apartment looked brand new and everything was clean and in order! The view is amazing. Massimo (the owner) greeted us well and gave us a lot of local tips regarding beaches to visit, activities, restaurants, bars and also beach trips with boats. Overall, a great experience and hopefully will return soon! Complementary breakfast bites were also good and unexpected! ☺️

Wonderful!!

Everything!! Stating with the host, who is super hospitable and going out of his way to help with everything you need, thank you Massimo!! The location is perfect - at the heart of Baunei, with spectacular view from each room and amazing terrace!! Only 3 rooms in the building which makes it almost like a private boutique hotel! Rooms are beautifully designed, super clean, neat and elegant. Internet works fast too. Overall - wonderful experience 😍

Great shower. The roof terrace was amazing . Stunning views. We spent alot of time up there reading or just gazing at the views. The owner was very helpful and suggested some great excursions which we did and enjoyed very much. The village itself is not touristy and if you go for a meal or sit in a cafe you really get a taste of authentic village life. We had some of our best meals in the local trattoria with a roof terrace. It is a mountain village so you are surrounded by brwathtaking vistas. I have never tasted such beautiful ice cream in the local gelaterias. Try amarena. It's life transforming.

Room on the small side, inadequate breakfast which needed at least some fresh croissant.

The host was veery nice and let us do the check-in before, also recommended us a good restaurants! The room is renewed and modern, we had a lot of towels and all necessary for our 2 days stay. The area is very quiet and we could rest in total silence. We recommend this accommodation!!

Excellent value for money, super host and a terrace with a view to die for

One of our greatest pleasures was the roof terrace where you had your breakfast but could sit any time of day. The views were soul inspiring and soothing. We were here for the heart/spirit festival where the village goes back in time and you can immerse yourself in something quite beautiful. Massimo was a great host, very helpful and always replied promptly to questions. It is cheap to eat here and a great base for seaside, mountain treks and boat trips. A very memorable trip. Not too touristy.

The bed could be more comfy. Fresh croissants and cereal for breakfast would have been welcome

Perfect!

We did a road trip through the whole island and this was by far the best stay!! The view is spectacular and the staff is super attentive. Everything was clean and tidy and the room had a very good hairdryer too. We would absolutely come back!

The shower takes a bit of time to get hot, but I suppose that's only an issue during winter. If you have a car, there's not much space for parking nearby (be aware that the roads are super narrow).
