Very convenient for all of the city centre.
Quite noisy, but earplugs helped.

Location
Could not open window so room airless and uncomfortable

clean and location was fantastic
Whilst the staff were lovely and I was up anyway, a few of our party were complaining about the noise made by the staff when they were cleaning other rooms and they were trying to sleep. I don't fully understand why cleaning staff were in and working from 9am when check out is not to 11 and the next group do not check in to 3pm! seemed a bit senseless and unnecessary.

The location of the property is excellent.
It was clean and warm.
Because the property is very central, parking can be a little bit of an issue but the car parks are not too far away.
The particular room I was in is next to probably the busiest road in the city so, it can get a little noisy at night during the weekend, ear plugs will help. It's one of the trade offs for being so convenient and central.

Central location, nice clean and tidy.
Little bit of noise from traffic outside

Good location
Very small attic room. Husband couldn't stand up fully because bed was under cut roof. Only sky lite windows. Very claustrophobic. Space very tight. On top floor. Room cold. Put radiator on. No wine glasses. Very basic accommodation. Not value for money.

The room was lovely. Everything I needed, I felt cosy and safe. Happy to stay again.
Wasn’t quite sure where breakfast was happening. No details in room so went next door to cafe to eat.
It was a little noisy being on the front of the hotel. Maybe secondary glazing would solve that problem.

Our apartment was spotless, it had everything we needed for a two night stay in such a great city.
The location couldn't have been better right in the centre of everything and very close to the bus station. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back again.

Very central location, really clean and very comfortable, everything you need supplied. Excellent accommodation.
Little bit noisy at night due to traffic noise but unavoidable, ear plugs were supplied.
7.0
good location, self-checkin with no problems, quick response time when we asked for additional info, cleanliness
our room did not really match the info given at booking, or at least it was misleading. the photos at the booking details did not show a 6m2 room, but a bigger one. the description mentioned dining area and city views, none of which we had. the mentioned "well-fitted kitchenette" is an overstatement.

The price was a bit dear but given the Foyle cup was on i expected rates to go up but if nothing was on and was the same price as it was id spend the extra for a hotel room.
Central location, friendly staff and clean room. Not a big room but done the job as I was alone. A bit noisy from traffic in morning as I was at the front but given the central location it's only to be expected.
8.0
Lovely room and bathroom. No breakfast available but we knew in advance and it had fridge and kitchen area.
No parking so had to walk up and down to car up in a public car park several times during stay and had to pay for pay and display
Noisy at night but so central you would expect a little noise

Location: inside the walls, near enough to the bus stn and coach stn to walk.
Bed: comfortable - unusually so.
No creaking or noise from other rooms' occupants.
Good internet connection.
En suite shower room & bedroom temperatures distinct.
It is right on a busy road, and I was there on Friday & Saturday nights: noisy. They did provide earplugs, but I can't tolerate them so ....
NOT a "didn't like", but there's no place for a neutral comment: Can't comment on any breakfast option as I didn't take them up on it and didn't see what they did: three doors up the hill is a cafe called Claude's, which does breakfast (including Sundays).

Like a boutique hotel. The owner sends instructions which makes an easy check in process. The room felt modern and very comfortable right in the heart of Derry. There is space to eat and small touches like chocolates and eye masks really help
A slight mix up with the rooms at the start (but was resolved immediately so not a problem). It is small the room but I was very happy with it!

Location is perfect for everywhere you would want to go.
Bed and pillows comfy. Slept like a baby.
Only downside is the noise. Its busy at night with bars and drinkers. You get that in any city
That I didnt stay longer

Location
Not enough info from Booking about the fact that room was in basement. Shower was not working even if hotel will say the opposite. Windows to be redone. Poor experience overall

We needed a room for just one night, so we were expecting the very basics at this price. BUT the place was spotless, and the room comfortable with microwave, crockery and large shower room. Bed was really comfy and there was plenty of tea, coffee, milk etc. If you are looking for a clean, well located place for a couple of nights this would be perfect. The cocktail bar next door was great too, and with a range of restaurants and shops on the same street it was ideal as there are no facilities at the hotel..just rooms.
Our room faced the street and there was some noise from crowds of hen parties etc, but it didn't last long or late.

cleanliness and nice staff.

The location inside the walled city was what we wanted.
The basement apartment (#14) was extremely humid and moist, so much so that our towels and clothing remained wet! As it was hot as well, we did not want to use the radiator heating for the room and towels. The room’s windows (which couldn’t be opened for fresh air) face an alleyway which is used by homeless youth and young adults. Security and police were in the alley at nighttime with some of the residents, which interrupted our sleep. While I appreciated having earplugs provided, it didn’t block the yelling voices! The pictures provided in the listing led me to believe we would have a room with a view of the city. These were the worst 3 nights of our trip, and led me to have a major allergy/asthma attack which lasted beyond our stay in Quay 8. Extremely dissatisfied with this place!!!

Very convenient in the centre, close to everything
Room is much smaller than expected and was shown on photos when we booked
