Relativ ruhige Lage und Nachtmarkt gut erreichbar
Total runtergekommenes Hotel.

Breakfast does not measure up to the photography, very poor choice. Staff are nice. Location is good.
No bar, poor breakfast, pool is a bit dated and not sure how well monitored.

Location is good, away from the main road. Staff are very nice. Comfortable bed
Photography is not in any way match the stay, the breakfast was basic and cold, there are no fancy welcome baskets in the room. Pool is ok but seemed to be very static water.

The location is very good.
On entering the Luxury hotel, the reception area is completely cluttered with paper and junk. None of the portable POS machines worked, I had to come back with cash to pay for the room.
Nothing luxurious about this place, it's a filthy dump. It shows someone doesn’t do much of a check of these properties ahead of accepting them for their booking system.
On getting to the room, it's a sorry sight, there is no phone in the room. They leave you a roll of toilet paper on a benchtop! The sheets are not very clean looking, luckily it was warm I was able to sleep on top of their linen.
Any surface, if it has been cleaned, has only had a very light surface wipe to pass as cleaning. The footwear on offer in the room is dirty and worn. The do not disturb sign is held together with sticky tape.
If you want a good breakfast turn left out the front door walk to the end of the street, turn right walk 2 blocks, turn left walk another 200 yards, Jonas Cafe is on your right!
I couldn't eat the Breakfast on offer at TLH: Nothing offered is freshly cooked it's all pre-cooked and unappetizing to look at. The breakfast room and overall preparation area look dirty and unappealing.
Good job Booking.com

The bed was confortable, location pretty good, big bedroom
Dusty facilities (swimming pool and gym), no or very little hot water, found dead or alive cockroaches (!!!), booked a taxi trip to Buddha Park (350k) with planned date and time however the driver still managed to be an hour late, also booked a taxi to the airport (100k) with planned date and time and once again, 20 minutes late. Bad wifi, was in the 6th floor, couldn’t use the internet

It served its purpose of having a bed and a shower. The gym was really good for a hotel gym. breakfast was nice. Staff had very poor English but were nice.
The other people in the hotel were SO noisy and I could hear everything through my walls. The telephone didn’t work to call reception. The card machine didn’t work.

I Like the price, it was cheap...the staff were helpful but the language barrier was pretty tall. The hotel in general was nice but pretty run down and what do you expect for $50 a night? They found me a motorbike to hire at a very cheap price. The bed was clean and comfortable and I always had free water to drink so that was great. And the main man down stairs helped me with printed some stuff up at no extra cost. All up for what I paid it was excellent value, and the view from my room was perfect! I realise that this is Laos and like much of much of S.E Asia you get what you pay for. It was very close to the markets and cafes and I found that very convenient. They organised a taxi for the airport at a reasonable price and replaced my key I lost for nothing as well as got me into my room when I locked my key in when I had a bathroom emergency going on! The massage chairs down stairs are awesome! Oh and the hotel room itself was massive as they gave me a free upgrade which I found to be very welcoming. I literally left Patong to go to Vientiane so I could have a quiet stay and that is what I got.
My only really big problem was the smoke smell that sometimes was unbearable in my room, I am sure it was from farmers burning off their crop stubble like they do in Asia in their dry season and only just before I left did I discover a window open before I left. The shower was terrible, it was a dis-connectable head that when mounted never stayed in my direction....I found this really annoying, But hey, it's Laos and I do not expect everything to be perfect in this developing country. The lift smelt like industrial grease which kind of worried me, but it worked be it slowly. I really dont have much at all to pick about this place as it would be unfair to be petty in a country that tries its hardest. There are plenty of things about this hotel that you could find wrong, but it would be unfair especially after Covid. I recommend staying here, just dont expect the world.

I loved my room, the view was lovely, it was huge, had a balcony and was very nicely decorated- unfortunately the family from hell lived next door and I had to down grade to get some peace . my second room was no where near as nice and was a little shabby but I was glad of the quiet.
the location is excellent with lots of amenities near by.
I know going that breakfast scored badly - it was just as bad as it scored!
Also the staff - we previously reviewed are totally uninterested. They are dressed in terribly , some in tracksuits- the chap running the breakfast room had his headphones on - was doing weights with one hand while shuffling cutlery with the other. It was painful to watch.
You can’t check in till 2pm … don’t ask before 2pm!

My room was large, I had a huge window the air conditioner worked well. The staff are willing to help you. Even if they don’t initially understand you. We just need to be patient.

nice hotel very comfortable and well located
staff was nice but lacking some interest in helping with any information

Location, the size of the room, spacious & clean bathroom, was assigned a room on the top floor with a gorgeous view of the city.
I appreciated everything.
3.4
Location was great considering all the street vendors and store were close by.
The breakfast was terrible. Really? Serving baloney and rubber hot dogs at a hotel being called Vientiane luxury hotel is misleading.
3.4
One of the few places we found in SE Asia with a decent fitness room. Equipment was mostly in good working order.
