Elegant and comfortable - perfection!

beautiful common areas, lovely bar and tea service in afternoon and great breakfast. the room was spacious and modern with window we could open and good temperature controls in the room. great bathroom. perfect location in Recoleta and Flor was especially helpful to us on arrival. we’ve stayed at several hotels in BA; this is my favorite!!!

Warm hospitality and old world charm.

The key reason that Hotel Club Frances is so excellent is their staff. Particularly the front desk let by Flora. They treated us with warm hospitality and cheerfully answered all of our requests. Our six nights were wonderful because of them. Thank you!

Would love to stay again on next trip to Buenos Aires.

Excelente attention and assistance from front desk staff. Excellent lamps in the room.

The shower was in the bathtub and you had to be careful getting in and out so as not to slip.

I enjoyed my stay at this excellent hotel in all respects, including great rooms and service.

I especially appreciate the gorgeous, bright atrium in which breakfast was served. Breakfast was terrific, with many healthy choices and delicious homemade rolls and pastries. Those with an appetite for a bigger meal could order it. The staff in reception and the restaurant were very pleasant and professional. I especially liked the large rooms and lovely, modern bath. The hotel maintained some of its historical charm and had an old world feel to it, but modern facilities.

location was good, room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. old hotel but ok

I didn’t have good internet coverage in my room, there were several networks but not working at all. I asked 3 times for support and they never solved it, there were not keen to solve the issue and I couldn’t take any of my meeting from. the room. internet was only good at the lobby floor. I had also issues with the room card, as I had to come to the reception desk to activate it every time I was going to the room.

The bed in the executive suite...oh...my...gosh, soooo super comfortable, I didn't want to leave! The property is beautiful, super historic, very well-preserved. I loved the Finnish bath/shower in the room - so relaxing and nice! The staff was so helpful and tried to accommodate anything we needed, from room service to directions, suggestions of things to do, even setting up reservations for us for a Tango Show and Dinner. They were great!!! We loved our stay here and will definitely be back the next time we come to B.A. ♡

The hotel is lovely, great location, friendly and helpful stuff. The furniture is exquisite and everything in the room was functional. Not a single problem.

beautiful rooms but the service could be improved

The rooms are beautiful although the wifi connection is poor.

the wifi connection and the breakfast service is not comfortable, there is no menu and there is no buffet, so the waitress is trying to remember what the kitchen could offer and also makes the service slow and the food gets cold. i think it could be improved

Very good

Well located in Recoleta district close to up market restaurants and shops. Very friendly and supportive staff. Hotel has nice charm and is clean. Spacious room and bathroom. We got well appreciated upgrade and extended check out. Facilities like fitness rather limited compared to other 4/5 star properties.
