Muy diferente a la realidad

La ubicacion

Las fotografías no coinciden con el lugar ....es una casa muy vieja y estaba todo demasiado sucio y tenía un olor terrible a mariguana y tabaco que nos impidió pasar tiempo hay ....las fotos no tienen ninguna coincidencia con lo que en verdad es la casa las camas super sucias y las toallas tambien

It was a great deal and a very nice place. Driveway could be better though other than that it was a very nice

Driveway was hard to get in and out of and there were dishes left under the couch from previous guest.

Basic but comfortable

Had heat pumps in every bedroom. Had 3 bathrooms. The city views were spectacular especially on 4 July when we arrived. Had offsite parking, even though they told us we had to park on the street. Rooms were spacious. Communication with host was fast and responsive for any problems we had. Little front deck where we could sit and watch fireworks and look at the view.

When we pulled up to the house, we thought it was a scam as there were signs on the fence, saying house marked for demolition. Cleaners were still in the house as there had been a problem with the public holiday, so we thought we had broken into someone's house. There were only 3 towels in the house, no hand towels, and missing some other basic things like dishwashing liquid. However, the host was quick to supply when we asked. The trays in the oven were filthy, cutlery was hit and miss, no bowls to put say a salad in - had to use a pot. All in all, basic accommodation that served our needs.

This place was horrible.

This place.was a total sham there sighns on the fence and building saying condemned for demolition we never got to stay in the home and we drove many hours to to get scared out of our time and money.

I got scammed on this place total high jack scam the county placed the property under demolition order this place should never of been on booking.com never could contact the property services parking no good this hole place was a nightmare. Becarful never book this place

it was okay.

it came with 3 restrooms.

it wasn’t cleaned right, under the beds were very dusty, the bed were not steady! The water was always switching from really cold to very hot.

the home was large. plenty of room for everyone.

The AC was not working in most of the rooms. Living room AC there was water leaking just by the electrical switch ( Major Safety Issue). One Of The Master Bedroom didn't have lights by the shower.. Refrigerator was dirty and was not making ice at all.. The whole house had bad smell.. Backside of the property was very dirty..

very unhappy about this place and won’t stay there again

when I finally got in to the place a day and half later it was ok

I never get a hold of anybody I couldn’t get in plus had spend xtra money to find a hotel at 230 am cause nobody would let me in to the apartment I rented took almost two days to get in still waiting for my refund finally when I got ahold of somebody it was all Lies

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOUSE! The owner is pulling off a fraud with booking.com

Absolutely nothing. This is house is not what was represented on line. Do not believe the pictures. The yard is completely dug up in front and just dirt. The furniture is old, dirty and dingy. There is not an adequate bed in the entire home. It is a DIY project inside with hand installed linoleum floors and not done well. There is no "ample" parking. It is not Echo Park-that is a lie. This is Angelino Heights, and because of that there are No Trespassing signs all over the front of the house. DO NOT Be Taken In like We Were! Stay away from this house. It's not safe.

We tried to stick it out for one night. The topper for us was when a neighbor started banging on the front door at 9AM! because we were talking on a cell phone in the back of the house. We tried to cancel on the second day because the house was dirty and did not feel safe. We got no response from booking.com or the owner to ask them to be reasonable and allow us to cancel the remaining days so we left and checked into a hotel instead. Obviously this house has a reputation and the neighbors are not happy about it. What could have been better was booking.com helping me with my refund. They declined. They do not represent the consumer, they only want their cut of the fee. I contacted the owner. She pretended to be with booking.com and when I called her out on it she hung up on me. She obviously has gotten complaint calls before and launched into her act. I then texted that number and said that this a fraud and she texted me back and said that I am a fraud (!). I am losing $1,600 here in a house that I booked because they said that Dodger stadium was a 15 walk uphill (we were there for the marathon). Another lie-its 40 minutes uphill. You would be crazy to stay here. Its places like this that give home sharing a bad name. This is a permanent short term rental. No one lives here obviously. Booking.com should be ashamed of itself for allowing this to go on.

Decent place when you're in a pinch, Comfortable enough but "No Frills"

Loved the location. Centrally located in Echo park area, close to Silverlake and the Sunset strip. Cute park across the street and friendly peacock that shows up in the morning.

The beds weren't very comfortable and one was completely broken when we arrived. The bathroom shower off of the living room is overly complicated and runs hot and cold while you're showering and it's quite unpleasant. The front yard is unleveled dirt, no grass, so when it rained (yes, it rained) it made our rental car a muddy mess.
