Confortabil, modern, merită toți banii

Hotel chiar lângă gara din Vidin, foarte modern construit și amenajat, personal foarte amabil, camere spațioase, curate, paturi confortabile, bai mari, curate, cu toaletă și cabină de duș. Camere bine izolate fonic, deși practic aveam vedere și balcon către peroanele gării nu am fost deranjați de traficul feroviar (nici n-am fost cine știe ce, e drept). Am avut și mic dejun inclus, mâncarea la restaurant chiar foarte foarte bună. De asemenea am mâncat și cina în seara în care am ajuns, la fel, gust extraordinar, porții măricele, aveau inclusiv plating, ca la restaurante de top. Restaurantul in sine foarte bine amenajat și spațios. De departe cea mai bună cazare din Bulgaria pe care am avut-o, iar ca preț am dat 170 leva pe noapte pentru două camere.

Atenție la mini bar, verificați inventarul că e posibil să nu corespundă cu ce este efectiv în el, noi am semnalat la recepție ce lipsea și nu au fost probleme. Hotelul are și SPA dar era închis când am fost noi.

Перфектен хотел, страхотно обзавеждане, чистота, имахме всичко необходимо за един невероятен уикенд. Персоналът е много любезен и лъчезарен и откликва своевременно на всяка молба на гостите. Прекрасни млади хора. Ресторантът за мен беше голямата изненада - голям, чист, уютен, с невероятно разнообразна, вкусна и прясна храна. Персоналът говореше английски, което ми направи много добро впечатление, тъй като по-голяма част от гостите на хотела са чужденци.

Rooms beautiful & clean ( please keep up the maintenance) on this lovely Hotel.

Nice & clean & warm .

Breakfast. If you wanted Butter you at to pay . The coffee machine was broken, but if you wanted a coffee you at to pay!! This is in the price you shouldn’t after to pay for butter or coffee . (Staff) wonderful.

Sehr gutes, günstiges Hotel. Leider sind keine Haustiere willkommen

Top Lage nach / vor dem Grenzübergang. Das Restaurant ist Spitzenklasse und preislich absolut top. Riesige Auswahl und sehr gute Qualität. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgstattet. Mit etwas Lärm kann (besonders am Wochenende) gerechnet werden, was mich persönlich nicht gestört hat. Da wir morgens um 4 Uhr schon weitergereist sind, konnten wir das Frühstück nicht in Anspruch nehmen und ein uns zuvor versprochenes Sandwich wurde leider vergessen. Beim nächsten mal vielleicht ;-)

good value hotel if the price is OK

We had a very nice one night stay in the hotel. Everything was OK and for the price paid met our expectations. We have stayed in more expensive hotels in Vidin that offered less. Parking was easy and free and the breakfast was good. Nothing fancy but well worth the price.

The location is right next to the railway and the train tracks so it can get a bit noisy if you leave the windows open. Luckily though the trains are very rare so not that big of a problem.

Great hotel at very reasonable prices. Highly recommended

I had arrived very late. The staff welcomed me really warm and made dinner for me just literally before they closed. Be dry impressed from all of them. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Spacious room with plenty of space. You’ve got everything you need in one hand. Thank you guys for made my short stay unforgettable. A*****

Not satisfactory

Very good breakfast, delicious dinner, kid's corner.

No air-conditioning in the rooms, smell of tobacco, AND the room was full of some flying black bugs (2-3cm in length). We killed about 15-20 of them trough the night. The carpet looked like a graveyard in the morning...discussing!

The best hotel in Vidin I have visited so far. I'd totally recommend it.

Very convenient location, the room had everything I needed, it was very clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. I liked the fact that you choose your breakfast from a list, and it is prepared for you - no waste of products.

Not sure about the proximity of the big disco club. Luckily, it doesn't work Mon. to Fri. I was told.

Exceptional

My favourite place to stay at when I'm in town. It has everything you need. Staff is polite and helpful. The restaurant is marvellous! Even though it's difficult to maintain such a place in a small town that's been forgotten by the corrupt politicians, keep the quality high and I hope that the owner provides good salary payments for his staff. P.S. I love the complementary soap bars in the bathroom.

Good hotel

Was a nice room. It was clean (but read the negatives) with good in room facilities. Location was perfect for me as its located next to the train station. Its also a few minutes walk from the church/cathedral. Not sure how close it is to other sights though.

I'd have preferred a buffet for breakfast but that's just a personal preference the food itself was lovely. Although toast without butter ?? Also the maid had not finished making up the bed in the room sheets on but no quilt or blankets. Did it myself and there was a soapy residue inside shower cubicle from I assume the cleaning products which I slipped on as I didn't notice it until I stepped on it. Didn't bother complaining as i was in a hurry and wasn't that big a deal.

Functional but needs to be better thought out

Good location, very close to the train and bus station.

Breakfast was à la carte which became very restrictive. You could only choose 1 item from the menu. Although that item was well served in terms of quantity, you could only have pancakes, or you could only have scrambled eggs or a toast. This is very poorly thought out. Maybe consider to serve less and more variety. During our stay, the hot water failed several times. It was necessary to complain more than once and ask to talk to the manager at the reception. Only on the third day we had hot water again. Regrettable. They only give you one key per room which becomes very inconvenient. Spa is closed.

friendly and helpful staff. facilities look new and well maintained. wonderful food in the restaurant. will come back again. very good price for the quality offered.

there was a heavy smell of washing detergent in the hallway. it was a nice smell but very heavy.
