Perfect place for a relaxing break with beautiful views

Beautiful property overlooking Barmouth bridge with stunning views of the mountain in the background. Very high standard of accommodation, very clean, good facilities (likes the idea of the honesty box bar although we didn’t use this) fantastic breakfast, great service from the host.

Comfortable, spacious room with great view across estuary. Fantastic choice of beautifully presented breakfast options.

Disappointingly cramped ensuite and shower for such a lovely room.

Very much needed to switch off relax and not have to worry about anything.

There's nothing to fault about our stay here at no.6, from the moment we arrived to when we left everything was spot on. Very welcoming on arrival, location is great, rooms very well kept and spacious. The breakfast was tremendous

Our amazing stay in Barmouth

Wow wow wow is all I can say about our stay at No6. It was amazing, Brad and Philippa were amazing hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was beautiful and a great size and the views were great. Brads breakfast was the best and so much to choose from. We look forward to returning in July. Jo and Ady

Delighted by the stay all need were met very comfortable room with a good choice of breakfast location was as close to the town as you needed very welcoming more than happy to visit in the future

Delightful place to stay, comfortable and relaxing.

Fabulous B&B in a lovely location overlooking the estuary and Barmouth bridge. The room was spacious and comfortable with a wonderful view. Philippa and Brad made us feel very welcome and provided us with a delicious complimentary brownie and bag of lovely sweets on arrival. They were excellent hosts, friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and very nicely presented, all served at the table. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to return.

The location was just right, beautiful room overlooking the bay.Breakfast was excellent, the variety of food was good, and beautifully cooked and presented. Nothing was too much trouble for Brad, very welcoming , courteous and kind.

An amazing room with a beautiful view and a great breakfast from hosts who genuinely care about their visitors’ experien

A fantastic location - directly opposite the estuary and a 5 minute walk into the town The house and room were lovely - clean, spacious, stylish and comfortable. We were welcomed with cakes, sweets and bottled water. The brownies were amazing!! The view from the room was second to none - mountains, woods, sea and river estuary. We felt relaxed straight away. Philippa and Brad were very accommodating and friendly. They suggested places to eat and visit which was really helpful. A trip to Fanny Talbot’s is highly recommended. The breakfast was made to order and filled us up for the whole day - all lovely! Thank you for a great visit - we’ll be back.

Wonderful hosts and location

Excellent place to stay

Large, airy rooms that are spotless and decorated to a high standard, with wonderful views over the estuary Philippa and Brad are excellent hosts - friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help however they can. Brads breakfasts are a delicious start to the day. This was our 3rd stay with them, and we’ll certainly choose to return again on another trip to Barmouth

For us there is nothing to dislike, however there are a lot of steps, which some people may need to be aware of

We relaxed and re-charged our batteries. Most definitely more than just a view.

Everything about our lovely break at No 6 was superb, even before we arrived. We were kept up to date with everything about our stay. There was a slight issue with the room, but it was nipped in the bud and sorted out with a clear and simple plan of action, which was followed down to the last exact detail. I have worked in hospitality for a long time now time and Brad and Philippa are two of the best service providers that I have had the pleasure to meet. Would recommend No6 again and again.

Exceptional

No6 is an amazing property, although there was a hot water issue when we arrived the alternative bathroom upstairs was fabulous. The view from our window was perfect. I would highly recommend No6 to everybody. The property is a very large terraced house with a cliff face at the back and is beautifully decorated and furnished. Even though there was a hot water issue in our room, I've still rated the property 10 because it is amazing.

Brilliant in Barmouth

The location was Great. Our room was very spacious and clean with a fantastic view over the estuary. Breakfast was brilliant and to cap it all our hosts were very friendly and attentive. Brad and Philippa run a cracking B&B.

Scenic and beautiful

This is a fantastic B&B. The rooms are gorgeous, light and airy. The welcome to the hotel is friendly and warm. Breakfast is delicious - the best scrambled eggs I've ever eaten. We will be recommending to our friends and family.

large, airy rooms. Spotlessly clean with stunning views. The owners Brad and Philippa could not have been more welcoming and have a great eye for detail. The choice of breakfast was amazing and delicious and could be enjoyed either in your suite or in the dining room.

Phillips and Brad were excellent hosts full of lots of information about places to go and recommendations for somewhere

the location was great and views excellent. the breakfast was delicious with the option to eat in your room or the breakfast room. we had a lively room with an amazing view across the estuary. just a short walk into the town.
